lifegear- that could answer a lot of questions. Ususally in subpenny stocks, once shares become unrestricted they end up in the float very fast.

koolmc- I was just using today's and yesterday's volumes. I don't know if there is any dilution going on. It smells of it, but I can't say for sure. The TA will confirm or refute any suspicions next week I'm sure. Computers were down today and all I got was an estimate.
..........al
If the 500 million OS is accurate the past 2 days almost the whole outstanding was traded. I'm sitting with 3 million. Small investment for a possible lotto play here.
.........al
SNRS- it smells of dilution, but I have no clue.
No, he said their computers were not working properly and couldn't get on to give me an exact count. He told me from memory.

Western states transfer

chapter 11- I just got off the phonw with the TA for SNRS. Authorized is 10 billion. Their computers were down but he told me he knew the outstanding was less than 1 billion, so I guess the best way to figure it is close to that number.
........al
Just got off the phone with the transfer agent. The authorised is 10 billion. The computers were not working but he did say he knew the outstanding was less than 1 billion. FYI

camguy-
Swedish Vegas company info and disclosure report states they have 4 full time and 14 part time employees. Yet their quarterly lists no wages or salaries paid and $33,077 executive compensation under expenses. Where do they get people to work for nothing? LOL
The CEO is also an old buddy of Alex from the Descience division that Alex sold and gave nothing to the shareholders from the proceeds. Remember that one? It was the only money maker he ever had and he sold it.
.....al
Camguy FYI re- Swedish Vegas and WTVN connection
from the 2007 annual:
PG 12 item #5
On February 5, 2008, the authorized number of shares of common stock was amended to be 400,000,000 shares, and 2,000,000 share of preferred stock were authorized.
In 2008 all $22,240 of the convertible debt was converted into 202,240,000shares of common stock.
According to pg 9 of this document-
http://www.pinksheets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=15057
Alex Kanakaris owns 88.17% of the company.
So where do you think the money came from to restructure the convertible? How many shares of WTVN were dumped to give Alex the money to finance this operation that has no income and $6 million in debt already? How long before the authorized is raised to 30 billion? Shouldn't we be calling it SwedishVegasTVN? LOL
Keep an eye on it. I suspect Colby may be pushing it if called.
........al
guess who signed the articles of incorporation for the name change?

The sad part about it is that the general population is fed up with Bush and what has happenned during his tenure. I think the republican party may be in for quite a surprise this Nov. Trouble with that is the democrats will be in control and then start taking care of all their friends and constituants, hold on to your wallets. The war in Iraq is losing significance as time goes on and the crumbling economy really starts to hurt. Personally I think the democrats will gain in congress so I hope McCain gets in the white house. That will once again produce gridlock. I'm a firm believer in gridlock. They all spend so much time posturing and arguing that nothing much really ever gets done. The less they do the less harm is done and the better off we are. No matter who gets in or is in control, they will not be able to stop the unfolding mess we are in. Like someone said before, no empire lasts forever. The dollar will continue a freefall and our gold and silver will reward the forward thinker.
..........al
And there was Afganistan. And the Star Wars anti missle shield scam. I think that one was the biggie that finally did them in.
.....al
Don't forget the cold war was "won" not by military might, rather by plain and simple economics. Don't think that history lesson is lost on the Chinese. They are not stupid people, far from it. It would not surprise me in the least if there were some highly classified papers in our gov't containing a scenario to declare war with China if for no other reason than to nullify their dollar holdings. They do pay people big bucks in gov't to study all the alternatives.
PS- no. I'm not one of those conspiracy nuts. LOL
.........al
Joe- you have a very good take on what's happening with the US dollar worldwide. I have always feared what is going to happen when all those dollars come home to roost. Just MHO, but I don't think any free trade agreements are going to pass a congress in the control of the democrats. I believe the near term is going to be more protectionist than free trade given higher costs of basics like food and energy and the loss of decent paying jobs. I know it's wrong but the politics of it will prevail. Back to the dollar, no matter how much our political hierarchy says they want a strong dollar, they will continue to erode it. Your analysis was on target. A cheaper dollar will eventually bring jobs and growth back on US soil. European manufacturers are complaining right now about losses of business due to the high euro. The downside is the inflation that will adversely affect everyone. I'm not saying your philosophy about junior miners is wrong, but it's my preference to hold my metals in the physical. Making sure the miners are run by US or Canadian management is a must if you go that way. Even then be careful as there are too many scams that proliferate in penny stockland. Studying the management and ownership of a junior miner is as important as studying any drill and assay results and land holdings.
As an aside, I read and article about the rise of the survivalist movement. It was food for thought. The US was built on credit and cheap energy. The credit market is in total chaos and no matter how the bankers try to spin it, it seems to get worse. $500 + trillion dollars in derivatives is not a small number. No need to explain what's happening to the cheap energy. Where are we headed from here? I wish I knew.

