We do not have to wait until the FS is done .We can apply now;
Excelsior has 1 amazing mine that can be back on track very soon.
It has also a second smaller mine that is close to start mining as well, with low capex
and with a potential partner ( a subsidiary of Rio Tinto)
And if for some crazy reason well stimulation doesn’t work as planned, Excellsior will build an open pit .
yes indeed you can
I am not the organizer. Safecapital is.
Both Michael lebby and Mark Smith will give
a presentation on 27 May in Ghent so no need for us to go to Denver this year.
I suggest Europeans to come and join the presentations.
Do not bother about the Belgians Matt ; Many of them are still in a very profitable situation
I am curious what your wife will think when after 10 years you are quitting and next year she is finding out the shareprice is exploding.
Are you going to find another gem , wait for 10 years and quit again before it happens; Will you make the same mistake again ,, LWLG , NB what will be the next one?
Duke
1) I am still at a considerable profit on this investment Duke so no need to feel sorry for me
2) My time will come . Come back in a year and remember this message .
I bought a lot into the bottom and if well stimulation works this could be a very good buy.
sorry. should not post when driving lol
on Excelsior mining I am dramatically under water. Because I believe in the company i bought quite a lot to averagedown a few months ago. The same for IBC.
I never buy in a runup. That is my strategy for many years. If I do not believe in
a company I sell and move on. and do not hangout on social networks to demotivate other investors.
equity financing news (replacing the spac and
rare earth contracts
i should correct my mistyping
10 years ago I bought shares under 20 cad. not 20 years ago
in 2014 we participated in a PP at 20 cents with warrants at 25 cad cents
you were right all the time on the redemption forecast.
I do not think we would have entered into this Spac deal if we had the Exim letter 6 months ago.
All the costs of the Spac had been made when we received the letter so it was the best option then to continue the merger.
I think we are in a better position now. It was a punch in the stomach but we are fighting back.
lowest price i bought was 8 cents.
What miserable investors are we Landmark if I have to believe some posters?
absolutely BS
20 years ago I bought shares under 20 canadian cents.

Jim had to cancel his trip to Europe at the last minute for private matters .
because a man to man meeting is telling you more than 100 public presentations Paul.
The one thing Lebby wants to avoid and what would make him worry is him making promises he cannot hold. I respect therefore that he is careful in what he says.
He answered yesterday all the questions he was allowed to answer .
I went through the23 red flags lists of ted and Michael replied with admirable patience. we talked for 3 hours..None of the replies got me worried.
To me ALL the answers were satisfactory.
Those who are talking about selling just should do so. Not my worry. I am not selling nor buying. I am not a trader.
Michael confirmed yesterday that he will be live in Ghent on 27 May so it will not be a live stream.
just read your post
yes it was yesterday evening
and I am more convinced than ever. I recommend everybody to attend such a meeting.
I do not want to be involved in a yes or no discussions with Ted on this board anymore hence my reduced posting here.
If Ted is honest and organizes a meeting with Michael he would most probably change his attitude completely.
I indeed hope they will make a lot of money and so will we .

I did some further research
EXIM No experence in project financing ?
They started in 1934.
https://www.exim.gov/solutions/project-and-structured-finance
One of the first projects they helped to finance was construction of the Pan-American Highway in 1936.
I do not expect the procedure to be different for an American company than for a foreign company .
In fact I believe it should go smoother
I also expect Exim to have done some dd before they have issued that letter and not issue such letter to everybody that asks for a loan.
I think we are in a better situation than ever before.
let the demo results come asap.
Did anyone took the effort to find out how many times such a letter of interest did not end up in a firm commitment?
Thank you Mr Grunt
Groundbreaking has been delayed but will happen and will be happy to meet you there
I let him find out
and it will become clear in the near future I think
There are two fatal errors in your post
he will
I hope you are not referring to me when you talk about posters being absent. I am not posting much as I do not want to be involved in polarising discussions.( some of them are not even worth the reply.)
I respect your opinion but while I am disappointed about the outcome of the SPAC I am convinced that we are in a much better position than we were ever before.
