Well as long as someone's selling, I'm buying at these levels. Anything low 9's or below is a gift right now. Did you notice the "last" was 911 this morning pre market? Same thing on the last buy date for a different OTC ticker offering dividends last week and a similar day. Don't know enough about the divi dates and their affect on trading to draw conclusions, maybe totally unrelated. The pps is like a pre eruption volcano IMO with all ntek has cooking, it will be amazing when they finally start spilling the beans on their activities. GLTY
