When I say make it work that's at a cost equal or close to the cost it would take to produce hydro from natural gas. Maybe through subsidies, etc. can get some sweet green deals for the future of renewable energy.

Better they get the money from cannacord than dilute. Last thing they want to do is dilute cause they have lots of shares and they don't want their shares to go down either. Diluting 20m would probably dropped it down much more. It WILL go back up, just like it did last time.
