Patent test a success!
Today is a good time to dive into NS there are many who would like to buy it cheaper but with the procurement of their patent after five years developing their technology with collaborator F&T Water, and the final test passing with flying colors, and upcoming meetings and dealings, many taking place this week at the biggest aquaculture convention in the world, it is likely the pps will rise starting today. and gap up as news releases on their plans and deals are announced over the next two weeks.
The stock has been vacillating between 41 (oversold) and 46 cents with rising lows since it settled Monday following last week's TWPD inspection of its facility, water condition, and harvest ready shrimp, which they pronounced ready to harvest and sell. This was the test batch proving the success of its new patent technology..the first RAS electrocoagulation system.
NS is OTC not pink sheets and has just had its Revolutionary technological breakthrough patent approved and tested and is now moving to its next stage of expansion, production, and licensing its technology, that will replace inefficient biofloc in RAS systems.
Always verify your DD from the company itself, not from posts on forums. There is olenty in the press and in press releases on the road to development of this technology and why it is so critical for the future of land based aquaculture.
Texas Wikdlife and Parks Department was third party verifier of the condition of shrimp and water quality at harvest weight. anyone can call for DD...this was final test that lasted approximately 28 weeks of their patented technology that uses electrocoagulation for the first time in an RAS system.
NS pps is rising from oversold position after trading sideways following announcement of success of patent technology. It has been vacillating between 41 and 46 cents and is expected to rise today in anticipation of biggest aquaculture convention of the year and subsequent news releases..
At full capacity, NS expects weekly harvests of upwards of 7000 pounds of shrimp per week at its present facility. Plans to open similar in Las Vegas and NY.
NS taking meetings at aquaculture convention starting tomorrow...many deals are expected in regard to licensing of technology.
Technological breakthrough with first electrocoagulation recirculating system for aquaculture....will revolutionize the industry, threatening to replace all biofoc systems that remain unreliable...threatening to end the need for import of frozen seafood from outside the US.
Patent proven with completion of test last week.
Most desired stock on otc at the moment to the point that desperate efforts to procure the stock at lower prices have been observed of late with the upcoming conventions and patent confirmation.
Excellent sideways charting today Shmp testing levels between 41 and 46 since it settled Monday after confirmation of patent success reported Friday. Tomorrow stock will rise again as it cycles back from oversold level. With more press releases we'll be cracking the 5s and 6s going into these conventions.
Testing levels during this week's sideways action and must harp on RSI again...tomorrow it will steadily climb up away from the oversold levels it hit in its drop from overbought in the morning with rising lows by the end of today. Only at 38 rsi on the 10 day at end of day. Plenty of headroom for tomorrow. Once we are imbued with upcoming catalysts involving convention updates on meetings, etc., we'll see the price gap up some into the 5s and 6s or higher depending on the news.
So yeah, if you're thinking of buying, tomorrow morning will probably be the time.
NS technology WILL REPLACE THE UNRELIABLE biofloc RAS method to double to quadruple viability, to produce 4x the density of fish per liter of water, to clean, feed, bring down ammonia levels, and kill bacteria with an effective, reliable system where it will no longer be guesswork how much shrimp will be harvested each week.
First application of ELECTROCOAGULATION to an RAS SYSTEM to farm shrimp in the WORLD has been successfully verified by the TWPD in Texas. Water levels maintained throughout THE GROW PERIOD that extended almost 28 weeks.
Meetings and deals already in the making before the convention even starts in two days.
Revolutionary technology in aquaculture just helped NS cross the big hurdle into being a business making into the hundreds of millions, possibly cracking a billion, in less than two years.
Sales of shares because of fake (shrimp) news on internet forums just before announcement of deals will be painfully regretted by next week.
WE're moving sideways and upwards we're hitting lunch hour. The stock will be green when we close.
there are millions trading on potential and what's coming up, believe me, people are going to be loading big time today. This board is nothing.
SHMP is the most promising stock to emerge from the OTC since CBD, with the greatest potential of being a mega stock within a relatively short period of time.
EVERYONE knows NS IS ABOUT TO PUNCH THROUGH, and make a mint in deals we're going to be hearing about during and after these 2 conventions. That is why there has been an uptick from the subtle to most outrageous in posts to get people to sell this morning.
Know what you own and hold tight.
"The aim is to produce 7,000 pounds each week once the new tanks are operational."
One can throw in different numbers for price per pound wholesale and get a general idea of one facility, then multiply that by three facilities within a year, minimum, to get an idea of gross profit.... I get 1,092,000 pounds of shrimp per year from three facilities of this modest size...
Then double to triple the size, the number of tanks, outside a major metropolitan area
But the bigger question is what deals are in the making, as we may see an interest in licensing/buyout following this convention, and solid plans moving forward for their own shrimp production if they bother to pursue it themselves.
the real money is in the possibility o licensing/buyout by a major distributor of seafood that can use this technology to open their own plants near major US cities and cut out the middleman, cut out paying wholesale for imported frozen, etc.
