So, what you're saying is that this is a complete failure of a company. All of it is a sham, and he needs to sell out and take the loss!?
Again. You can go through my history
Glad your telling people what they should and should not believe. Like a true cult leader
Look at my history and maybe you will find where I probably bought.
I've taken my bets and contacted those I need to. You play the fear based game as you will. Pretty slimey. I mean, you are so good, why would you need to post? I mean...
They don't realize we are playing long term. We are looking at the war, not 1 battle. Interesting they post right at this time, like we don't know what they are doing. I would just focus on the company making strides. We will see how this ends, I am noting all these people and will make sure to send them a nice card when all is said and done.
So why are you on this stock making these statements?
Right. Their average volume to the 3 lowest trading days, with the last 15 trading days, with their 25% discount is what I thought set their price at.
But yeah. With the volume yesterday, I didn't think they were just t-trading it. Yeah. Looks like they have plenty to sell.
How do you determine that? They had $40k worth of shares. Which their average, should be close to done.
I was in shock that happened. Definitely steer clear of giants.
True statement.
Why bother creating 2 subsidiaries in India that is required by the Indian government to conduct trials if that wasn't the plan. Why waste the money and time? Yes, we need those contracts but they wouldn't waste their time if it wasnt still on the table nor tweet with what looks like delight.
Well, if you are wondering if he is still in BMXI, that is a yes. If you are wondering why he doesn't come on here all the time to say the same thing, it's because he probably doesn't care to debate, converse, or argue with people. You can only do that so much. I had a brief encounter with Fred Kempson on Linkedin. Nothing crazy but he gave me his reason for taking on Brookmount. Something is at play behind the scenes with BMXI, more so than just S-1 and such, so we have to wait and be patient. CEO's hardly tell the exact truth and hardly ever know the timelines.
Nils says a lot of things. Can't blame someone when the CEO is putting out the same stuff then does a switcheroo. Anyway, seems like you were apparently waiting to drop something on this poster. Post was from a while ago.
Interesting volume.
We are sitting pretty and any FOMO or slow internal pressure will get picked up on radars
Slow and steady. Could be a very quiet random move north
Interesting
We will see how it unfolds. But definitely Jim is helping his buddies.
If you count up all their shares at the level of purchase, you would be wrong, sir. Unless you are saying it is that they convert their shared as low as they can go and then run the stock to pennies to sell. Why would Jim help his buddies if they weren't going to scratch his back? We all know he doesn't have to go to them for lending. Especially this type.
If they are just converting and selling, wouldn't matter one bit where they converted.
We will see. Let's hope.
If this does what we think it could. People here will make great great money.
I have heard on other tickers FINRA stopping things from happening for a long time even when the shell or company is in good working order. Personally, I think the shell is perfectly fine. I think FINRA is slow as hell.
This wasn't about the money. Rick for whatever reason was scared over FINRA. He could have also been scared about many other things within his company or not. No way to tell, but he didn't see a path through FINRA that was quick. Plus, he wasn't willing to pay certain requirements to Tad. Just seemed like Rick got scared. Just my opinion from my chat with him
Just imagine the amount of profit they could harbor from the NOL alone.
Rick told me there was $200k or so left.
Hey Omolive, thank you for posting this all down. Seems to me this is pretty strongly locked and can move on air. All strong players have shares in this for the foreseeable future.
You dont trust management and never have. Makes me question why you would even buy the stock. No faith, sell and take the loss you waste of space
We will see. If anything remotely sound gets into this shell. Should have a chance at .006-.01 easy
So, sell and get the hell out. If you never trusted these guys, why were you ever here?
I wouldn't worry about that. If you are a long-term shareholder, none of that should matter.
Today, his options executed and he can take them when the stock goes up over .009+, for 35,000,000. He also has 17,000,000 common shares which he clearly ain't selling down here.
We will see. Maybe news?
Well, keeping a pink sheet running is a lot more expensive than you think. From a CPA standpoint, around $80k per year. Not including the other filings he has presented. But yeah, I don't know. I know people are giving him money to file I bet. Honestly, as long as this happens, this will be a drop in the bucket.
All I know is that they put in an application for a subsidiary. Well, my speculation from what's on the MCA website. Maybe shit could have gone fast to start the subsidiary, idk. All I know is that it's there and we are waiting, and the MOU, I don't know what to say. No point in speculation and the CEO of AIP went on record with his excitement. So, we will see there but without the sub, there is no contract really. Or at least have to start over finding a other hospital.
I do understand everyone else on his team is doing the heavy lifting, and he likes to talk at times and play games. I know, and I am still pissed about it. He is CEO, and I recognize that and just want to get this to trials. You may think I am his best friend, I'm not. But I won't tell people this stock is a failure and he is failing. He ain't, just messed up in many areas he shouldn't have.
I hear yeah. Depends on your requirements. I'm simply here because I believe in the mission. Others don't, and that's fine. But they are still here. Which means they have money in the game, or just flipping knowing the selling is happening. Doesnt matter. Ultimately, you have to do what is best for you.
It's pretty clear. I believe in what is happening here. Whatever other people say is up to them. They can sell, they can buy, they can hold.
I can and he has. Pretty ignorant statement.
Of course.
