I can only hope. Will replace the shares I sold at the highs for my profit and free shares here.
Another big payday for a little patience.
I am assuming you may be new to OTC.
Penny stocks are here strickly to gain financing and this is done through companies specializing financing in this manner.
You are here strickly to provide the liquid assets that the financing companies use as collateral until the note comes due. (Dilution)
You don't think the value of the stock pps will increase due to the companies performance in spite of dilution?
Simply don't invest and search out another ticker and board to comment.
Hope this helps you in the future.
Business minded people rarely invest like this.
Now many here like to thing they are business minded and some even have businesses but if they are truly experienced then you will not see a comment out of them about another companies position.
Why? Because they know that in a company you can never make anything other than a guess as to what is going on and what the future may hold. This is true public or not and any "business minded" individual that says otherwise is wrong. That is a fact not an opinion.
In OTC it is even worse because of the scams, loose regulation, unaudited filings and inexperienced investors.
The best way to investigate the possibilities of success are to look at the sector as a whole, competitor's past successes, competitor's past failures and principals historic performance.
Corporate performance will be limited until objective see fruition. This will take time so to make an intuitive judgement on the investment other indicators wil to be used.
Twitter is precisely the outlet for fluff. Anyone following it gets exactly what they deserve.
Please understand my comments were not directed at you but at the type of investors that prey on this type of unofficial information. It is by no means unprofessional.
If you ask me a question I am not prepared to answer I will defer till I am prepared. If pushed for a response I have learned to be very strict about the no your going to receive as nobody pushes me to do anything. Some have not learned this discipline, others see it as rude.
So generally speaking, in the interest of trying to please they offer their opinion or off the cuff response. It will probably accompany a disclaimer such as "possibly or in the future".
This is in no way unprofessional or you would need to consider every opinion on this board unprofessional.
The issue is not Johnny, it is every person reading his opinions inability to take it for what it is instead of reading in a bunch of garbage to validate their own thoughts.
People doubting the connections, the money and most importantly the direction Viva is going are playing a fools game.
Simple DD will give you this information.
Wrong. Simple answer is when it bounced off support last few days, people bought. Some were hoping for a filing bounce that might get them a few hundred. When that didn't happen they sell. Investors buy it up at thier loss.
Confidence is a non issue. If you lost it you never had it to begin as nothing has changed in a couple days.
.002ish has been holding. Why? Because people buy the crap out of it bellow that point.
This stock has way to many amateurs in it. Most OTC stocks file extensions. Who the hell cares?
Yes they are confident. As I have said before, in the entertainment industry it is much more common to do first and get paid later.
It gives people assurance you have a vested interest in success.
Kind of a lot like investing. Pay first, rewards later.
Read some history on people that create startups for the purpose of being attractive for acquisition.
While I can not say definitively that this is the goal here but I do know it is definitely on the table now.
This company has positioned itself to be very attractive for an acquisition or merger.
I have also said that historically this is how Slim has grown his fortune.
Wow. Lot of conversations here today.
Personally I like the fact there is so much passion with ARYC. Shows everyone believes strongly in thier DD.
Very good sign.
This stock sees a lot of accumulation when the pps drops a little.
Guess you can use alerts for buying as well as selling lol.
Have a great weekend.
I have similar information. This is why I hinted to future merger buyout possibility soon.
This is going to attract attention.
100% agreeded. This is one of the reasons I started accumulating here when there was nothing but hopes and dreams.
Any CEO that is willing to burn is ships to eliminate the possibility of retreat is someone you can stand with.
Understanding his environment is key to understanding why he would do this. Often you have to give first to be rewarded later in the industry.
Umm a lot like investing...
Very true. If you understand his world you know how this is possible.
Viva is not his only income source.
Entertainment industry is built on residuals whether your the talent, manager, etc. Depending on the contract these can be lifetime.
Good post. All true. As opposed to the ridiculous bk theorys from the clown car of ihub.
Always take profit into volume. Riding on free shares now. .002 ish is becoming an established bottom so buying under that again for the next run up.
No worries here. This will be bought up or push forward, either way $$$$.
Can't speak for that as I bought my position in the trips and didn't look again till the alert I set went off at .005.
Why ugh? Huge buy signal.
Get with it. If you are able to read and decipher the accounting in a filing you will not be popping off foolishly.
Much larger companies than this run "technically" in the red for years.
Your understanding of business and accounting is grossly inadequate.
Attorneys are not for that purpose. Now I hire accounting firms as well. Something you do if you own companies.
Good Lord some peoples children.
No excuses. Company has made mistakes as all do.
Past is only good for a few things. A reminder not to repeat a failure or to repeat a success. Historical reference of performance and a tool to anticipate future performance based on the past.
I fully understand the lack of financial information leaves a missing puzzle piece for those who do quick reference searches. Making it hard to validate the companies current financial situation.
There are other ways to validate this information but it is time consuming.
The one fact most leave out here is it is no accident the length of time this company has been in business.
Consolidation happens in every stock at some point. Be happy you have found a solid bottom if you are on the wrong side. This stock is fine. It will recover shortly regardless of the BS posted here.
