So why is it still used as a bellwether here?
Not only is stating, point-blank, that it "can't go down" incorrect but certainly non-factual as well. But, of course, we've been over this 1000 times to no avail.
True to form. Totally expected.
If memory serves, Steve Baughman was unaware of his lofty appointment until someone from this board contacted him on the matter. It appeared as if SB was being used as an entree into the music world which included his close association with rapper '50 Cent'.
Hardly conceivable that the issue was discussed "more than 1,000 times on this (or any other) board".
The company's former name was RTGV (RTG Ventures) and it does go back over a decade. Then came the name change and two reverse splits totaling 100,000/1. Lots and lots of LMMFAO's over the years and not a single dollar in profits.
You're certainly right on that point! Some purveyors of said non-sense considerably more prolific than others.
Specifically, what nonsense might you be referring to?
The publisher was rather ambiguous as to where those numbers were gleaned, say what?
Back to reality; that being that ain't nothin' happening until the official 'uh huh' or 'huh uh' by the judge.
Should you find yourself reading an occasional post from myself or several others here who are convinced of the non-viability of the company predicated upon factual information pertaining to its past decade of failures, that should hardly be construed as "dumping". I seriously doubt that there are many, if any, stock boards that do not have those on both sides of the fence. The lure of instant profits should this thing find itself on the positive side of the judge's decision is difficult to ignore.
All IMO, of course.
All of that was part of the 'Amanda Gambit' defense, was it not?
Whimsical non-sense.
Just unequivocally stating that dbmm will uplist is also 'just non-sense'.
Agreed. Even their high-profile defense team can't help them if they can't help themselves.
Lotto play. Nothing more, nothing less. IMO
Yeah, they're "complaint", all right.
Oh, that's been brought up on several occasions and instantly dismissed as irrelevant. Apparently, the judge will overlook dbmm's decade-long history and everything's supposed to be happy-happy-gay-gay once reinstatement takes place (if ever). Business will boom and profits will magically appear. Seems to me that showing that they're at least headed in that direction could help get them out of purgatory. Their Q's and K's, albeit timely (what good little do-bees), certainly lack anything even approaching good news.
All IMO, of course.
You forgot to mention -- in YOUR opinion.
It's not necessarily what they've done that might be of major importance to the judge, but what they didn't do that got them into hot water. No way of predicting what the judge will view as important. If said judge relies heavily on the company's likelihood to ever get out of the red, well.....
IMO, of course.
Thank you. I had taken a break from all the thrills and pathos associated with this gem.
Has anyone made the drive-by to see if there's actually business happening at 'Corporate Headquarters'?
It occurred to me that the SEC finally dumping on our band of gypsies might have been the best thing that ever happened, investor-wise. Based on dbmm's continued dismal reported numbers, had the SEC not stepped in, triple-ott territory is undoubtedly where they would find themselves anyway. In addition, there's an excellent chance that no reporting would be taking place, a la pre-SEC interference. So now, should the ruling be in dbmm's favor, a brief flurry of activity could result in some nice dough being made for those lucky enough with their timing. But make no mistake, dbmm's day in the sun would be short-lived without solid performance, a trait they've not shown in over a decade.
Ahhh. Sweet irony.
All IMO, of course.
Have got to wonder how dbmm and intellicell (a purveyor of ED pills, it appears) found themselves joined at the hip to begin with.
The Amanda Gambit just might have backfired. IMO, of course.
Still waiting.
What 'negativity' might you be referring to? The presentation of factual information compiled over the years? How is actual history deemed negative? Will wait.
All old news -- some of it VERY old news ("14th century, I believe you refer to it"). IMO, there's nothing, other than the judge's ruling, that is of interest to virtually anyone.
Quote: "NO ONE made it this far other then DBMM".
Proving exactly what??!! Even their high-priced, can't lose lawyer with the 'Baffle 'em with Bullshit' defense couldn't stem the tide.
Methinks it's over.
IMO, of course.
Quote: "We will hear it soon." Question: Opinion or fact?
Totally accurate. Unfortunately, nothing that they've EVER had to say seemed to matter.
I'm sorry. I don't recall ever reading anything about the pinkie swear monies being held in escrow until such time as they become a "real" company again. How do you suppose they've been paying their 16+ employees during this, the unpleasantness period? If, as you say, their graduation money is, in fact, being held in trust, the "wealthy family" group must be getting about as tired of the hold-up as everyone here.
Quote: "Let’s up list to PINK first." Ya think?
Asher again? Geez!
How much of that $3mil funding you suppose is left?
Predicated upon that knowledge and the continued inaction on the judge's part, one might proffer that the judge isn't very impressed. Not even the Amanda Gambit defense has had any discernable impact. Pretty sad state of affairs, to be sure.
bam ..... just more good-time-charlie bullshit without definitive proof!