If for no other reason, having a national distributor will save the company large sums in warehouse and storage fees. A distributor will want to be able to guarantee shipments to clients so will want to maintain the inventory within their own system. Accurate inventory in their computer system and the client can be appraised immediately if the wanted product is readily available. All Clint and co would have to do is coordinate drop ships from the port of entry. Save warehouse and storage fees. Save labor maintaining warehouse and prepping orders for shipment. They then can concentrate more on increasing product line. It just makes so much more sense financially to do it that way. I could be wrong here, but that's my interpretation.

53chevy- there is a place for that kind of company. Click the link in my siggy and check it out

basser- you are correct. I have been trading penny stocks for over 10 years and ETNL has the best prospects that I have ever run across. It has no place on this board. I am hoping more posters run across this board in their travels. It has great potential and would save the portfolios of many innocents in this game. It only takes a few moments to identify the scamsters, but the value of those moments is almost priceless. Keep up the good works.
............al
Hi basser- I hope you're not planning to put our ETNL on this board. LOL. This is a board with the most potential to be of help to anyone playing penny stocks. It seems every day another scam pops up. Since the SEC is of very little help vigilance and communication are the keys to protect the small investor even if it's from his/her own greed.
.......al
I agree. The future is not looking very bright right now.
.......al
Hi tocotuga- I'm a little ancient. I still have XP and it works great there. I have heard that about vista before, apologies, I should have mentioned it.
.........al
I believe your use of the word solid is very applicable. They are taking baby steps to complete their gameplan and establishing the solid base needed to keep building. Yes it hurts a lot of portfolios short term, but I've maintained all along that this is a long term play. If the busy bees in Mich are half as busy as our own Superbee we'll end up with very good returns.
........al
Hello all- mainly just a lurker here, which means I have just been "taking" from your board and giving nothing in return. Been a goldbug myself since the late 70's but am mainly into holding the physical. IMHO if it's only on paper you don't really have it, and it is far more easily confiscated. So anyway I am sending this link for some freeware from kitco. It's a streamer for one minute updates on precious metals right in your browser tray. I've been using it for about a year and a half and find it very useful swing trading some of the big miners. Apologies if everyone already has it and I'm sending old news.

Best of luck to all

ADventures in trading- yeah, I'm now and have been ready to do this. Investor update seemed OK and we should be grateful to get one from the company. After all as long as they stay pink they do not have to put out anything, but that should change shortly.
Caught that article on Mondavi yeasterday. California reds are the best but the whites can't hold a candle to my Finger Lake whites. Am in the process of bottling 55 gallons this week, one bottle at a time LOL.
.......al
Just kidding on the Time and Newsweek, but the Business Week has involved more than just the PM market all those years ago. There have been many analyses and reccos by them that have turned sour over the years. The gold and silver one is the one I remember best. I think it falls along the same line as if your taxi driver is reccoing it then the big money has already left and it's too late.
PS- wine bottling time. LOL and BURP
..........al
West Texas- I wish you the best of luck here on your board. I'm not an investor anymore but still look in once in a while. You have taken a board run by pump and dumpers and tried to make it legit with openness and honesty in your posts. I've got every one of that old crowd membermarked and will follow them and warn people about their tactics in PMs. I have also noticed not so much "bashing" going on, which once again reflects on yourself and the way you run things here. We can agree to disagree on where this company is going, but I for one will respect your point of view and your right to air it. Best of luck to you
............al
When you see it in Time and Newsweek, it will definately be time to run for the hills. LOL
............al
PITA and Superbee- beware here. There is a saying among some of us "older" investors that when Business Week is touting something it is time to exit the play. It goes back many years to when they were printing the the great investment opportunity in gold and silver in 1981 just a week before it all came tumbling down. Let's just hope the stigma has worn off, LOL.

GM all, worth a repost- when the stock was trading at this price pre reverse split there were no revenues, no Star trek, no Remiere, toxic finacing going on, and share dilution. Just take a moment to think on it.

Major D- Ameritrade hasn't locked anything yet. I put in a GTC order for all my shares yesterday at $1.50 and the order is still on the books. I don't have margin and it keeps them from using my shares for shorting purposes. Just FYI
