I haven't seen too many posts regarding our small gap open this AM---
Anybody think we will fill it shortly???? When the gas gets low and we begin to fizzle without another catalytic injection

Clone 3
by Patricia Nell Warren[
Are we nearer the day when the promise of a vaccine will outweigh profits & politics?
There’s an old saying, “All good things must come to an end.” Writing this column for A&U has been a good thing for a decade and a half now. I’ve had the opportunity to explore the ins and outs of AIDS politics, not only in the U.S. but other countries as well.
This column brought me into contact with Texas scientist Joseph Cotropia, MD, co-founder with his attorney brother Charles Cotropia of BioClonetics Immunotherapeutics, Inc., a privately held biotech. I also met their CFO, Paul Fellegy.
Connecting with BioClonetics was a six-degrees-of-separation thing. Around six years ago, an HIV-positive friend of theirs was sitting in his doctor’s waiting room and picked up a copy of A&U from the coffee table there. Flipping the pages, he ran across a Left Field. As an admirer of my novels, he was surprised to see that I had taken up nonfiction reporting. After his appointment, he raced to tell Dr. Cotropia and Paul, “Guess who’s writing about AIDS vaccines!”
Next thing, Paul called me on the phone. This was the first of many calls, and eventually meetings, as he and Dr. Cotropia told me the strange story of their frustrating search for financing of clinical trials. After many years of research, Cotropia had discovered a human monoclonal antibody that has a powerful potential for neutralizing HIV strains in a vaccine.
To put it simply, Cotropia discovered a human cell line producing a specific human antibody that targets a genetic sequence designated KLIC on the surface of HIV’s outer envelope. Dr. Cotropia named it Clone 3.
This antibody can lock onto the KLIC epitope (the epitope is a key spot on the envelope where the virus is vulnerable to antibody action) in such a way that the virus is unable to reproduce, and ultimately cannot infect a human cell. Cotropia patented his discovery in 1989.
Since that first call from Fellegy, I’ve had ample opportunity to look at the science around Clone 3, as well as observe the political antics around it.
Stranger still—in 1999, the government had made a patent application that overlapped an area covered by Dr. Cotropia’s 1989 patents.
The government listed NIAID director Anthony Fauci and others as the “inventors.” In the affidavit required by the filing process, Fauci, et al., declared under oath that the neutralizing technology in question had “utility” and “commercial value.” But the U.S. Patent Examiner threw out the government’s bid to own the key area covering Clone 3. He pointed out that Dr. Cotropia and BioClonetics had a prior claim.
So if Clone 3 had “commercial value” according to Fauci himself, why was the discovery viewed by others as lacking “innovation?”
Talking heads in the AIDS industry, including Fauci himself, have said that the best way to end the AIDS epidemic is an effective AIDS vaccine.
“An effective HIV vaccine would get us to an AIDS-free generation faster and help sustain that accomplishment.” Other antibodies and other vaccine approaches, all have failed to deliver real promise.
Then, in August 2010, came another landmark for Clone 3. The U.S. government’s Los Alamos HIV Clinical Database published a review of Clone 3 antibody’s capacity to bind directly with the 2,229 (then) known strains of HIV around the world.
By searching the amino acid surface composition of these 2,229 HIV isolates or strains, Los Alamos found that ninety-eight percent of them have an exact match—---or conservative amino-acid substitution—--for the minimal essential “core” epitope KLIC to which the CLONE 3 antibody binds.
In other words, Clone 3 epitope KLIC has the potential to elicit, in active vaccination, a protective antibody (“CLONE 3”) that broadly neutralizes ninety-eight percent of all known HIV strains. This is more than any other vaccine candidate whose study results have been published.
Clearly this 2010 government data should have put the Clone 3 KLIC epitope at the front of the pack. But it didn’t,, when HIV strains now total 4,009. Yet Clone 3 still holds its ninety-eight percent position.
Later in September 2010, I wrote expressing my bafflement, that Dr. Cotropia’s discovery was being viewed as a “disruptive technology.”
A cost-effective vaccine that saves millions of people from being infected would eliminate the industry’s golden chance to sell many years of ARV drug treatments to these millions (or to their governments, or their insurance providers) after they get infected.
And, as I commented in the Bilerico piece: “The U.S. government is anxious to protect its own vested interest in ARV cash-flow. The FDA collects millions in user fees from pharmaceutical companies. The Dept. of Treasury collects additional taxes on pharmaceuticals. Plus there are royalties from medical inventions created by government scientists.”
So I wonder what the government would have done with Cotropia’s patent—if anything—if they had won their 1999 legal battle.
Dr. Cotropia and Fellegy have asked me if I would accept a commission to write a nonfiction book about their story. I said yes. It’s a huge story—one that deserves to be told. The story is still happening, and I’m still hoping that someone will show up who gives a damn about humanity and has the $500 million that is needed to bring this pharma product through clinical trials to market.
Meanwhile, every year that there’s still no AIDS vaccine on the global market, nearly 2 million people a year around the world—children, women and men—die needlessly of AIDS. Somebody will have to explain to me why 2 million deaths a year is an acceptable trade-off for the profits being made on ARVs.
So herewith my disclosure that I’m taking sides with a particular approach to the science and medicine of ending AIDS—and that I will be accepting payment for my professional book-author skills. I’m doing this because I’m convinced of Clone 3’s possible future.
Indeed, BioClonetics is aiming for broader development. The CLONE 3 antibody also has potential as a passive immunotherapy, to treat those infected with HIV/AIDS without the toxicity dangers presented by ARV drugs. Moreover, Dr. Cotropia tells me that the 1989 discovery has possible applications for diseases caused by other retroviruses as well, in both humans and animals. All in all, this could be an important horizon in medical history—I’d like to be there as that horizon is crossed

