It's surprising that the investors wouldn't convert the warrants at .06 even though they were "in the money". Why was that?
Did the company give away more shares as part of a "sweetheart deal"?
It just doesn't pass the "smell" test.
Just saying!!!
p.s. The number of shares "in play" now is probably well in excess of 800,000,000 on a fully diluted basis.
