That sounds like what I should say to myself -- let the bugs iron themselves out before you fray a passageway yourself for future users.
Considering updating to Windows 7 on my one year old laptop ... funny how the MS updater gives no results as to whether it is compatible ... or not.

Slow rainy day here but all bankable!
WED on TSX has a blip today on news!
Just started the "first" digi-novel that combines reading a book with Internet and film clips, and as I expected -- I hated it. I could be old fashion, but...
I used to like Jay Leno a lot in the early years, but he has totally sold out for the easy laugh, imo.
I have started getting online coupons sent to me by local car dealers for oil changes at $19.95 with a free bottle of windshield washer fluid, which is quite a bargain for my area. I usually go to my local mechanic to support his business as he has been very good taking care fo my older car, but it is getting very tempting.
This is one of his best ones ...

TR Dojo: Five iPhone apps for IT pros
Bill Detwiler: In an increasingly mobile world, IT pros are relying on smartphones to perform tasks for which we once lugged around laptop. And if your smartphone of choice is the iPhone, there are several applications every IT pros should check out.
I'm Bill Detwiler, and during this TR Dojo episode, I'll look at five handy iPhone apps that TechRepublic blogger Michael Kassner thinks IT admins should add to their toolkit.
I've divided this list of iPhone apps into two categories -- networking tools and remote access applications.
The first tool in our networking group is called Network Utility Pro from Codepacity. It costs 99 cents (US) and as of this show has a rating of 4-plus in the App Store.
Network Utility Pro offers a lot of functionality for one dollar. It gives you the ability to perform a Ping, a TCP/IP port scan, a GeoIP lookup, and even a Whois query.
During his testing, Kassner found that all the features work well. Although he did have trouble with the GeoIP lookup, which had problems providing the correct location. You can find out more about Network Utility Pro at Codepacity's Web site.
Next on our list is Network Ping from MochaSoft. It costs $3.99 (US) and also has a 4-plus rating.
Network Ping is a series of network tests and tools ported over to the iPhone. These include: Ping, Ping a subnet, Traceroute, and Telnet.
One handy feature of Network Ping is its ability to remember past queries.
The last app in our network tool category is SNAP, a Simple Network Area Prober from 9Bit Labs. It costs $1.99 and, like our previous two apps, has a 4-plus rating.
SNAP locates active devices on a network, displaying available name information about the device, its manufacturer, both its IP and MAC addresses, as well as the services on the device. Kassner thinks SNAP is great tool for network administrators who need to keep track of devices.
Moving on to our remote access group, first on our list is RDP Lite -- a very helpful, free application with a 4-plus rating.
RDP Lite is a free application from MochaSoft, which allows you to remotely connect to Windows XP Pro, Vista, or Windows 7 machines. Here you can see the configuration page and the log-on window.
The last iPhone app on our list is ThroughPut Inc.'s Telnet client. As you would expect, this app allows the iPhone to connect to standard telnet server that's running Linux, BSD, Solaris, OS X, Cisco, or Windows and has as telnet services enabled.
For only $1.99, Kassner believes this is a must-have app for admins who work remotely.
The dark side of the Internet and how it can destroy lives and relationships. No I have not seen BONES yet ... and in not much of a hurry based on your review.
Just as depressing is Downloading Nancy
I liked it in some respects, but very hard to watch and pretty creepy but not in a gory way. I would not recommend this movie to most people but some would appreciate the underlying themes if you get over the surface issues.
NOT RATED
just an app that tells you where the nearby hotspots are ...
I just love my iPod Touch. I received it as a gift from an elderly aunt who specified in her will that with some of the money she left me, I HAD to buy an iPod (she knew how much I loved gadgets but would be too cheap to buy one).
I have had it for over a year and the rare times that I do forget it when going out of the house it is like forgetting my wallet. I took it Europe and it was a great compact way to bring music and pictures as well as access wifi hotspots.
Apps are awesome. I had one to check changes to flights with my airline, AIR CANADA.
I like LIVE CAMS, CONVERT UNITS, iTRANSLATE, FREE WiFi, FILES LITE, Currency, Dictionary, Flixster, Google Earth, Calculator, Stocks, and Twitterrrific.
Oil, gold and CDN dollar on the rise. Interest rates are going to follow mid year and then watch for some interesting inflationary movements.

I've been away and taking time off in 2009. I am going to take on a new contract early JAN 2010 and then I hope to go on another cruise this time in the Baltics or SA.

Apparently she was really thin and some people worried about her health because of it.
2012 is like that -- great visuals but horrible acting and no story or believable characters to speak of .. John Cusack literally pissed me off in that movie
MS Security Essentials is very good protection for your computer.
