What business would process a product order without getting paid first?
That's something now isn't it?!
For those of you that got emails about your np1 order being processed, did your cc get charged? Apologize if already answered. TIA
Well as long as someone's selling, I'm buying at these levels. Anything low 9's or below is a gift right now. Did you notice the "last" was 911 this morning pre market? Same thing on the last buy date for a different OTC ticker offering dividends last week and a similar day. Don't know enough about the divi dates and their affect on trading to draw conclusions, maybe totally unrelated. The pps is like a pre eruption volcano IMO with all ntek has cooking, it will be amazing when they finally start spilling the beans on their activities. GLTY
This thing is going to take time before moving back up. If you are a long style investor, believe in the company and don't like to flip, then this will be profitable (already has) when they start distributing in the other 49 states (licenses pending) and they move on the brazil and Dominican contracts. I've taken my profits and am out until the pps settles again, I wish everyone the best here and will be keeping a close eye for a new entry point. GL.
Got filled on the bid today, anyone else experience the same?

Study projects 4K will expand like HD, only faster
Research released yesterday by Parks Associates projects that 4K televisions will trace a popularity/price trajectory similar to that of HDTVs over the last 15-year period. However, the data also points to a quicker rate of progression for 4K TVs: the new technology is predicted to reach the HDTV’s level of affordability and ubiquity — which took 15 years to fully blossom — in a leaner 10-12 years.
The study, “4K Today: Bringing Ultra HD to Market“ delves into a handful of aspects of the current HD landscape. The research looks at 4K’s importance to consumer electronics manufacturers, analyzes over-the-top (OTT) and pay-TV content delivery issues, and gives a detailed comparison of 4K to previous rollouts of 3D and HD technologies. Perhaps most importantly, at the core of the research, is this prediction: 4K TVs will reach mass-market pricing in the next two to three years and surpass 80 percent of households in the aforementioned 10-12 years.
Analysts for Parks Associates say the research indicates an initial focus on OTT delivery of 4K content — companies such as Amazon, Netflix and Comcast are already developing 4K content, and working on improving streaming methods needed to handle the massive files. As the amount of said content increases over the next two years, broadband networks will naturally experience growing traffic demands, which will require looking into bandwidth conservation and cutting-edge compression tech.
The president for Parks Associates, Stuart Sikes, makes a valid point in regard to the unique historical position of 4K in today’s rapidly transforming, connected living room: “With the increasing convergence in the connected home, innovations such as 4K have implications for a variety of players throughout the home entertainment ecosystem,” Sikes says. Those players might include companies who produce 4K displays and monitors, 4K compatible streaming devices, upscaling components like Blu-ray players and A/V receivers, and more.
4K is set to make waves in the TV universe and — as a result — operators, manufacturers and consumers, alike, face technological leaps and bounds with each new day.

Not saying NTEK is linked with Amazon but,
"There are numerous Android based dongles and set top boxes designed as Miracast receivers but Amazon declines to promote any of them, this is strange considering how good Amazon is at targeting their message to entice customers to use their one touch purchasing methods among other things. There are also no informational articles about AirPlay or DIAL. Why would Amazon make a point to advertise Miracast, without highlighting any products for purchase and exclude an explanation of the two other major media transfer methods? The only answer that makes sense to me is that Amazon will be promoting their own streamer as Miracast ready."
The Tegra4 is optimized for Miracast: http://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20130715006458/en/NanoTech-Selects-NVIDIA-Tegra-4-Power-Nuvola#.Uzle69xICKg
Amazon "Firetube" http://thestreamingadvisor.com/2014/03/31/amazon-firetube-likely-to-be-announced-tuesday-what-will-the-firetube-do/#more-2561
US Patent for "Firetube": http://tsdr.uspto.gov/#caseNumber=86073839&caseType=SERIAL_NO&searchType=statusSearch
It may be just as likely that anyone designing an OTT device is going to the Tegra4 just like NTEK and they are not related. If they were related, I'm sure there is an NDA contract that NTEK is bound to in which case we may NOT be given any info on this.
That's what I'd like to know. Thought being a mod you had control over some of that stuff.
This year is going to off the hook in terms of actuals vs projected revs. Hell this quarter should exceed projections with the new oem deals. Even if they can never disclose the "big" oem deal(s) they have been mums about due to non disclosure agreements with the np-1, it should show up in the fins. Very exciting time to have tickets to the ntek show.
"First launched at the 2013 CES, CEA now forecasts Ultra HDTV unit shipments will increase eightfold in 2014 to reach 485 thousand units and surpass $1 billion in revenue for the first time this year, according to CEA's semi-annual, U.S. Consumer Electronics Sales and Forecast (January 2014)."
I see a rocket with ntek's name on it leaving shorts burnt to a crisp, dazed and confused. By the time they realize what has happened, we'll be on the Nasdaq.
73% of people who see 4k want it.

