Why not within days?? This is the exact reason i was urging everyone flood the Koos's email box with questions.

I'll bet you 10K of BMSN shares that everyone flooding his email and filling up his voice mail is THE reason why we got the fluff PR about the IND #.

They're obviously working through everything. Getting the financials cleaned up and transparent, releasing info that lawsuits are settled, acquiring venture capital financing for the next steps, and working with the FDA towards IND approval. Let them focus on that.

I realize this is (sub)penny land where most stocks run on promos that go up triple in 2 days and then tank to trips over the next week. But that's not the BMSN story. There's a lot of good things happening, but it's gonna take time. And I fear that even if this bounces back up on Friday or Monday, next week people will become stir crazy again if we don't get IND approval by the end of the week.

It's all coming together people. Have patience. BMSN!
