What kind of dilution are we seeing from the company?
The company’s CFO and SEC attorney should have known the rule regarding how to handle employee stock options and it’s apparent they screwed up.
The company's CFO? Yeah okay. If you only knew what I knew with him and how he handled indirect insider information or puts hints out to certain investors or atleast used to. He wasn't handing out straight insider information at least in the one scenario I'm aware of, but he had no business doing some of the stuff I know. But he just couldn't help himself. Now a lot of investors or atleast the handful I'm aware of lost a boatload of money bc of some of his actions in the past.
It's funny how he keeps quiet in those most recent NASDAQ videos. Anyone ever notice how he doesn't speak...like at all in those old promotional videos, he just sat there and let Rory talk, when he did get the chance to talk he kept it very very short. I'm assuming he learned his lesson.
Someone should email him and ask him if he remembers this. Based off Verbs past actions, you won't get a response or an honest response.
Do your own dd.
If Verb files for bankruptcy in the future, can we still go by the saying :
"It's only a loss if you sell"
"Verb 8k
On July 24, 2020, Verb Technology Company, Inc. (the “Company”) received a letter from the Listing Qualifications Department (the “Staff”) of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) notifying the Company of the Staff’s determination that the Company had failed to comply with Listing Rule 5635(c) which ) requires shareholder approval prior to the issuance of securities when a stock option..."
I am now thinking about this 8k file differently now from early this morning. We should be thankful Rory even filed it. He used to hide stuff like this... kinda like the original lawsuit, which he never filed until we caught him hiding it behind our backs. At least he showed us this one even though he was 1 week late on it, and trying to make it seem like it's old news which will throw algorithms off and traders / investors off.
Thank you Verb and Rory !!
What I find funny is how Verb tried to be swift about this one and file an 8k days later (what a surprise), but put a time stamp of 7/24 on it.
More than likely to throw Algos off & traders/investors off and make it seem like it's old news. Apparently it worked for some people already.
Anyone want to correct me? I could be wrong but I definitely do not remember seeing this 8k file a few days back.
Verb 8k
On July 24, 2020, Verb Technology Company, Inc. (the “Company”) received a letter from the Listing Qualifications Department (the “Staff”) of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) notifying the Company of the Staff’s determination that the Company had failed to comply with Listing Rule 5635(c) which ) requires shareholder approval prior to the issuance of securities when a stock option or purchase plan is to be established or materially amended pursuant to which stock may be acquired by officers, directors, employees or consultants, except for issuances to a person not previously an employee or director of the Company as an inducement material to the individual’s entering into employment with the Company as provided under Listing Rule 5635(c)(4)
Verb is failing to obey listing rules by not getting shareholder approval prior to specific events??
But it's only a loss if you sell.
Seat belt time.
It is a cult following a charismatic leader.
Charismatic leader? And who are you exactly referring to?
Same sixth man, one of my friends out of the 15 to 20 that bought in my investment group had major stress and nearly died of a heart attack, and had to get 2 stents. Rory really talked up the numbers in the videos...
Did Rory ever get the medical bill for this?
Hope all is well.
Another solid bullish day for Verb. Nice , buckle up !
If the company ever does file for bankruptcy in the future, will higher people in position like the CFO and Rory, etc be able to get free money (however that works?) before the company shuts down?
Not saying it will, but it makes me wonder since us investors get the scraps at the bottom of the barrel, if any is left over.
Does anyone know if that Verb Oracle PR is still on the Oracle CEO's desk waiting to get signed?
Rory touted that thing so much. And then when it magically did not appear, Rory made a SHAC video addressing it saying "it doesn't matter".
I wonder if that Oracle PR document even existed. If I remember correctly, Rory informed either a select few or the public that it was on the CEO's desk at Oracle.
I still have faith Rory will give us that P.R.
Does anyone have any updates on the lawsuit that was filed against Verb Technologies for misleading public investors, etc. ?
Verb has VerbLIVE though. What do you think of that?
Verb stock price is doing great today, go Verbie.
Zoom stock price though over the last few days, and even long term, one of Verbs competitors is taking over the market ! What a beast. A lot of people must be signing up as true customers with Zoom over Verb.
I see Verb stock price is doing pretty good today.
Buckle Up.
I agree. Sykes' attacks normally leave the company right where he started and that's what happened with us.
Good one.
As far as the price skyrocketing artificially prior to Oracle and NASDAQ, you can thank Rory on his lies and misleads for those two.
As far as Skykes. Eh no. Maybe.
He even had the nerve to get behind a video camera and imply the share price was going to be a lot higher than where it stood at the current time during the first initial offering I believe it was.
Funny, turns out the price went in the complete opposite direction of what Rory indirectly implied. But you know. At this point, who knows what he was trying to imply when he said those words on that video. But we all know as humans, what he was trying to imply.
Who does something like that as a CEO, someone who has the capability to do tremendous effects on investors.
Sad.
And that's just the facts.
In regards to VERBS unusual activity prior to the companies offering with spike in volume, FINRA's official website gives investors the opportunity to file any suspicious activity that companies or investors, or whoever may potentially be doing :
https://www.finra.org/contact-finra/file-tip
https://www.finra.org/investors/filing-complaint
Who know what the unusual massive increase in volume was prior to Verbs offering, but it should be looked into to find out why so investors get full transparency.
Does anyone know if FINRA ever investigated the abnormal Verb volume prior to the offering completion ?
Is VerbLIVE the next Oracle and NASDAQ pump?
There's a good chance Verb told him the following:
- Buckle up
- Ice Cream
- Jump Rope
All are very sophisticated options.
Go Verb !!!
Why is the stock price tanking today?!!
Shorts perhaps?!!
It's okay, if you stick around you'll hear it more often when the stock is up 200+% !
