Agreed! I think I'll turn my stock tracking programs off and turn em back on in Jan.
At least with TPAC anyway. If we get another shot of news before January, this could get crazy.
Negative. I didn't want them buying today and then selling at a loss tommorow if it dips. Read my whole post. Don't always assume the worst of people. You obviously misjudged me.
Attention all new ones to TPAC: More than likely tomorrow and/or Thursday there'll be some profit taking by those who have bought in around .001. Do not be surprised if you see a dip before Christmas. None of the heavy hitters who have 10's of millions will be unloading as TPAC is going to be expanding exponentially in the coming months. If you bought in at .0012 thru .0017 yesterday and/or today, you are fine. If you want to sell some below what you bought it for, fine. But beware not to sell too much because it will go back up with everybody thinking along the same lines. Make some money but don't get caught having to buy back in above what you initially paid for it. Read the posts. Get informed on TPAC. You are fotunate to get in on the ground floor. Tell your friends...
I got the third! Oh! And BTW, there's Bombardier, Gulfstream, Cessna, and a host of others that could be waiting in the wings. And who's sitting on the management team at TPAC? Non other than Greg Archer, former director of procurement / global supply chain for the Aerospace Systems sector of Northrup Grumman. Dude...
And you know, Airbus is ahead of Boeing in China. They've either completed or are near to completion on their finishing plant in China while Boeing is scrambling to complete their own. For Boeing and Airbus, sales to China of their medium and longer range aircraft are key to global expansion. Comac only has regional jets so far and is feverishly trying to get their 737 size aircraft to market. And guess who's sitting there in China as THE ONLY SUPPLIER OF NAVAIR APPROVED BEARINGS IN CHINA! Yes, they are one of six or seven companies worldwide that can produce these articulating frictionless bearings...but the ONLY ONE located in China. Bam!
I called the website phone number today. Disconnected number but I assumed it would be. Part of a restructure is to typically take down a website and restructure. Makes perfect sense.
1.) They're in communicado right now until they get the go ahead to make an announcement.
2.) You never keep the same graphics/web structure when you're distancing yourself from previous management. A new website with a new business logo is a psychological break from any association with Mr. Durante and the previous Vgtel.
3.) AA said she was restarting the company. What better way than a fresh new website?
Which one?
Yes, the major international aerospace "parts distributer" is indeed something different than an international airline; Boeing. This, along with a possible supplier contract to one of China's major automobile manufacturers is even greater.
Excellent analysis. If this uplists, there may be even more potential due to the greater exposure beyond the OTC'ers (talking about mom&pop average investors, not MM's.
Definitely instant up and instant down: pop
Maybe not! Some say .20 by end of 2016, but .05 may happen before you know it! Especially if this Boeing deal goes through.
This will be one of the few OTC's that has the attainable goal of uplisting.

Translation seems a little iffy. Not sure what that statement is actually saying. If it's saying that's his company or that he's the spokesman, great news, however I think it needs verification.
Where are you getting the info that Shanghai Long Chuang Chun design company is a TPAC subsidiary?
No pumping by Vgtel management.
They are maintaining "strict radio silence" until whatever gag order has been placed on them has been lifted. Happens all the time in legal proceedings. Amilya Anotonetti had mentioned in her video blog that she was doing things "by the book" concerning what was obviously a company that she is involved with. Another possibility on the lack of a response to the SEC filing is that it would be more advantageous to the company if news were withheld until 2016.
VGTL is settling down from the weekend speculation and yesterday's drop and pop. Most who were commenting on a stock halt or suspension have piped down for the most part today. Obviously, the stock is still trading and a trip to the SEC webpage and a search of Vgtel reveals no action against Vgtel, only a litigation filed against the former controlling interest in Vgtel, Mr. Durante.
So, once whatever legal restriction on reporting company information is lifted, which will more than likely be in January, we'll be in a better postion to see what, if any progress has been made in restarting the company as per Ms. Antonetti's statements in the last 8-K.
Aaaahhhhh haaa! Got it! Thanks!
Well then, you made a mistake investing in a long term stock with short term money! Dump all the shares you want, whenever you want. Won't matter to INMG. Tom Coleman has always maintained stockholders would see real growth from all of the assets in the second quarter of 2016. Listen to his interviews. Nothing has changed.
Shareholders hyped it to make it sound like it would happen this year.
A couple big investors pulled their profits right at the beginning.
So here we are waiting, like Tom said, for 2016.
The business plan is humming along, unseen to shareholders eyes because of a lack of news. But that doesn't mean nothing is happening.
Official Announcement: Still waiting for EOY 2015.
That EPGL/Exceptional Parent announcement was from 2010!
Boy, you said it. Ugh!
:) They say laughter is the best medicine! Thanks! I needed that!
fm, you're doing exactly what you're supposed to do. Keep up the good work. At least we're hearing from you that IR is communicating. I think maybe not huge things are happening in INMG, but definitely a lot is happening. Looking at all the assets, Tom's got a lot of irons in the fire. That's a good thing from our standpoint. Multiple sources of revenue are like diversified assets in the investing world. A safer bet.
