What posts of mine contains "misinformation"?
It appears that you are "parroting" the other posters that don't have a clue about my posts.
As a self-proclaimed "long term" holder please tell the board how many shares you've sold in the last two weeks.
Have a great day!!!
Let's see if I have this correct?
You post that Dominion may be dumping almost 50,000,000 shares that they got at .03 and I'm the bad guy for referencing your post.
Have a great day!!!
p.s. I thought I was on your ignore list?
So you think that is what is happening here?
If you're correct then it could retest the .05's unless there is substantial news.
Thanks for the "heads up".
Just saying!!!
p.s. It happens with penny stocks. The insiders make money and in most cases the retail investor can only "hold and hope".
GLTY
Goodnight all!!!
Once again you're talking out of the wrong end.
Nothing but positive posts from the first time I spoke with Gerald last February until Gerald announced that there would be no near term partnership on LymPro.
After that comment I knew this was headed lower. Anyone with the least bit of common sense would know that.
Have a good evening. It's pass my bedtime.
Still expecting below $18.00 within four weeks or sooner.
$15.00 price target seems reasonable over the next six to nine months.
Since you claim my posts are "intentionally-deceptive" take my last 20 posts and tell me which ones are perceived by you to be "intentionally deceptive"?
Please explain how they are deceptive?
p.s. Is anyone who isn't currently waving the AMBS flag being deceptive?

My thoughts exactly.
The sad part is that it appears Gerald is continuing down that same road.
Didn't JP mention today that Dominion now has about 50,000,000 shares at .03 to dump?
Interesting days ahead. Friday's are usually down days for penny stocks. I'm thinking .075 or lower is possible.
Just saying!!!
p.s. I guess if you can buy shares at .03 or .06 then obviously selling them at the current share price makes perfect sense.
If they had plenty of cash on hand why did they have to borrow $500,000 from Dominion Capital?
Just asking!!!
Some individuals suffer from the "not invented here" syndrome.
I'll start buying share when it goes below .075 which it will without news. Others may want to do the same thing.
Don't try to catch a falling knife. Wait until it lands and then pick it up carefully.
No one has answered my question about how the company went from having over $1,000,000 in cash on hand a few weeks ago to having to borrow $500,000 from Dominion Capital?
Any idea how much the company paid to be on Clear Channel radio? Didn't the interviewer call Gerald "Joe" at the end?
p.s. I haven't sold a single share in the last five trading sessions primarily because I didn't own any. Also I don't short stocks.
Note: Never invest more money in a stock than you can afford to lose and never be afraid to take profits off the table.
Do I detect a change in your attitude?
Told you to sell.
Just saying!!!
It's going below .07.
Just saying!!!
If you love buying above .09 just imagine the euphoria you'll experience buying below .07 next week.
Just saying!!!
If Gerald has a third orphan indication for MANF I suggest he announces it before this drops below .09 and heads below .08.
Just saying!!!
p.s. The shorts/sellers are demonstrating patience here as they're walking it down slowly to maximize their profits.
$500,000 loan from Dominion Capital? I thought the company was sitting on over $1,000,000 in cash?
Seems like another way to send cheap shares to Dominion? Enough already.
Just saying!!!
Where does it state that the company will redeem the note in cash?
It stated, "The Note bears interest at the rate of 12% per annum and may be redeemed by the Company in cash."
It's obvious that the company would have the right to redeem the note in cash. This infers that there is another method of redemption available to the company which I assume would be issuing shares to redeem the note which it has done almost a hundred times in the past for similar notes or debt obligations.
Just saying!!!
p.s. Have a great day everyone. I'll be back in the morning.
I didn't create the chart. I just observed it.
I would be more concerned about how low the share price is headed than what any one poster has posted on the board over the last year.
Today's 8-K stated that the company could redeem the $500,000 note from Dominion by paying cash. I wonder what the conversion rate is if the company redeems the note using shares? .04 shares?
800,000,000 shares and climbing?
