Hmmm...I haven't seen that yet PG. Can you give me a link to it?
(I'd hate to think they started the celebration without us!)
Yes, that seems likely to me too. I'm not expecting anything really newsworthy until the 4th quarter financials come out, which probably won't be until mid February. Unless there is a surprise acquisition completely out of the blue. Small updates on production goals being met are always nice too, but I wouldn't consider them "major news" unless a big project has been completed and is ready for distribution.
Yes. That is interesting. I imagine with the depth of the investigation and to find out the extent of involvement, especially with the criminal portion of the investigation, phone and email records were scrutinized for mail and wire fraud purposes. In my line of work before retiring I used to put together misdemeanor investigation packets and background checks. I can't imagine with the SEC investigation as well as the AHJ's handling of the criminal portion of the investigation that VGTel would still be trading if there were any impropriety in the core structure of the company or it's current officers. Most often, the filing of the complaint that we all viewed Friday (and that some viewed back in November if I understand you correctly), for the most part, concludes the investigative portion of the proceeding and then the prosecution of the case begins. The defense has to have the ability to view all charges in order to defend their client and present their defense.
It is also of advantage to the prosecution to have all of their charges laid out for the most weight to their case before proceeding with prosecution. So, more than likely, all of the complaints have been filed.
It would seem, then, that VGTel and it's current management would, by now, be in the clear.
Like all other posts, that's just my opinion.
Obviously not. That's a leap. However, an investigation was going on at the time and, no doubt, VGTel management cooperated with the investigation by openly providing whatever records were needed.
I'm thinking that maybe Tom will be throwing us a bone as it were because of all the cries for some kind of news. I can't see it as monumental. That probably would only come with a quarterly. Maybe an update on the Mountains of Madness.
I agree.
Nice try janice. VGTL is not required to file to be able to trade on the OTC. Quote your source. Here's mine:

Well said.
VGTL not indicted, only former brokers pumping VGTL last year and diverting funds that were supposed to be invested in VGTL but instead went in to the broker's pockets.
VGTL as a company with new management is on solid ground with the SEC, until we hear otherwise from the SEC.
Monday will be an exciting day for some!
I have no idea. It happens from time to time.
I believe you are correct, according to the public SEC filing. We should be fine. May be an opportunity to get a few more shares...
Thanks 'v'. Nice post and a reminder of how big this biomems really is, especially when it comes to the medical field.
I'm counting on it. If there are some who dump and run come Monday, it'll be an opportunity to pick up a few more while wait on Amilya.
It's a pr hit because the company name is plastered all over this. Doesn't mean that the company has anything to do with it. It's public perception is all. It also doesn't mean the stock will suffer greatly but it could discourage any potential investors and cause some current investors who aren't strong to dump their shares.
It's not going to cause me to sell because I read the SEC indictment and it has to do with 2012 thru 2014 primarily. Others won't read past where it says "VGTel" and will make up their minds without due dilligence. That's all.

We'll take, at minimum, a pr hit as this recent fiasco is now out. How big depends on how quickly VGTel's management puts out counteracting pr specifically pertaining to the SEC indictment and the standing of the company. I wonder if the audit brought this to light. Also wonder if Toussaint was involved at all since he's left.
Anytime between Jan 1 and Feb 15 for Q4 10-Q.
I know but unfortunately that's what many do just to hedge their bet in case the stock does a typical fallback. TPAC is definitely not a typical pink although many will lose out like you said.
Some taking Friday profits so even closing at 11 (10% gain over yesterday) would be solid.
Next week is fine. It's not like INMG will tank before news comes out because we're sitting at .0001/.0002 anyway on a company with a solid balance sheet. False alarm on news happens all the time in the pinks. I'm sure IR is just responding to what Tom is telling them, so it's not IR's fault. May not be Tom's fault either if he's working on a business deal because he has to rely on the other guys to come through on their end of the deal. It's hard to close deals around the end of the year because of the holidays, vacations, etc.
In addition, it may not be about revenue because that's a simple calculation that he actually has control over. It's got to involve something else.
The handle of the cup may start to form now. Hold at between .0011 and .0014 with an accumulation at those numbers for a couple weeks or until more contracts and share retirement then get out of the way or hold on tight!
Your welcome. That next 750k at .0075 will probably be flipping to...
I'm in the same boat. Q2 2016 is the proving ground. This may pop a couple times before then but it's the quarterly financials that will make this shine.
Thanks for the post. I somehow missed that interview.
I think what's holding the stock down is the idea that nothing really big is going to happen until the 2nd quarter this new year. Some larger shareholders were not that impressed by the most recent quarterly financial and grabbed the typical pink profits tanking the stock price back down to the starting point.
This will go back up but probably much more slowly and only when the next financial or significant 8-K comes out.
It's a good time to buy in at .0002 and just wait. INMG has too many revenue producing assets to stay down for long. And it certainly helps not having any convertible debt.
This next quarterly financial will be a good indicator of that. Maybe Tom will release news between now and then and maybe not. If he keeps up with the interviews, he probably feels that is enough PR in the meantime.
He is busy running the business and that's the important thing.