FrnkMD---I have done a copy and paste of part of your audit link-
---Permit me , if you will--
Audit Opinion Letter
An auditor issues an audit opinion letter after completing the audit process, and it is included with the audited financial statements. In this letter, the auditor reveals the financial statements reviewed and the audit method used. If there were no material errors in the financial statements, then the auditor will give an audit opinion that the financial statements represent a true and fair view of the company’s performance and position.
But, if there is deceit, lying or hiding of material fact and the auditors are not able to discover this, the auditors are protected by a properly worded OPINION LETTER. This is also why you get the best analytical auditing firm you can afford.
The CEO of GETC (Geotec) lied about an asset transaction that materially affected, by overstating, the value of the company ----assets ( real estate with coal) that he had claimed title and that he sold to the company for 500 Mil shares of the company's stock---The GETC financial statement was audited and signed by the CEO, President & CFO and given to the SEC----as a fair and true value of the company.
BUT___
The SEC also can audit , and they can investigate claims of asset ownership,, and they do when they have cause "cause"... As in a properly filed complaint..... or a past history that the SEC is aware.
Our CEO knew that he did not have clear title and the SEC discovered this and filed lawsuits and CRIMINAL CHARGES. --
My point is,, audited financials can't cover blatant dishonesty---The CEO had gotten away with his deceit for several unaudited financial statements,, but, when you sign your name to an audited statement , claiming that it is all true and give it to the SEC----and get caught , it sends you to jail, but the investors get screwed----and we did.
thanks for the compliment
and do stick around

I finished reading all of OTC-Shotcaller's postings on ENZC-----all I can say is,, that in all my years on the Street (I started in 1961 as a broker with Merrill Lynch) ENZC has more EXPLOSIVE Share Price catalysts than I have ever seen-----and I have seen some monster runners in my time----
I was at an Investment Show & Tell for Loctite and Super Glue in 1962 and didn't invest----I listened to Mathew Knight tell me his plans in 1978 in Beaverton, while I was buying a pair of his Nike running shoes---and didn't believe him, was that a mistake ??? or what??? ---and there will be a lot of people here who will not believe and will pass or sell way too soon----As Pelosi said, People will be people.
Don't anyone think for a minute ,, that when the right catalyst comes at the right time for ENZC,,, you will be talking about it for years---especially if you own ENZC shares when it happens---
WOW!!!!!!
I'ld be really sweet if this all came to pass----and in actuality,, we are in the process now---

