Don't get me wrong I have the same inner turmoil. Every day I have to remind myself I know what I'm doing.

What has always helped me is to recount in my life and the many famous examples of times when fear or lack of conviction caused a retreat with success at arms length.

Then of course sometimes I just loose.

Upside is now, dacades later, I made enough mistakes that I finally don't have many left.