Yes, if you put too much stock (sorry) in discussion board information, you are in for trouble. Balance and perspective are needed. If you had no idea discussion boards on mrib existed, how would you view the stock based on the information that has been presented? The answer to this question, is to me, the reason for the anemic volume.
"You are learning the game just like everyone else has whether they admit it or not. Look at post histories and ask yourself who has that much time to sit at a computer and post all day every day and for what reason. When someone wants newbies to whack the ask they'll start throwing out stuff like this is going to .15 easy just hit the ask or if someone is shorting they'll say the opposite. So when mrib was around .05, it sounded like a bargain right? Couldn't lose. The chart wouldn't have lied to you then. But those same people would have said charts can't be trusted in the pinks. But they'll be the first to tell you that the chart looks amazing! The card some will play is their true honest belief in the company - honest guys like you and I might feel bad to contradict what is being said, right? That's part of the game. Run everything through a non biased crap filter first. Its your money, make your own decisions. I believe Marani is making an honest run at this, you have to step back and put realistic expectations into play. Try quitting the hub for week and see how your opinions change by just watching for pr's posted to yahoo finance for example (not the boards)."
Yes. Think about what's going to bring shear volume to mrib.
If any one is, you can call yourself a "true long", lol.
It's exciting when everything starts falling into place isn't it? .
I think this is right.
Nick I hope you're right. I guess you would know if you woke up to new shares in your account. This is a pretty big deal here.
You've confirmed the 5%? I don't see any change in my share count, my bank may update at certain times during the day? Be nice if others confirmed here to see if fact or fiction.
Yeah I know, supposedly those smarter than me say its coincidental. I'm ok with that but if they are mistaken..... It'll be interesting.
Not me, I've had shares for many months. Are you sure?
Just the beginning here. I hope everyone makes a lot of $$z in the next few quarters.
What are the predictions for pps Monday? Was hopin for a few more days of sub .10 to finish accumulating here by Wednesday. Now I think that's not going to happen. Gap and run Monday?
People have til 3/31 to add for divi's right? It was 3/28 for mr*b and it was a strange day, l2 went dark until just before open, sell orders were cleared across the board for etrade and Scott customers, mm's that were there for weeks disappeared at opening bell. Unfortunately volume was anemic. If there was any kind of buy pressure at all it was go time. I'm curious to see what happens here. Don't know if the anomalies were related to divi's or not.
I know the np-1 is not the only source of revenue here but it is IMO the catalyst many sideliners were waiting for. I think we start seeing volume pick up now in anticipation of np-1's and big announcements. Hopefully.
That would be huge and would certainly explain the silence re: np-1 rollout. If it does turn out to be an oem deal it'd be the best kept tech secret ever. Not a lot of info out there. It'd be amazing but I'm trying not to get too excited until we see.
You will find the l2 is not static, they can create walls out of nowhere, hide shares etc. often times the mms sell to each other so don't be fooled by their games.
Who the hell is sitting on the ask with .8 mill?
Thanks. This chart will look great with a close above .04 today.
Today's been a strange day of trading. Weird start and now this. What's the buy vs sell ratio right now (I'm on my cell)? Seems like very little selling, a lot of buying and the pps going down.
Maybe a result of the 3/28 record date, updates o/s?
What news of brazil?
Not only will ntek sell you the panel, streaming tech, they will have in house artists working on customer 3d logos, ads and commercials.
Feel bad for those who sold in the .03's yesterday. This is setting up for a big green day.
Correct. See that 1/2 Mill wall at .04? Lol they don't want this over .04, it'll make the chart look extremely bullish, ready for handle breakout.
Last size "911"
Never mind, nice dog.
Disagree but on a different point is that a Nordic spitz in your profile pic?
Hopefully Maggie shed some light on when the application to the 49 other states began since its a 15-45 day process. Do the math and we could start seeing approvals now if the they began day after ca approvals or it may be mid April. Either way big things coming longer term than some care to think about. If she gives an indication they are shopping to brazil or Dominican or tomorrow we could see a move to the 52 week high or more tomorrow depending on the news.
Don't jinx us lol. I hope we all get back to makin $ here too. I'm still convinced the OTC mms are holding this down, too easy for them on low vol days. They'll take it down fast but going up ain't that easy with big ask walls and people not getting orders filled on the ask. A lot of factors in play here and with a low float this will be a volatile stock by nature. Higher highs lower lows is what we have been seeing big picture, asking as mrib keeps the pedal to the metal this will move higher. Looking forward to news tomorrow
Great, could save the day literally.