200% from now is so much from Verbs highs. It's simple math really.
Do your own DD.
Rory helped supply the Verb ice cream though,he talked about it in that SHAC video. I think top management deserves our money and deserves every pay raise possible.
Rory said he would never do an RS, we never had an RS.
Rory said Oracle PR, well it's almost here.
Rory said longs felt extraordinary and we would be rewarded, we got rewarded.
Rory said millions in revenue in 2017/2018, that was accurate.
Rory said not to sell. That ended up turning out to be a great idea.
Rory said Verb share price would never go below a dollar. It never did.
Verb management is spot on accurate, and put investors before themselves. They deserve the money.
Rory never hides anything from investors, he really cares about us. I hope he using my Verb stock money everyday to buy himself the most fanciest dinners.
He deserves it.
Buckle up.
Is this code for "Oracle PR" ?
Verb stock price is holding up quite well. The 0.077 cent difference was basically insignificant almost as far as seeing the price drop or rise.
So the underwriter basically makes a $1,000,000.00 dollars almost off this transaction of 0.077 cents on the share? But he has the obligation to now sell these shares to his clients? So he has to convince his clients into buying Verb shares now?
Wonder what the sales pitch will be like. What if the underwriter ends up with the bag and can't sell the shares. That would suck.
Correct me anyone if I worded that wrong. I may have some of it wrong, but that's how I see it.
Gee, so glad our hard earned money is just being tossed around to underwriters.
I hope Rory posts a "Buckle Up" tweet right before the offering is complete and publicized.
Or ice cream.
Or jump roping.
Or to the moon.
Or "Okay look".
Or "25 dollars a share, sell your stock".
Or bedwetting.
Or "Boy you longs will be rewarded".
Or "This stock will never go below $1.00".
These are all really awesome posts, I hope he picks one soon.
Come on Verbie !!! Game time, moon shot !! I have faith !!
Whoaa 200% up with Verb. Big dogs now with Verb. Wow, that's huge, according to math, that means we will be back up to Verbs highs in no time... oh wait.
Lol.
Was the Oracle PR a real thing? Who knows what is real and what is fake with Verb anymore.
They show you sunshine and rainbows, but nothing else, we always have to find it ourselves, and then once we find it and call Rory out on it, he acts like it wasn't a big deal.
Example A - When we caught him hiding the original lawsuit behind investors backs. Regardless if the lawsuit was bogus or not, it's a lawsuit against the company and that 100% needed to or at most should have been in the filings to inform investors putting trust in Rory, but nope. He's Rory and he can just do whatever he wants to investors it seems.
FYI - He ended up making one of those very professional SHAC videos afterwards when we caught Rory hiding the lawsuit from us. He had the nerve to say something along the lines of "I didn't think it was a big deal guys".
I can be off slightly by his wording, but only because he deleted that video so I have nothing to reference off of. So feel free anyone to correct me. But we all know the video was made.
No, it was just a question. How well do you think the price will hold up this week and next week?
Yes, everyone has critics, agree to disagree, etc. However, Rory shows consistent patterns of misleading people and lying. And that's been proven.
He shows success too, just like almost everyone in life. Ethically, does that give Rory the right to lie and mislead people with Verb to the point of them losing their tail on their business just because he was successful at one point in time? He thinks he can do what he wants when push comes to shove on other peoples time and dime, mental health, etc. and its a shame anymore to see.
And I'm not just referring to the audio, there are multiple scenarios where things like this have happened.
I pray Verb does well.
Did you listen to the audio that was posted yesterday of Rory being called out by a client for his lies and misleads?
Why doesn't Verb Technologies level the playing field and show all testimonials and opinions of clients/ customers?
All they show is what they wanna show to the public eye to play it in their favor. Extremely misleading.
If Verb did wash trade, can FINRA find out easily if they were alerted? It could have simply been the underwriter / finances being done prior to offering, maybe it's normal to see that. Idk.
Is FINRA known for catching companies that wash trade by simply looking at the blue sheets, as you call it? If that was even the case here. And what makes you think that even potentially happened?
Refer to post # 167009. It's a link you have to click into, then just hit play.
That Verb customer is legitimately angry.
Okay. Its only a 3 minute long audio. Its eye opening as far as how customers feel towards Verb. The customer/client called Rory out on his attitude and said they were mislead by Rory.
Did you listen to the audio recording of Rory and one of his clients that was posted yesterday?
Rory apparently caused his client to lose customers, mislead them with Verbs product from the sounds of the audio. You should listen to it. The most shocking thing about the whole audio is Rory was actually getting attitude with his customer while the customer called him out on it.
You need to listen to it.
Verb to the moon.
I see. That's what I thought. I have a name and information with a person that seems to be outside the U.S who literally titled themselves "Promoter of Verb Technologies", and it was linked to this Verb company. I'll post it sometime soon. Really don't feel like digging it up at the moment. But its out there for all to see. Well no, I take that back, the account was recently deleted. But a few of us took screenshots of that account. The broken links still exist though.
Not sure why that person would make it clear as day to label themselves as a Verb promoter. You think they'd hide it. But maybe that foreign country user didn't know how SEC works or it's just some random account.
It was a foreign country that is never really spoken of from what I remember. I'll share the account this week or something. Not sure what that was about.
An old investor shared it with me sometime ago. That's how I found it.
Wouldn’t be done by Rory or the company, but his OTC DNA suggests that he has helpers for all range of things. Paid pumping, etc.
Also, is "promoting" illegal to do? Say, if Verb hires promoters, is that okay to actually do or no? For now, I can't really explain it other than the word promoting.
Okay, that makes sense now. Thanks. Who knows if it's actually done but I'm sure companies have been caught before.