You know, I'm not playing games making this gem go down and I haven't sold yet. But if someone wamts to give me 100k at .0065, it's hard to resist.
Yeah! I gotta get one of those 100" HDR tV's though. Man, can't wait to see it at CES2016!
Looks like HDR is TV technology, not broadcast quality. 4K and 8K refer to the number of pixels both broadcast and displayed on the TV. Once the signal gets to the TV, these new High Dynamic Range processors in the TV make those 4K pixels' contrast way better.
From your link:
"HDR significantly expands the range of contrast and color that those pixels can show. Bright parts of the image can get much brighter, so the image seems to have more "depth." Colors get expanded to show more bright blues, greens, reds and everything in between."
But you have to have the 4K or UltraHD signal transmission for that HDR to work. It's something the TV makers will have to deal with, not the content providers, according to what CNet is saying.
VGTel is golden.
Don't worry about the shake up at VGTel management men. AA is shooting for the moon and she's just clearing some clouds out of the way. Those afraid of change will never succeed because growth is all about change.
Let's creep a little higher boys...
Couldn't resist d! Amilya got rid of some dead wood before year end, just like she said. She's waiting for 2016 and CES 2016 is right around the corner. I'm telling ya', companies are scrambling for partnerships and ia stake in the Ultra HD/4K/8K world. 2016 is going to be the year of 4K.
And it all starts the first week of January in Las Vegas with CES 2016.
Be on board or...
I'll take 'em at .0069
It could be that he got offered a better deal although in Amilya's recent video #15 "Analysis is Critical to Success" she mentions at 4:30 that when she is involved in a business turnaround, she first analyzes what's not working and then during the last quarter of the year she likes to cut dead weight (personnel) that are not on the same page. Interesting.
On July 6, 2015, K. Bryce Toussaint was announced as the
President of VGTel and Amilya Antonetti as the Chief Executive Officer.
Today, this appeared on Schwab:
Myos Corp. (MYOS) Announces $30.4M Private Placement, Appointment of New CEO.
Dr. Hariri (from Myos Corp.) commented on the appointment of K. Bryce Toussaint as CEO, "I have gotten to know Mr. Toussaint over the last six months and have been truly impressed by his abilities as an executive, his appreciation for MYOS' business model grounded in bionutrition and biotherapeutics, and his solutions-oriented management style, which are very valuable in fast-moving, entrepreneurial companies. I am confident that Mr. Toussaint will provide MYOS with dynamic leadership to support our ambitious business objectives."
Mr. Toussaint commented, "I am delighted to join MYOS at this exciting time as it continues to grow its consumer bionutrition business and expands the biotherapeutic opportunities of Fortetropin. I am thrilled to join MYOS at such an exciting time, and I look forward to working closely with its current management team to continue to unlock significant shareholder value through the execution of our business strategy."
Some people like chili. Is it a big can?
Someone had commented on the EPGl address listed on the website as showing a different research company (Applied Bio-Research) on the building suite.
I got an email back from Brady Peterson in Investor Relations stating:
"We share that office with another Scientific company to keep costs low. However, our engineers use several Research facilities in addition as we have disclosed prior."
Thanks EPGL for the timely reply and information.
Just in case anyone was wondering.
Not from me! I've got 8.5 mil on hold.
It's probably too much to ask but it sure would be nice if the float was still 14 mil.
Doesn't much matter. This stock will be flying come January.
Sorry guys. Ran the 300k bid from 67 up to 70 and got no other bidders to jump in so I dropped it back down to 67 and figured I'd go back up at the end of the day. Someone let go of 300k at 67. Was a surprise to me.
Well it just means I've taken another 300k out of the flipping hands.
VGTL + CES 2016 the first week of January = $$$$$
January, and 2016 for that matter, is going to be big for VGTel.
Amilya is dropping hints left and right on her videos...
Ah, okay. Thanks.
That's odd. Bought 300k @ .0067 but iHub's got it up on the 'Trades' listing as a sell?