I think it will be a lot easier for bigger parties to come in now with EXIM as the potential debt financer is my strong belief. I am only sorry that we did not get that letter 6 months ago . .
Mark must have read my earlier post today. lol
Exim is key
They are not going to buy on the open market.
Of Course last week Spac story was a disappointment for me but I am one of these evangelists that strongly continue to believe in the ultimate success of this company; It is not 10 years but 12 years that I am now invested in this company .
I have managed very well over the years being told to be an evangelist many times .
I think the EXIM letter of interest is a pivotal moment in NioCorp's history and 6 months ago we did not have that luxury.
Nasdaq on its own will not lift the share price but nasdaq combined with Exim will open many doors.
Stay tuned
good summary of how I think.
dinner is 19 April during the PIC conference.in Brussels
dinner with Michael Jim and John with some 25 investors. on April 19.
For Ted." it will be mindblowing."
I limited the number of attendants. it will not be a presentation. Just Q &A.
27 may(so after the ASM) Michael will be on a livestream with Safecapital from Brecht Arnaert the prior editor of Macrotrends and this for several hundred of investors.
Duke
I think we met each other in Denver a few years ago and I believe there is mutual respect; I want to keep it that way.
but if you have losses on Niocorp and LWLG I assume it is because you have been trading these shares and were in and out at the wrong times.
You were in Niocorp before me so why is it that I am making a huge profit not only in absolute terms but also percentagewise ( times 5 at todays shareprice).
In LWLG the same story.. LWLG gave us the possibility to sell 1/20 th of our shares so we could recover our costs and wait for the further outcome without any risk. Even at todays prices I am here at 463 percent profit. Somebody who bought 3 years ago when LWLG dipped has a 802 percent profit.
Both companies are at a crossroad and ready for the next rise in shareprice although we may be in for some volatility after the previous weeks event; Start ups are not for everybody and certainly not for the faint -hearted
In IBC and Excelsior I am also at a big loss but I am not out there but have been accumulating at lower prices so that my cost is averaging down . The moment IBC and Excelsior recover I will be in a profitable situation much faster. And as long as I believe in the company I stay in. Otherwise I sell and I am not telling everybody else how stupid they are to stay invested..
If you are trading for a living these companies are not the right intruments to do that and you should know that with your vast experience . TA on non revenue companies has limited value. When you trade start ups you earn pennies; When you invest in the right startups and have patience you make millions.
I think there is vast proof that Niocorp and LWLG are on the way to a huge succes.
As for Yorkville ; I consider this the same vehicle as Lincoln Parks at LWLG. It was heavily criticized by some LWLG investors. That type of financing did not prevent LWLG to make tremendous progress and give LWLG a phenomenal uptick in their shareprice from 0,60 usd to 20usd . I also think Yorkville will only be used if absolutely necessary and may be replaced as soon as the next equity investor appears. I think the EXIM letter more than the Nasdaq will trigger other private investors sooner than later .
now that he has slightly more shares than me I expect his interests are aligned with mine.
and sorry. for the guy that compared Niocorp with the phase 1 biotec company. , I forgot the name.Niocorp is not a biotec . company. I am glad 2 of my biotec investments are private companies that are extremely promising but I am glad they are not listed. One of them had a capital increase recently at 6.95 but if it was listed it would be a penny stock.
if you still want to compare Niocorp with Biotec. Niocorp has FDA approval. lol
so do not compare apples with oranges
imo Frankfurt trading will continue at the new split adjusted pricing on Tuesday
The EXIM letter of interest more than anything else has improved the chances for better financing deals for NioCorp. Do not forget that when we signed the Spac deal in September 2022 that letter did not exist.
This is not what everybody expected but we have after this deal
close to 100 million on the bank which may last until we receive potentially 800 million more with government backing
A Nasdaq listing
and a few positive news events to be expected in the near future.
This is a lot more than we entered the Spac deal at the end of September last year. I think we are a more interesting bride now than we were then
No excuses. the redemption rate is very disappointing but I see enough extremely positive events in the near future to remain optimistic about this company . congratulations to scooter on his forecast on the redemption which was 100 percent correct. I continue to support the management team and am looking forward to see what will happen next.
