Jacksonville deal didn't included CLNE in the end..
Miami-Dade hasn't happened either...
Are you trying to retire and hoping that those revenues are on CLNE's books???
Two ships !!! Two loads of fuel...stop the presses !!! Viva the natural gas revolution !
No repeat business....
NGV ECONOMICS:
1.) With oil prices hovering around $50 / barrel, the economics of switching from diesel to natural gas are marginal to negative in many regions of the US.
2.) These economics are manifesting in declining unit sales for WPRT and others involved in NGV manufacturing.
3.) Major oil companies have been monitoring the NGV niche, and the latest economics/decline, and are not interested in investing in infrastructure in a slowing sector.
4.) Lack of infrastructure is a major, limiting reason/factor for growth of the NGV niche, and the rate of station growth among the independents like CLNE is slowing.
5.) These factors have all contributed to the decline in the CLNE share price from : $12 to $4.

"Great sign when your down all day and end up green at the end of trading session.."
HOW SO? WHY?
Looks like day-end and week-end covering to me....
"$5 will come sooner than we think"..or in the $3.00's again...

Kudos to CLNE. It looks as if they have arrested the fall.
It has been a great 2 years (From $12.00 to $2.00), but I never go against the trend, nor fall in love with a position.
I still believe this is a lousy stock and lousy investment, so I won't be going LONG, but it is too risky to be short for the time being.
I hope you have all bought under $3.00 and take profits often.

Just because I am critical and skeptical of management and continue to post countering others, that does not mean that I am shorting this stock at this time. Instead, I shall wait for the pro-CLNE supporters to over-inflate the value so that I can bet against its future.... Not now, but I shall let you know when I do. "
Not even close. Read my posts, I covered under $4 (and most under $3) and said so many times...I also stated that I shorted ABOVE $4.80...so even if I hadn't covered my shorts would still be in the money !
It is all on the record MY BROTHER...
BTW I am doing pretty well with this loser stock as well...
FROM $40 to $1.35 !!! ALMOST AS GOOD AS ENRON !
OH NO....SONE.... $1.30's . I think I was right AGAIN !!!
"That didn't take very long...I think we are headed to NEW ALL-TIME LOWS. "
They need to completely GUT MANAGEMENT...Ash needs to go.

But not today....
Is the euphoria wearing off???
What a lovely thought SONE...
Now please explain WHY? it will go up?
And I guess you don't read very well. If you look at my CLNE posts, you saw that I covered all of my options below $3.00 !!!! From $12 to $3 was a great ride.
Just like from $40 to $2 has been a great ride for WPRT . I have gone to the bank with my profits from here as well...
Keep hoping, keep dreaming...keep losing...
OH NO....SONE.... $1.40's

Thanks for the history lesson...
Two loads of LNG...stop the presses !!!
Like all of you, I too hope that CLNE goes to $6.00, but NOT for the same reasons as the rest of you....
Good Research !
Unfortunately the rate of new LNG ships and conversions has stalled, just as they have with overland NGV's.
Poor conversion economics and the lack of fueling infrastructure has slowed the adoption rates for LNG in shipping, just as they have cars and trucks.
And the costs for LNG facilities are orders of magnitude higher than CNG, so in Jacksonville, it will be many years (decades?) before the facilities or the 2 LNG vessels, will see a positive ROI.

HOW MANY SHARES HAS BOONE BOUGHT RECENTLY....???
What is his faith in the future of this company?
What is the ratio of insider buys over sells in the last 6 months?
Does anyone here drive an NGV?
DOES BOONE DRIVE AN NGV?
C'mon INSIDERS have sold 28 times more shares than they have bought.
In the LAST 6 MONTHS: SOLD ~700,000 Shares
In the LAST 6 MONTHS: BOUGHT ~ 25,000 Shares
I KNOW HOW THE INSIDERS ARE VOTING !!!
WORRISOME ARE THE INSIDER SALES:
Insider Purchases Last 6 Months :
# Shares # Trans
Purchases 25,000 / 2
Sales 697,860 / 1
Net Shares Purchased (Sold)-672,860 / 3
Insider SALES were 28 X greater than insider BUYS !!!
Is Boone DUMPING again?
Because Coal was much CHEAPER than Oil !!!
And the infrastructure was in place for the easy adoption or conversion to coal by the power plants.
Natural gas as a motor fuel, lacks the compelling economics for conversion or adoption, and the infrastructure is woefully lacking.
Who here owns or drives an NGV????
Manure management... that's what we have.... !!!
If you are referring to Arch Coal going bankrupt, I could not agree more.
WPRT will soon be there as well...
DEAD CAT BOUNCE, HEAD FAKE, FOOL's RALLY
Oh, and the "earnings/losses" report, is the final nail in the coffin.
Nearly every critical metric for survival is NEGATIVE .

Read the financials... the pre-market numbers can't last!
These financials are MUCH WORSE than expected. Cummins and unit sales are very bad and worrisome.
Aaahhh, I have been shorting CLNE since $11/share.... so 2 years of fun and profits.
Next week will be telling, but no short is very worried... this is the cover your position time and take your profits to the bank... not to add to your short position...that would be foolish and too risky.
ALL OF THIS GOOD NEWS !!!!!
And still I am able to cover my OTM options, under $3.00 ...aaaand.... DEEEEP IN THE MONEY !!!
How can a company that is so great be trading BELOW $3.00/share?
LESS THAN 10% of the UPS FLEET USES NG.
YAWN... a token.
If it were a HUGE success, they would be replacing 100% of their vehicles as the wore out.
WE ARE IN FREE-FALL !
Lets look at some Facts of CLNE,
- They are trading BELOW $3.00/share, approaching historic LOWS
- The rate of growth of NGV sales is decreasing (when it should be growing)
- The economic advantage between NG and diesel is zero or NEGATIVE in many regions of the country.
- BIG DEALS like Miami-Dade and the USPS have not gone with NG or CLNE.
- The internal margins are under downward pressure as well.
- AT LEAST 14 MILLION new shares have hit the market, diluting the existing shareholders.
- Even puff-piece PR can't arrest the FREE-FALL
Is there a CLNE connection???
The article does not mention CLNE.

So you are long CLNE and WPRT and you are under water big time .
I am impressed with your investment acumen...
Do you have any other stocks I should short?
Diesel Prices are going DOWN; NG prices are going UP!
MARGINS ARE BEING SQUEEEEEEEZED !!!!!
You need to look at all of the numbers...
Who told us CLNE was a BUY at $8.00?
TESLA began under the same circumstances and market conditions...APOLOGISTA!
They were factors, but WPRT was a VANCOUVER PUMP & DUMP SCAM from the beginning.
Now that DEMERS has "gone", look for his PUMP & DUMP buddies to head for the exists, selling into any pump rally they can create.
WARNING: There are several serious NEGATIVES coming.
Good Questions! THERE IS NO PULL !
There is no (economic reason) demand from consumers, with gasoline and diesel roughly the same price as CNG, there is no economic payback. And if you love the environment, you are buying a Tesla, or Volt, or Bolt, or Leaf or Soul or Golf or BMW I-8 or I-3. Not a Honda, Ford, or Volvo that uses natural gas, A FOSSIL FUEL ! But even the electrics are not selling very well.
If you are a trucker, there is no economic payback at all.
WPRT's business model was never valid, which is why we are bouncing around ALL TIME LOWS... and heading to ZERO.
What is easy? Being right all the time?
-or-
Going to the bank every week? ChaChing !!!
Does that make WPRT a good investment?
You may want to raise your standards a bit.