Just saying!!!
It's interesting that when someone posts that the share price is going lower that so many individuals get defensive but when the company sells shares for substantially less it's a good thing.
Just saying!!!
p.s. I didn't sell shares at .06. Gerald did that.
Chart indicates it's headed to .073 but it could go lower on downside momentum with no news.
Just saying!!!
It's unfortunate that it's not televised interview. One never knows when Gerald might "wink" at the camera.
Just saying!!!
p.s. Possibly Gerald could have had this guy behind him interpreting his comments.
Don't blame me for the tremendous dilution.
I never promised to minimize it to protect the share holders.
It's obvious that the holders of the .06 warrants had all the power. I'm surprised that they weren't able to get a one for one exchange instead of a three for four. Of course a one for one exchange would have been a more difficult "sell" for Gerald to the shareholders especially since the warrants were already in the money.
Once again the promise of the up-listing is the "carrot".
Tomorrow will be interesting.
I never short stocks. I thought you knew that.
Good luck to you. I hope you make a lot of money with AMBS.
Don't you think it's strange that the company had to bribe the holders of the .06 warrants that would have converted "in the money" in order to force them to convert a portion of those warrants?
I can only assume that there was an "understanding" that what was announced today was always in the plan.
It pays to be an insider.
Just saying!!!
p.s. Anyone want to venture how many shares will be "in play" by the time the annual report is released? I'm thinking 830,000,000.
Note: It's good that Gerald has always stated that he is seeking other means of funding in order to keep shareholder dilution to a minimum. Imagine how many shares would be outstanding if it weren't for his efforts.
Appears set for another leg down.
Just saying!!!
Gerald had to scramble to add an incentive to get some of the warrants converted.
If the warrants at .06 failed to convert Gerald's only obvious option would have been another secondary offering at substantially less than .06/share.
It happens!!!
p.s. Anyone who doesn't understand that Gerald was held hostage and a ransom was paid is in denial.
The average price of the shares that will be issued as a result of today's news is .086/share.
There are still warrants that convert at .06 and debentures that convert at .04. Of course now there are more warrants that convert at .12.
I'm thinking the number of shares that currently are in play on a fully diluted basis is about 830,000,000.
p.s. Should bottom in the .085 range by Friday.
All IMHO.
If it's such a good deal why will the share price be below .09 this week?
The average price per share derived from the conversion of all the warrants related to today's news is .086/share.
I think the current share price is higher than that.
Just saying!!!
p.s. Do you understand what I'm saying?
I don't need 15 aliases to point out the obvious.
It's surprising that the investors wouldn't convert the warrants at .06 even though they were "in the money". Why was that?
Did the company give away more shares as part of a "sweetheart deal"?
It just doesn't pass the "smell" test.
Just saying!!!
p.s. The number of shares "in play" now is probably well in excess of 800,000,000 on a fully diluted basis.
The holder of the warrants at .06 had Gerald and the company over a barrel. Gerald and the incompetent C.F.O. had no choice but to "sweeten the deal" by offering a kicker.
If the warrants at .06 didn't convert the company would have had to issue another secondary offering with the warrants at .06 still "in play".
The new secondary offering probably would have used up the remaining 200,000,000 million shares at an offering price of less than .04.
How much is the C.F.O. paid? $500,000?
Such is the life of a penny stock.
p.s. It wouldn't surprise me to see AMBS close "RED" today.
Is "redo" similar to a "do over"? How does this happen?
Gerald says the stock is worth .086/share currently?
Calculated as follows:
4 shares@.06 = .24
3 shares@.12 = .36
7 shares = .60 or an average of .086/share.
82,000,000 shares @.04 from the debentures are still in play.
The up-listing "carrot" dangles in the wind.
p.s. It's obvious that Gerald will use all one billion shares at his "disposal".

Don't worry about me. I'm doing just fine.
Congrats on the move back above .80!!!
I think you may want to pull a few dollar$ off the table.