But in the meantime look at how much the US alone imports (and we're talking antibiotic laden, microbe laden, frozen):
Featured snippet from the web:
"Total imports set a record of 1.466 billion pounds, up from 1.334 billion pounds in 2016. Meanwhile, Gulf domestic production increased from 93.8 million pounds in 2016 to 100.01 million pounds in 2017. Exports of warm water shrimp fell slightly to 7 million pounds from 7.5 million pounds the year before."
Now multiply the number of facilities NS could open by cities within two years: Say Los Angeles, Miami, Portland, Chicago, Boston, Cincinatti, Seattle, Minneapolis, Denver, Philadelphia, Cleveland, Nashville, Atlanta, St. Louis, Kansas City, Milwaukee, Oakland, Salt Lake City.
And that's just the US.
Get the picture.
The RAS electrocoagulation system is the first of its kind. Electrocoagulation, though, has been around a long time as a means to clean everything from surgical instruments to water in open pond fish farming. But it had never been used in closed recirculating systems for aquaculture, and really was difficult to get just right.
NS's patent circulates water with 4 separate systems in one works by: 1. killing bacteria 2. getting ammonia levels zeroed 3. removing debris 4. automatically feeding through ingenious sensoring that gets it just right.
Their final test of their patented system kept water levels on an even keel throughout the entire growing cycle of shrimp.
That the density increaased dramatically (4x) was a side discovery during the process and it appeared the growth cycle took a little longer than the 26 weeks as a result.
They also plan on testing the technology with a fish species, and to open a hatchery, besides opening plants near Las Vegas and New York. I am in NY and I am so aware now that when I go to local quality markets and see shrimp from India or Vietnam I won't touch the stuff...it's been imported frozen, defrosted, could be a month old or more by the time it comes to market, and much of the shrimp is farmed in mangrove settings, destroying these important groves that are crucial in supplying oxygen to the earth...shrimp farming has destroyed huge swathes of mangroves..they destroy one area with bacteria, antibiotics, then move on to another...it's very bad.
We must end our dependence on this sort of shrimping and establish clean land facilities that don't harm our environment.
Plus much of India's shrimp (the largest importer) was contaminated and banned this year from import...
The demand grows, but supplies dwindle.
NS has the answer.
No WSJ story was promised by the company. The myth was promised by an anonymous poster in here. I suggest if you are not satisfied with being a share owner, or are basing it on one news article in one newspaper rather than the real DD, you sell your shares.
Plenty of us will buy your shares if you wish to ignore the DD and believe everything you read on internet forums. Especially now right before the biggest convention in aquaculture and deals pending and more interest from those arranging meetings with the company this weekend.
NS tech automatically feeds and cleans water, reducing manpower to a minimum to run these plants compared to other systems, including biofloc.
Their PR firm announced over 90 percent viability. The biggest Texas producer has never produced over 54 percent viability, and no biofloc ras harvest to harvest can do so consistently. Plus their numbers are 4x density. Do the math. The system costs less to run. No one is selling a new technology for aquaculture out of Texas or the US or the world for that matter except NS.
The news release their tech is a go was just released. They said they'd put out more, however, the biggest convention in aquaculture is in two days, after which we have already been apprised there may be deals they could announce right after the convention. Obviously, that information won't be released prematurely before they're set in stone.
Third party TWPD, Texas Wildlife and Parks Department, did confirm the viability and health of the shrimp for harvest and sale. That was the third party. And the only "party" that could do so in the state of Texas. You can call them as many did when their news was posted that their technology was a go to confirm their claim.
It went public in 2015 and had embarked on finding a solution to the issues with biofloc. A lot of stocks open and price unnaturally inflates then finds its natural start point.
"...the goal for the 30,000-square-foot facility is 4,000 pounds of shrimp a month. The aim is to produce 7,000 pounds each week once the new tanks are operational." And this is just one facility, folks.
THE value is their NEW TECHNOLOGY that can be licensed everywhere and costs less than biofloc to operate, costs less in manpower to operate, routinely produces a viability over 90 percent compared to the 25 to 55 at most of biofloc, and produces 4x the density of fish. That is what took them 5 years to develop as an R&D company seeking a breakthrough in aquaculture to address the problems as noted in using biofloc that they had experienced in the years before as a shrimp operation.
Because of the issues with biofloc, companies have often not been able to stay in business because of the questionable number and health of harvests.
shmp's technology is a GAME CHANGER in this respect.
2 DAYS TO GO. Great opportunity to own SHMP before conference.
Welcome...we hope to be getting insight into upcoming business deals over the next couple of weeks with two conventions and many meetings they have scheduled.
Seemed pretty normal trading for what was low volume for this stock and we closed green.
You can't have "news" 7 days a week we're doing pretty well following last week's announcement and there's plenty to come.
The stock is holding up well.
Crazy chasing the last few minutes!
The WSJ remains hearsay when it's posted in here, including dates, etc. If information is not officially posted by the company, take it with a grain of shrimp salt.
That said, we are all enthusiastic about the future of SHMP, and I personally hope all rumors come true. But I don't need the rumors to remain confident about this company.
FIRST RAS electrocoagulation system.
Does it for me.