Re: maperatpogi post# 41585
Well said! There's no other Biotech Company in history sitting on what BioClonetics-Enzolytics has! There's simply nothing that compares to it!
Post-Merger, they have the potential of rapidly becoming the largest Market Cap Biotech traded on the Stock Exchange, keeping in mind that many of them commonly trade at 40-to-80X earnings!
The way I see it playing out is as follows IMO:
1). Post-Merger combined with coming current on ALL filings, and BioClonetics 135M valuation factored in: PPS easily $0.50-to-1.00
2). Funding from various sources: $1.25-to-1.50
3). Primate Studies under way at UC Davis: $1.55-to-$1.75
4). Confirmation of the Clone3's efficacy on Primates (in-Vivo) as it was in-Vitro: $2.50-to-$3.75
5). Transitioning to Clinical Trials Phase I-IV: $3.85-$5.25
6). Validated preliminary results from Clinical Trials: $5.50 to $15.00
7). FDA Application for commercialization and distribution: $15-$50
8). Big Pharma partner named for manufacturing, marketing, and global distribution. $55-to-$85
9). Transition to NASDAQ with Institutional Interest/Stock Purchasing: $95 -to-$125
10). Earning beginning to fall to bottom line: $150-$225
11). Post Big Pharma Buy Out: $300+
Again, just my opinion. Many other factors will obviously come into play as well---- I didn't mention, i.e. the commercialization of Enzolytics ITV-1 in the U.S. that will likely occur within 6 months of the Merger.

Historical index on US Stock Market : D- "Should I invest in Enzolytics stock?" "Should I trade "ENZC" stock today?" According to our live Forecast System, Enzolytics, Inc. stock is an awesome long-term (1-year) investment*.
At Walletinvestor we predict future values with technical analysis for wide selection of stocks like Enzolytics, Inc. (ENZC).
If you are looking for stocks with good return, Enzolytics, Inc. can be a profitable investment option.
Take away?
12 Month Strike Price Estimate: $26.25
6 Month Strike Price Estimate: $13.12
3 Month Strike Price Estimate: $6.56
Average weekly PPS increase over the next 6 months: $ 0.55/week
Wallet Investor rarely gives an "Awesome" or "Strong Buy" on ANY Stock unless it's trading on the major exchanges with serious earnings!
Plug in any "TOP Penny Stock" listed on Bartchart into the stock search box on Wallet Investor and see what happens. NONE get this kind of rating, in fact they ALL get a "poor" or "don't buy" rating.
However please keep in mind these are only estimates, although IMO I believe these are conservative, AND it's a reasonable assumption based on everything this company has going for it, with its "Clone 3" Patent - Disruptive Technology" for effectively treating most strains of HIV, which may include curative treatment.
Once the merger is announced, SEC filings updated, funding is announced, and Phase IV Trials start, ENZC will be in a totally different universe with the major BigPharmas and the stock price will dramatically rise likely in the double dollar digits!
Keep the faith!

