WE ARE IN FREE-FALL !

Lets look at some Facts of CLNE,

- They are trading BELOW $3.00/share, approaching historic LOWS

- The rate of growth of NGV sales is decreasing (when it should be growing)

- The economic advantage between NG and diesel is zero or NEGATIVE in many regions of the country.

- BIG DEALS like Miami-Dade and the USPS have not gone with NG or CLNE.

- The internal margins are under downward pressure as well.

- AT LEAST 14 MILLION new shares have hit the market, diluting the existing shareholders.

- Even puff-piece PR can't arrest the FREE-FALL
