With how light the volume has been since 11/21, there's no way the company release any additional shares of any quantity into the float. If its any, its a few million. Watching L2, there's not been a consistent seller. The stock price has gone up on sorta small volume, with retail buyers and sellers...

The T/A has been gagged since summer, but Ron @ Audiostocks will give you the number that's current as of the company's recent release to him.

After a PM, I think I can agree that shares 'were' being printed to fund ASFX operations to the tune of about 130 million hitting between late 2007 and now. There may have been some restricted in there too.

I believe the dilutive financing is done now that payment has been received. We should be able to show a profit now w/o anymore shares hitting the market.

not many companies who are reporting report what's cooking, do they? Don't they just rely on innuendo and behind-the-scenes conversations with analysts?

bear - take a look at the tecnimed web site. You'll see that there are actually two versions of the Thermofocus.

There's a 3 button one for the home and a 2 button one. There's two different model numbers.

KidzMedz has rights to sell the 3 button one - with an exclusive reseller agreement in the USA to retail instutitions. Remember the whole Barrington Ventures deal, where they were selling to non-professional places? Well, apparently some people either have acquired the 2 button one from non-KidzMedz resellers or acquired some from Barrington.

These folks have a couple for sale. Anyone can sell on Amazon. In fact, I could go buy 10 from Walgreens, mark it up, and sell it on amazon if I want under the ThermoFocusRocksStore!

How about the share price just goes up to an appropriate institutional level. .15 seems to be fine enough for people to buy SIRI and CCTY. :)
