With all due respect Les, knowing that almost every stock in the mj space is down as much as mcig, does not make me feel any better. It's like saying "we are all down so it's all good, it is therefore not my fault". I held mcig to a higher standard and trusted that they would perform as promised which they did not.
I would not say that they are crooks, but I do believe that they did not execute as promised. French proverb says " They talk a big game, but they don't piss very far". In this case, I feel like they pissed all over my shares and trust. And yes, I am pissed (pun intended) for defending their actions for so damn long.
Finally got back into mcig right at .10 thinking the pps would hold. I was wrong and a handful of posters here were right. Got out at .0865 last Friday. Looking at 0.066 on the bid right now. This company has lost it's shine and its most loyal shareholders(except a couple of brave ones). Big and unforgiving mistakes as mentioned multiple times on this board did them in. It will take far too long, imo, to revive the pps, even with good news.
Are you talking about that toxic debt infected dilution machine trt$ has become? Wrong board dude!
TAUG looked so tasty at .008 yesterday, that I had to take a 90k share appetizer bite with enough dry powder for a decent dinner if it drops lower than .006 (which I doubt). Glad to be back. GLTA
No negative catalysts, are you kidding? Here is one: $7,000,000 in sales generated a magnificent $22,000,000 loss.
Here is another: $32,000,000 accumulated loss that will, imo, become $100,000,000 long before TRTC makes a dime. No R/S and no increase in A/S, keep dreaming...
Watch and learn: TRTC will not be the first company to brand and sell cannabis in California (or Oregon for that matter), MCI$/CAF$ combo will beat them to the punch without dilution or toxic loans, and they won't be the only ones, imo...
See post 116231
I meant a whole lot more that what some posters here have already lost...
TRTC has accumulated a deficit of $36,726,529 at December 31, 2014, and is struggling under a mountain of debt. Dilution and toxic loans seems to be infinite. Almost $22,000,000 in losses in 2014 and some folks on this board are happy with these results?
It will be a cold day in hell before this company makes any money! Generating sales by creating mega losses is child's play, anyone can do it. Lots of folks are about to lose serious money in this stock, imo.
I don't think that anybody cares about Joe Spencer today...
Are you folks really that surprised that he bailed out? If I remember right, his resume showed that he either quit or couldn't handle a job for more than a few months, going from job to job this often is never a good sign. NOT the kind of guy that MCIG should have hired at the first place.
His comments about quality sound like an excuse to me.
This said, MCIG, like ANY OTHER YOUNG COMPANY, is experiencing growing pains, and occasionally makes a correctable mistake. This is normal folks. Anyone on this board who has ever started a business knows this.
MCIG is no longer an e-cig/vape company. Please do some homework before comparing a company like ECIG, which is drowning under massive toxic debt and insane dilution, with a start up involved in all aspects of the mj business, that does not have a dime of debt, and which operates without any dilution whatsoever.
That, imo, is a stupid comparison, even for argument sake.
Outstanding Chief!
Thank you for reminding me why I am a happy MCIG shareholder!
If your objective is to sell for a big profit during the next few weeks, then I would agree with you. I completely understand where you are coming from. The hype that elevated most cannabis stocks last year, gave investors unrealistic expectations. MCIG is just over a year old. Their business plan was never to focus on sales from day one. It was to create and set in place the infrastructure that will support the company. They have accomplished this in less than a year, without debts or dilution, and created $25-35M in equity in Vitacig in the process, which was a formidable undertaking. Now they can focus on sales.
I think that it would be easy for inexperienced and uninformed investors to not remember the $25M-35M equity that MCIG owns in Vitacig. This is understandable. THIS ALONE JUSTIFIES THE CURRENT PPS, imo.
The future potential of MCIG will justify a $3 pps once earnings comes in on all cylinders. MCIG is finishing the integration of the infrastructure of the company, and they are now just starting to focus on earnings.
When the revs come in, I will tell everyone that New-Old-School said it first, lol.
I have noticed a large number of new posters on this board, and that is very exciting! That is exactly what happens when a great company is about to bloom into a dominant player in the cannabis arena.
Welcome to all the new folks!
Pandora is done, imo. I have used their service for quite some time and the ever increasing number of commercials has alienated me. It is virtually every 3 songs or so! This is worse that the old days radio stations. I feel that Pandora has lost touch with their listeners. What was once an innovative company now has become an endless commercial pit. The same ads keep repeating themselves to the point of angering listeners.
This is one of the reasons the pps is slowing going to it's own funeral...
I think that I speak for many on this board by saying thank you for your courage for admitting that you made a mistake. It takes a real man (or lady) to do so openly as you did.
I was not interested in this company until the chart reset, so I wholeheartedly agree with you. I guess I was the one buying your 25's!
Next resistance as far as I am concerned, is just under 50. Let it roll!
Maybe if we all buy $40 bucks worth in the next 15 minutes, the pps will triple? Is my logic flowed?
But, but isn't 1020 shares = $42 ??
Maybe I'm not awake yet...
Someone sells 1020 shares and the price drops 15%?
How can this be possible?
I think that the assumption here is for the company to generate enough profits to avoid any immediate additional dilution. Time will tell I suppose.
Leaving house, can't do it now, but the same calculation apply. Even with this many shares in the OS, a 1M profit with a PE of 20 "should" produce excellent returns this year, with a share price around 0.0122 pps, or about 400%.
Double these numbers for 2M profit.

