I would be more concerned about how low the share price is headed than what any one poster has posted on the board over the last year.

Today's 8-K stated that the company could redeem the $500,000 note from Dominion by paying cash. I wonder what the conversion rate is if the company redeems the note using shares? .04 shares?

800,000,000 shares and climbing?