In agreement there. My stake here cost me less than a cheap new car.
After that little bump a while back I was able to pay for it and take profit.
Now this free investment will net me enough to buy a new Limited Edition Bugatti Veyron.
Not that I would ever pay that for a damn car.
You are on point about the people.
My wife is from Veracruz and our families are all over Mexico. You would be surprised how many have money but they do not rely on institutions like we do here.
Soaps and dramas are big in Mexico as is watching music videos so Viva could inexpensively address this market and ad as interest grows.
At this stage it is all about baby steps. Make a little, reinvest and repeat.
Here's the funniest part. One of my companies exported about 200,000 flat screens last year to a country that you say doesn't watch TV.
Maybe go to Mexico City, Monterey or Guadalajara and have a visit. But uou can easily look up Televisa Cablevision and others to see exactly how many Mexican people are not watching TV.
Streaming is very popular as well which América Móvil tycoon Carlos Slim might want to argue your expansive knowledge of Mexico's veiwing habits.
So now all you lacking is facts.
Maybe you can use your bipolar super powers to find some...
Your very correct. Amazon, Netflix, Comcast, Roku all had 400 subscribers at some point. I cannot say how far Viva will go as I still feel it is a likely buyout candidate.
One thing I am sure of, my pps average is low enough I can wait till whatever happens happens.
OK I will bite. What do your friends at Disneyland have to do with ARYC?
I know for a fact there is an audit and the company performing it would not sacrifice themselves for ARYC.
Common sense tells you if it was really as grim a picture your trying to paint they would in fact have failed long ago.
Experienced businessmen know this as well.
Odds are the tweets are factual and something is driving this company. Obviously this is why ARYC knows the filings are important to give validity to the companies position.
It will also take the oxygen out of posts such as yours insinuating bk and other fictitious predictions.
You are right though, time will tell much sooner than later.
Unfortunately, this seems more the the obvious devil's advocate approach used here so often.
First DirectTV has a million channels of garbage and is a large reason I turned TV off for good. I don't mind spending money but for poor service and same programs repeatedly, hell no.
That is exactly why these companies are gaining ground on cable and satellite. Variety and price.
Anyone who is Hispanic or spent time in their culture knows word of mouth travels fast. If your neighbor has it chances are the neighborhood will shortly have it as well.
You can compound this if the product is good and inexpensive.
Compound it further if they believe Viva will further entertainment within the Latino culture.
Looks like OTTV is connecting these dots nicely so far.
It is my understanding Arrayit is working on improving the inside sales but this industry still relies heavily on outside sales.
Distribution is nothing more than using someone else's sales force. For a company of this size economically I think it may make sense as opposed to increased staff. You leave a little money on the table but keep overhead down.
With the numbers they are posting I would be surprised if you don't see some updates soon.
In addition, I really do believe their neighbors are having an influence on ARYC as a whole. It's like moving into a nice subdivision, all of a sudden your old Chevy doesn't look so good next to a Mercedes, even if it does get the job done.
That is great! I am happy for you, nice save.
Don't get me wrong I have the same inner turmoil. Every day I have to remind myself I know what I'm doing.
What has always helped me is to recount in my life and the many famous examples of times when fear or lack of conviction caused a retreat with success at arms length.
Then of course sometimes I just loose.
Upside is now, dacades later, I made enough mistakes that I finally don't have many left.
Yes. Many longs in OTC have the attention span of a toddler. Next shiny object and poof their gone.
If I can't buy the bottom before it starts to run then I buy the next bottom, which I believe it has carved out around this pps +/-.
I think we have seen some impatient longs that bought in the trips like I did but failed to take profit on the first bump.
This fear selling is strickly not trusting yourself and trying to salvage something, only to cry when it spikes up proving you were actually right.
OTC is full of these traders, in fact it drives this market.
Yes very much so.
A lot of disappearing bid/ask showing up with almost no action so going to have to let it run up a bit from here if they want to maintain activity as well.
A lot of accumulation at .002 so you can figure it will see a pop before the weekend on possibility of news.
Wow. What a load of BS in this post. Newbies just give me a smile everytime.
Obviously someone has ulterior motives here or is simply severely inexperienced.
Thank you Sir. Very humbling.
Thank you for the compliment. I search out your posts for the same reasons. Common sense can be found within them.
I got the impression that they are aware and willing to acknowledge the mistakes but as most of us would be, do not relish revisiting them constantly.
Also as many of us here have now or have been involved before in business know you grow with your endeavor.
Probably the most important fact here is if failure was in the cards either it would of happened by now or you would see positioning in a company of this age to ready for it.
I have not seen any outward appearance of anything resembling this scenario. So I can only draw from experience here and say that if there is no smoke, chance of fire is greatly decreased.
Now, the other reason to barrel head on into the abyss with eminent failure ahead is if you have an ace in the hole. Of course, pure speculation but a pending merger or buyout would require ARYC to finalize current business regardless of negitive outcome to establish a value including liabilities.
But now that is why this is the Often Total Crap market .