Do we know what the exact OS is (still 430M?)? once we do, divide 1M (your suggested profit figure) by the total OS to get a profit per share. Then multiply that number by 20 (PE).
Example: 1,000,000 : 430,000,000 = 0.00233
0.00233 x 20 = 0.0466 a share.
In your example, the price per share would increase from 0.0028 to 0.0466 or 16 fold.
If the profits are 2M as you suggested, we would be looking at 32 fold or 0.0932 per share.
I am pretty sure that every shareholders would be thrilled with such a performance!
PE is calculated off the profits, not the revenues. How much annual net profit do you see this company do in 2015?
Up 50% so far this morning. Does that answer your question?
Awesome! Thanks Lowhndcpr, much appreciated.
Would you be able to post the source of this comment from the CEO?

"ultimately it's the only way POT will be legal in all 50 States or the World as a recreational drug".
I completely agree with you. The Feds will not legalize it until some mechanisms are in place to control the growing, selling, and smoking with laws backed up by recent science. Cannabix seems to be in a great spot to contribute to the legalization.
Gosh darn man, you cracked me up! Great start of a Sunday!
I mentioned in my previous posts that I am interested in both the company and the product. If that was my only motivation though, I would not be on this board. I am interested in critical thinking, searching for truth, exchange ideas and knowledge so we can all make more informed investment decisions. Many posters here have excellent comments, and i hope my questions and comments helped you and others as well.
Very interesting, but ...Who would smoke a 6.7% thc cigarette?? This study needs to be redone with 15-25% thc.

"I am only interested in finding out if someone is driving under the influence, to get them off the road and save lives".
Sorry TonyJoe, but with this kind of thinking, we would ALL be in jail. EVERYONE drives under the influence of something. Could be high level of caffeine, high level of stress, meds, anger etc... Tell me that you never took the wheel after 2 cups of strong coffee, a couple cigarettes, and an argument with the wife? I am pretty sure that your blood pressure would be through the roof and yet, it is legal. I do not care about their life story either, but accountability only works in a fair environment.
Excellent questions and comments! I'd go even further and ask: Will the promise of the 2/3 hour window ensure that life long heavy cannabis smokers who smoked cannabis 4 hours prior to a breathalyzer test be protected? And how exactly? If the police force accepts such a device, that means that a certain quantity of THC would in fact be legal.
I fear that the science has not quite kept up with the technology yet. Cannabix breathalyzer may be a great tool for now, but will the laws be reasonably fair?
I wish that a product could be developed that would determine the degree of intoxication rather than the amount of thc found in the system. The next step maybe?
Thank you, not a bad article, quite unbiased in fact. More research is needed for sure. I know of a few long time cannabis users who remain completely unaffected while driving under the influence and others who could not drive after just a whiff.
No worries gold diggaa, I was a bit aggressive too. I just want answers to many questions I have about this product both from an investment standpoint, and from a critical thinking point.
I have received MANY messages from different folks on this board, most of them very helpful in educating me about the product, and one thing stands out, which is most posters here are very passionate about this product, which is great, and I am starting to understand why. If, and only if, this product can really differentiate between a 2/3 hour window and the long time user who has not used in the past 3 hours, but has residues in his system, then I'm in! This company would then have a product that can save people's lives without ruining other folks lives.
Thank you and all others who commented for the discussion.
Best luck to all.
You have a great point only if they can actually build a prototype that can do exactly that.