New developments are coming folks. We will not go into 2016 without an ANNOUNCEMENT first.
Allright!!! .03's up tomorrow! I knew you'd come to your senses!
The announcement will come. It is...destiny.
Probably won't pick up til more news. Many still go on the stock price past history when all the R&D and manufacturing was being set up, a process that took several years. The pps was subject to P&D based on speculation. No revenue was being generated for the most part. Now that it has culminated in the first real purchase order and the production line has started, the stock has gone from the .0004 to .0006 range to where it is now and is holding around .001. 700 million in common share have also been bought back too. nevertheless, peeps want to see another P.O. and so holding back for a little more substantial news.
CEO, Amilya Antonetti alluded to cleaning the VGTel house by letting go those who were not on the same page. A shakeup like this is exactly what VGTel needed to move on and execute the new business plan.
She also has said that money made at the beginning of a year is better than money made at the end of a year. January is right around the corner.
Dead weight is now gone, news will come.
We're right on target.
I added several hundred thousand in the 5's. Look at where we are back to. We all knew this would happen. We talked about it ad nauseum on Friday.
No big deal. It was news about old business a year ago.
Just an opportunity to make a little more money.
Amilya Antonetti is still anxious to get us the some official news.
The posts about the stock halting were wildly exagerated.
Never trust that...
Man in Black: You guessed wrong.
Vizzini: You only think I guessed wrong! That's what's so funny! I switched glasses when your back was turned! Ha ha! You fool! You fell victim to one of the classic blunders - The most famous of which is "never get involved in a land war in Asia" - but only slightly less well-known is this: "Never go in against a Sicilian when death is on the line"! Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! Ha ha ha...
Vizzini: [Vizzini stops suddenly, his smile frozen on his face and falls to the ground dead]
Just like Vizzini, the doom and gloomers don't have all the facts!
You all will wish you had picked these up at .006, let alone .0045
Time to buy...
Thanks Janice. I guess that's why there are attorneys.
A halt in VGTL is not likely, IMO. The purpose of the SEC, the mission statement, is "to protect investors, maintain fair, orderly, and efficient markets, and facilitate capital formation."
They have protected the public by indicting the perpetrators of the fraud and ensuring that VGTL is operating in a fair and orderly way. The last thing a government regulator wants to do is regulate if they don't have to. It means paperwork and nobody enjoys paperwork. If VGTL is halted, is the public interest served? No. The alleged criminal no longer has controlling interest in VGTel. Halting it now would serve no useful purpose. It would not punish the alleged co-conspirators, only the new management and the stockholders. Jail and fines will accomplish that if they are found guilty, which in all likelyhood will be the case.
The SEC is made up of people just like you and I. They can tell the difference between the letter of the law, and the spirit and intent of the law.
I guess in every great endeavor there is a defining moment, a pivotal point in time where the endeavor is at risk of utter failure, or grand victory.
ABC sports called it "the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat."
This Monday is that "moment in time" for VGTel.
The potential stake that VGTel has in the 4K/8K/UltraHD market is monumental. Ultra high definition will be the new standard in broadcast and production. It is perhaps as big to today's world of broadcasting as the introduction of color to broadcasting in the 1950's. How many of you remember the NBC peacock logo? It was introduced in 1956 as a color still image. But on September 7, 1957, it changed. It became animated and started off as a monochrome/greyscale image that animated so that the feathers fanned out and then popped "into living color" from black and white. It was huge. There was a war going on between CBS and ABC at the time over the broadcast color standard. The rest is history.
If you've invested in VGTel, you have a stake in this moment in time where everything changes. You have a driven CEO that will stop at nothing to see this through. You have a company that has the production facility, MPSS, already in place. You have the market primed and the biggest show of the year to exploit it in Las Vegas in 3 weeks. And, you have the SEC.
It's crunch time and the weak at heart need not apply.
Are you ready?
If the SEC is satisfied with their investigation of VGTel and trading opens up Monday morning, then I am satisfied. Wild horses will not be able to drag shares out of me. I can probably soak up another 750k if there's any kind of selloff.
Waiting for Monday...exciting isn't it!
If the SEC holds true to its purpose which is, according to Investopedia:
"A government commission created by Congress to regulate the securities markets and protect investors. In addition to regulation and protection, it also monitors the corporate takeovers in the U.S."
It will probably not halt the trading of VGTL. One of its purposes is to protect investors, so if the SEC is satisfied that the company is sound, it would actually harm the investors of VGTel to halt the trading.
Hopefully that's the case.
Can you imagine, you're in your nice comfy German bed and this long arm rudely awakens you and drags you back to the U.S.? Oh well, he's got one consolation. He'll have a nice family reunion in the federal penitentiary!
It's like the light has been turned on exposing the cockroaches but they have nowhere to hide, try as they might.
That is correct. The defendants in the case fraudulently manipulated the stock price with trade matching tactics. The primary defendant actually had controlling interest in the company.
Thanks janice. Nice work!