Enzolytics Inc (OTCMKTS: ENZC) is making a powerful move up the charts on a massive surge of volume after the Company announced on Sept 15, 2020 the execution of a non-binding LOI to merge with BioClonetics Immunotherapeutics, Inc. a biotech company located in Dallas Texas. BioClonetics is in the final stage of development of a parent monoclonal antibody (“mAbs”) (designated as Clone 3), which is non-toxic and has shown in initial in-vitro testing to be effective against greater than 95% of all strains of HIV. Nothing like this presently exists!
The best NEWS in ALL of this is Dr. Cotropia holds an exclusive patent on Clone-3 Technology that Dr. Fauci attempted to steal from him some time ago by making overlapping claims to The U.S. Patent Office for the same thing but he did not prevail. (see link below)
https://aumag.org/2013/09/26/the-future-of-clone-3/
This merger undoubtedly will represent the single greatest thrust in medical science for curing most strains of HIV there by dramatically reducing its impact on humanity rendering it "easily treated" if not cured!
I have a professional clinical research background that includes bringing pharmaceuticals to market via randomized controlled clinical trials and believe I can make a significant contribution to this message board.
I just joined this forum today and will be posting insightful information from time to time that may help investors in this merger make an informed decision.
I can tell everyone this, I an have done my DD on these two companies and they are BOTH not only the "real deal" but they definitely have what it takes to become THE Global Leader in the space of AIDS/HIV treatment.
I can tell everyone here from experience from being in clinical research most of my professional life, they won't have any problem whatsoever obtaining any amount of funding they need from any and all sources to bring their scientific achievement to commercialization, and by far their stock will quickly transition to either NASDAQ or NYSE with a corresponding dramatic rise in the share price that will likely forward split several times.
My prediction is this stock will move to NASDAQ within 6 months of merger completion which I perceive is already a "done deal" soon to be announced, and when that happens the share price will foreseeably be trading in the $5-$10 range at least a year BEFORE their Phase IV patient trials are complete but with preliminary positive findings. Soon after, the Share Price will soar even higher with anticipated FDA Approval.
Post FDA approval I see this company stock trading easily in the $100-$500 range within 12 months of commercialization IF they are not bought out before then by one of the majors like Merk, Pfizer, etc.
Watch for my posts, I have gathered A LOT of Intel on this Company that includes some very promising numbers! Hint: $7 per share is not an unrealistic near term PPS, but I believe it will be trading on NASDAQ by then.
This was his last post on ENZC

I made a huge amt of bank here , when it was SGBY---had a short term tax of almost $30k----are you in ENZC???
Bonnie---
No,, Those other stocks that we made a killing on and then fizzled did NOT have the mgt foresight that is appearing here---one lost favor due to communist china involvement, another due to needing funds and not being able to acquire them ,, thereby selling out and another had ""crooks"" in the house who just liked to sell company shares---
This is unlike any of those companies according to all the DD that I have perused ---I have been around longer than most of the penny stock players here and definitely longer than the penny companies -----including this one
God Father pointed out very lucidly ,,, I thought,,,(post #61741) the progression of this company's plans for its future---it will certainly not be an over night happening,, and there will be a lot of bank to be made in the trading/flipping of shares during the next 12 to 18 months--- but those who are sincerely interested in accumulating wealth will have an extended opportunity over the next 12 months or so to acquire and accumulate substantial shares,, thereby establishing a very positive position for future wealth---shucks,, look at what happened to Amazon and a few others---I bought a pair of running shoes in the late '70s from a guy named Frank Knight , selling Nike shoes outta his ""garage"" in Beaverton, OR---little did I know ,, nor did he,, of what would eventually happen---and it's not over for him ,, or me for that matter.
It is glaringly obvious,, that this company plans a NASDAQ listing---and it's also obvious to us,, as to what that requires of a company-----if you are long term and interested in acquiring wealth,,, you do not get many opportunities at these prices----turning a couple a grand or so,,, into six or seven digits is not something to be sneezed at----it is a helluva opportunity,,, if you're under 85---
You can easily check my bona-fides and ask a lot of the posters about me ,,, I do not pump and lure folks into buying crap---There is a monster amount of verifiable DD here,, and posters who have "whiskers" of success are assisting in providing access and analysis to this DD---
Cheers, art
OK----Been reading the posted DD since Falon gave me a heads up---I see Jim46 is here also---looks like I missed the trips for loading---but at my age I just like playing around --- SNEY, SGBY,JBZY and SPCL paid for for my house, both cars, an Escalade EXT------and some retirement bank----then the IRS sent me a nice letter asking for another $28K,, seems as though I short changed them---duh!!!!
Hey there GF----think this will be as good as SPCL or SGBY were in their beginning----before their demise---when they stsrted diluting , it was all over---you think the same could happen here?????
Its too bad about this company----I was in back when it was SGBY --I am very surprised at seeing so many who hung around ----
Steven---you still i8n this ??????

It is now,, but I made some nice "bank" here ,, back in the day---about 7 or8 yrs ago,, along with that POS called SNEY---remember that one--
