Redundant statement. PYCT Financials show company has lost 51 million and counting over the years.
The last PR company borrowed $500,000 to buy supplies for commercial release.
This is what everyone is awaiting confirmation on
1. Commercial product announcement
2. Company Name change
cash in their coffers, and again reports $0 revenue should be least of your worries.
Looks like PYCT was promoted on IHUB this morning.

I would not expect anything today. I am hoping (IMO) that the name changes will take place over the weekend and be in-place for next week.
IHUB manipulation at its best. The more we promote a stock, the flippers, short sellers and MM look to profit. Longs wins only on news, but suffer the ride, and right now its a terrible ride.

Scanners must be lighting up with GDAR up 100% today, plus close to 300 million shares traded.
We better get PR soon!
Agreed...MM buying from note holders.
I am pretty sure that is not MM, but insider trading. someone within GDAR dumping shares below market value that was given to them at some point.
They know what is coming and will benefit greatly.
Something about to happen.. 200 shared traded.
Supposed MM myth..
200 > I need shares badly
I just think we should all stick to the facts and not stoop to silly games, for it would serve all of us much better. Yes they were some irregular issues with Knight and the trading of PYCT stocks.
What I can tell you for-sure is this. Tom mentioned to me personally back in July they're aware of trading issues with knight and they're looking into it. He did not say what the issues were but I can tell you for-sure we had that conversation.
So please stick to facts and not rumour mongering.
MM signal! interesting.. time will tell.
GROC basics with this stock hitting .5 by end of the year.
1. No Toxic dept
2. Not diluted
3. Solid PR's with more to come next week I hope. I hear the company has allot of good news to share.
4. Bid ask way apart market makers holding firm on the ask, for they know the value and what's to come.
GROC overview.
The world's oldest autonomous mobile robotics engineering company
As the world's oldest autonomous mobile robotics engineering company, with over 30 years of pioneering experience, Cyberworks has again revolutionized autonomous robotic vision and guidance systems, this time redefining the way industrial space will be cleaned.
Research grant from the Government of Canada
Mr. Burhanpurkar further commented, "These research grants are exceptionally difficult to come by. This is yet another validation of the leadership position of Cyberworks within the global research community."
Collaboration with the University of Waterloo.
The grant will fund a scientific collaboration between the University of Waterloo and Cyberworks for the development of advanced autonomous path planning technology and will apply the results of past research on planetary rover technologies as well as new areas of mathematics to non-Boustrophedon Path Planning for Cyberworks' next generation of autonomous navigation guidance systems.
https://uwaterloo.ca/mechanical-mechatronics-engineering/research/mechatronics-research
created the robotic cleaning market, now working with the largest companies within that segment of the market
We created this market, in partnership with leading industrial companies, when we developed the world's first industrial robotic sweeper and the technology we have today is once again years ahead of the competition. Industry participants will now be able to retro-fit the Cyberworks Guidance System into existing fielded equipment, creating an inexpensive robotics machine" explained Burhanpurkar.
In the United States alone, commercial cleaning is a $25 billion dollar a year.
Just waiting for more news to get this stock back on track. Market Maker shorted the hell out of GROC to scare peeps into selling.
check L2 and you will see largest ask is at .140.
Looks like paychest.com was only offline temporarily. Oh well!
Trum,
which one are you saying is not being done, Short or Naked Short? You seem to refer them as the same.
http://www.sec.gov/investor/pubs/regsho.htm
A. What is a short sale?
A short sale is generally the sale of a stock you do not own (or that you will borrow for delivery).[1] Short sellers believe the price of the stock will fall, or are seeking to hedge against potential price volatility in securities that they own.
II. “Naked” Short Sales
In a “naked” short sale, the seller does not borrow or arrange to borrow the securities in time to make delivery to the buyer within the standard three-day settlement period.[3] As a result, the seller fails to deliver securities to the buyer when delivery is due (known as a “failure to deliver” or “fail”).

My understanding is the company is ready to roll with more updates coming. The grant appears specifically towards planetary rover technology because they're one of the best at autonomous driving technology.
------
The grant will fund a scientific collaboration between the University of Waterloo and Cyberworks for the development of advanced autonomous path planning technology and will apply the results of past research on planetary rover
I wonder when news of wheel chair autonomous guidance will come out? Hopefully soon (IMO). Imagine the freedom/possibly for the many thousands that will gladly add this feature for an increased quality of life.

