The people selling right now are getting robbed. BMSN!
Buys are stacking up!
Picked up some more cheap shares this morning. Fundamentally, this company is doing great and should be trading well above 0.01. A lot of great news has happened recently with regards to financials being released and an up-listing to the OTC-QB. If you count those things as good news (I do), there's been good news almost every single week. And I believe the PPS will correct itself.
And now the chart is saying that, regardless of news, the price is about to go up. It's already in oversold territory on the hourly chart and the daily is almost there. Hang in there guys. This thing is going back up!
Long and strong! BMSN!
I know the Freddie and Fannie both tend to trade almost identically. Just wondering if anyone knows if that'll continue to be the case? I know Freddie has suits against the banks and Fannie is expected to put out financial news soon. Will that cause them to diverge or will they still stay about the same?
I bought FMCC because it seemed easier to deal with because of the lower volume. Just wondering if I should stay 100% in FMCC or spread my money between the two.
In the case of BMSN, I believe the market makers are trying to mislead novice investors in two things. First, they are hiding volume, likely selling volume. A 80 million share red day looks better than a 100 million share red day. Secondly, they posted the delayed transaction as a buy at the end of the day, making people believe that a "whale" loaded up, when it in fact, didn't.
Fair enough on the IR division. Look, I'm not trying to be a jerk. But I've worked at a couple start-ups. At one of them, we announced a pretty high-profile project that we were working on. And the lady that was our "Office Manager" (Aka CEO's secretary + HR + IR division + a whole bunch of random stuff) got swamped with emails and voice mails. It really sucked for her. She, of course, wasn't able to give out any inside information on our project. And even if she could, she didn't have the time to respond to everyone. But more importantly, it clogged up everything and made it harder for her to deal with the people we were working with. I think we had to make up a new email address for important people to use and get another line for them to call into.
The bottom line is that it doesn't matter if it's a big company or a small company. No company is going to give you insider info. A big company will have their IR division send you a wordy form letter thanking you for your interest, with links to their press releases, and a closing statement that if you'd like more information on PRODUCT X to visit their website. A small company that's too busy trying to get their project off the ground may just not respond.
IMO, the IND # PR release was a done to try to send a coded message to all of us. In fact, I think we did something similar at that start-up I was at. My interpretation of it is they're saying "Hey investors! We're excited that so many of you are interested in what we're doing. We're excited too! The IND isn't approved yet, but we want to let you know that the wheels are in motion. Hang in there. Big things are coming!"
That's my take on it anyway. GLTY! BMSN.
While you're at it, you should email Apple. Tell them you're a shareholder and need to know when the iPhone 6 is coming out because you want to load up before the news hits. Then email Microsoft and ask them about when they're announcing the new XBox.
If you don't hear back from Tim Cook or Steve Ballmer, I'd seriously question the legitimacy of Apple and Microsoft.
But if you do get a response, let me know. I'd like to maximize a quick flip on those too!

Couldn't agree more!
Regen Biopharma has a clear vision and they're executing on it. There's been good news posted here about once a week. But just because it's not THE news that will rocket us up to the next level people act as if the sky is falling.
While I'm not crazy about the recent drop, I hope that the volume today means that the shares are transferring to more longs. I know I picked up some cheapies today :)
BMSN!
It means that larger companies and investors will take BMSN more seriously. This means that it'll be easier to attract the investors needed or to do a "Joint Venture" with larger Biopharms for their trials.
Basically, OTC Pink vs OTC QB is kind of like a mini version of NASDAQ vs OTC.
BMSN upgraded to OTC QB!