250,000 Americans have spinal cord injury of whom 47% (129,000) are quadriplegic (source: NSCIA). 30,000 Americans are living with ALS (source: ALS Association); 400,000 Americans have MS (source: Multiple Sclerosis Foundation) and millions of elderly Americans suffer from hand tremors – all of whom have difficulty using traditional power chair joysticks or alternative input devices and would benefit from the Cyberworks self-navigating add-on technology to regain their mobility and dignity of life.

Latest PR's but I hear there is much more to come from GROC. Patience will be paid off for those holding. Image where could have being this week.
Great Rock Development Corp. (OTC: GROC) is pleased to announce the Canadian Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (the Canadian counterpart of NIST in the United States) has announced the approval of an advanced research grant for its wholly owned subsidiary Cyberworks Robotics Inc.
"We are all delighted with the approval and continued confidence in our team. This represents a leading-edge collaboration between two World-class entities," said Vivek Burhanpurkar, President of Cyberworks.
The technology, which replaces inefficient linear path trajectories which are used by conventional mobile robots, with more efficient curvilinear fluidic trajectories, significantly reduces time and energy demands on autonomous robots and will allow Cyberworks to extend its technological competitive advantage in industries ranging initially from robotic mobility aids for quadriplegics to unmanned industrial floor scrubbers. The professional floor care industry in the US alone is estimated at $25 billion annually, where labor accounts for roughly 50% of operating costs.
Mr. Burhanpurkar further commented, "These research grants are exceptionally difficult to come by. This is yet another validation of the leadership position of Cyberworks within the global research community."
Management expects to make further updates on this exciting collaboration as well as other developments in the near future.
I heard there is some much more news to come, but MM manipulation is frustrating for us longs.

I think all should read this excellent guide to OTC Pink stocks. This is what I am about, and do not take this personally.

Number 1 item from -> 10 Advanced OTC Axioms:
not my words, this is excerpt of the number 1 item.
"Anything can run! I have basically stopped “warning” people about scammy, scummy, crummy companies because there have been several times when my warnings inadvertently kept people from making dough as the stock went through the roof. Anything can fly! The nastiest wart-covered, fat, sloppy mess-of-a-hog can grow wings if some hedge fund or some promo or some inexplicable force gets behind it. This is part of the allure of the OTC"

You know very well that flushaway under the name Consolidated Ecoprogress Technology produced products. Read the last quarterly reports the information is all there so please stop harping about the company never produced products.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=PYCT&id=145075
On the paychest website the previous product produced is listed http://paychest.com/products.htm
From last Quarterly Report
On May 7th, 2008, the company acquired the exclusive worldwide rights to Flushaway(TM), a uniquely patented range of absorbent biodegradable and flushable products. PayChest provided a note payable of $5,000,000 (US) to Consolidated Ecoprogress Technology Inc. over a 4-year period, for the delivery of these contracts and further fulfill contract payment obligations to Consolidated Ecoprogress of 5% royalties on sales.
Fact on companies that previous purchased product.

I'm more of a realist with this stock instead...LOL
remember you've made over eight thousand post on Paychest.
As for pumping I am sure everyone is already fully vested, and nothing but a Huge company announcement will move this stock, and that is what I am looking for from PYCT shortly.
Time will tell..
Time will tell. No point debating when I don't have enough data (DD) to say otherwise. That's the challenge with OTCPINK sometime, and you know that. I choose half full and you choose empty...
That I cannot comment on for I don't know the details of their advertising campaign. What was indicated to me is the following.
The company have being contacted by two of the three biggest players in the field with one simple request. Sent them a box once commercially available. Since Paychest products is not on the shelves, they're not a threat yet, but that might change. One never Know!
Second is company supposedly already started getting interest from potential buyers, and I have no further detail on this.
Hopefully Future PR's will address these items.
Say what you will, get it all out now. The name Paychest will cease to exist soon enough, as they're in the process of renaming the company.
Had a lengthy discussion with T.H. last week, and the goal is to be in commercial production soon.
The company has learnt from the last time they produced products. They did not have enough funds coming in quickly enough to keep producing products. This time around the 500K will enable the company to keep up with production, until customers starts paying for products on the shelves.

Lemon, I am with you here. Based on what I am hearing lately, and the financials provided by Adanac. I say we're going to be able to reap some benefits from PYCT by year end.
I see no reason to keep incurring losses yearly unless "producing products" is the final goal.

highly doubtful but interesting. Just wondering what status the new company would have since PYCT is still OTC Pink Limited Information which mean it's not easy to trade at the moment.