You'll see the OTC QB logo there :)
BMSN!
LOL! Sure pal. More financials released and an up-listing will obviously bring us a 50% drop. Heh, in your dreams...
Your chance for cheap shares was yesterday afternoon or MAYBE early this morning. Get in or GTFO IMO! BMSN!
If you're doing a limit order, you might want to make it higher. For example, if you place a limit order at 0.007 they will fill the order at a lower price if they can. But they'll also go up to a max of that price. Just in case you didn't know.
GLTA! BMSN!
BMSN OTC BBQ! :)
Nice find! That's awesome sauce! :D
Long and strong! BMSN!
Great find man! Look forward to seeing you back on the BMSN boards next week :)
Thanks for taking the time to break it all down! As someone new to FNMA and FMCC, I appreciate it :)
Why not within days?? This is the exact reason i was urging everyone flood the Koos's email box with questions.
Nice, concise lay of the land. The only thing you're missing is the breast cancer LOI and that chain of events.
BMSN long and strong!
It's funny you ask that since I was just pondering this today. My initial plan was to cash out 1/2 of my shares after the IND approval and let the rest ride. But I'm now thinking about just sitting on all of my shares for a year minimum.
My thinking goes like this. They appear to be executing their plan. It may be slower than what we, and I'm sure they too, would like. But it's coming along. And if they continue along that path, I could easily see this stock being up 10x or more a year from now. And paying long-term capital tax gains on that much profit would be a lot nicer!
So unless something happens to show outright failure, I think I'm comfortable just leaving my stake in this to ride for the very long term.

Insider buying!
Mar 15 2013
GTI Graftech International Ltd
Shular Craig S Chairman, CEO, President
40,000 Purchase at $7.32 $292,800
Mar 15 2013
GTI Graftech International Ltd
Robertson Lindon G VP, CFO
14,000 Purchase at $7.27 $101,780
These appear to be direct buys, not options. They're also the first and only direct buys that I see in the company history. Seems like a good sign!
Nice recap. To add to that, there's also the string of events for the LOI to acquire the gene silencing treatment for breast cancer.
Thanks! Happy to be able to give back. Pretty sure I found AT because of this board ;)
Oh, and it looks like one of the directors bought shares today too!

Nice catch! Here we go :)
I think the bounce may have started on this today. It scraped 5.00 for just a second around 2, and has gone up a dime since then.
I think the bounce may have started. We hit 5.00 for a moment around 2 and almost immediately bounced up to 5.10. I'm hoping we close out green today.
Cool. I've been happy with the upgrade. I'll probably just sign up for a year once my month is up.
No, I just signed up for a month of their "extra" plan to try it out. Mostly just to get bigger charts and be able to save settings ;)
Cool. I recently signed up to StockCharts.com. I'll have to give it a whirl.
Happy I'm able to contribute something :)
I just found this one by random chance. What do you guys use to scan for charts like this?
Not sure if it's the best, but I use E-Trade. It's a flat rate of ~$10 ($9.95 I think) per trade. Doesn't matter how many or what their price is. So, as long as you buy in decent quantity it seems OK.
Thanks for the amazing amount of DD! This needs to get stickied!
I'm really excited to be in early on this for the long haul. This year is looking fantastic for BMSN!
I got in today. It's bonkers how oversold this is right now! Hoping for a nice bounce up :)
GLTA
I got out today to lock in some profits. Not sure if it's topped out yet, but it's been a nice little run. I like this company long term and will probably jump back in after the next pullback. GLTA.
Kid - can I call you Kid? Fine. Mr. Colorado it is.
Mr. Colorado, that is one sweet dream! If things go down even remotely like that this board is gonna crash iHub. And I'm cool with that :D
GLTY and to us all. BMSN!
"Breakthrough" status would be wonderful! There was one passage from your link in particular that caught my eye:
http://www.sys-con.com/node/2576780
"A breakthrough drug is one that may offer important new benefits for patients with serious or life-threatening disease who are especially in need of new safe and effective treatments," said Janet Woodcock, director of FDA's Center for Drug Evaluation and Research.
It sure sounds like a stem cell treatment for Aplastic Anemia would fit the bill.
Exciting times! BMSN!
Great charting as always! :)
Nice slow week here. We got the 8K in the bag now. No big news and yet we held strong and closed higher. Good stuff.
Have a great weekend everyone! Go BMSN!
Well said. Also, I think people should keep in mind that we did get news this week, just not the news we were hoping for yet.
We found out that the financials were filed and that the lawsuit they had has already been settled. It may not be IND approval news, but it sure seems to me that they're getting everything in order. And I take that as a good thing moving forward.
GLTA!
