That about sums up the core of my strategy lately.

In This Market, Find Value: SHOM, GNPT, AMLH
Yup, JohnKenny's link, I just clarified it the best I could
It appears this is how they got their shares: (California) and Alpha Biologics Sdn Bhd (Penang and UK). SBV’s original investee company, Alpha Biologics, was sold to Viropro and in return, Viropro shares were issued to SBV.
Who's to say how old it is, just calling it how I see it. Look at the xeraya link to the portfolio, click under healthcare biotech, and look at the bottom right, "VIROPRO", and beneath, it says, *Investment made by Springhill Bioventures

ViroPro is listed in the Healthcare Biotech Portfolio on that link

GNPT - My Best Guess at Acquisition Target:
Greenparts International Signs Letter Of Intent for Acquisition
ATLANTA, GA / ACCESSWIRE / January 28, 2016 / GreenParts International, Inc. (OTC: GNPT), a diversified recycling company has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to acquire URM, an Atlanta based, recycling company with over $4 million in annual sales. URM can be acquired for the equivalent of one third sales in a combination cash and stock transaction. The LOI provides the parties ninety days to complete their due diligence obligations prior to closing.
I searched Atlanta and surrounding towns for companies that may fit this acronym.
My first bet is: United Recycling - Morrow, GA, which is on the outskirts of Atlanta. They have another division in Cummins, GA. http://www.unitedrecyclinginc.com/contact-us/
United Recycling - Morrow
Why pinpoint the Morrow Division? "second location in Cumming, Georgia"
2008, the company acquired a 16 acre property in Morrow, Georgia and construction began. The new facility opened in 2010 with state of the art technology.
United Recycling strives to be your one-stop shop for all of your needs. We help you with everything from Metal and Cardboard Recycling to Waste Disposal and Auto Parts.
Now let's try to look at the 4 mil in revs:
http://www.manta.com/c/mmyx727/united-recycling-inc Manta lists them with annual revs of 10-20 mil, but Manta estimates are generally on the high side, especially if they are using peak market data.
Could have had high revs at market peak, when iron was $220+ a ton and Copper $3 /lb
This is the only company that moderately fits the acronym URM. I searched businesses in Atlanta, which also turned up companies in their radius. I searched generically for recycling companies, which any company of this size is going to get a hit in a search. None directly in Atlanta were located. My first instinct in analyzing the acronym, is that the R is most likely "Recycling", seems rather obvious. The U, my first thought was "United", and I can't think of alternatives to fit the industry. The M, my first thought was "Management", like United Recycling Management, however, no searches turned up. Again, this is what helped lead to United Recycling - Morrow.
I think this is the absolute best guess at this time. Feel free to google earth or maps using satellite for the Morrow address:
United Recycling - Morrow
1034 Citizens Parkway
Morrow, GA 30260
I've consolidated the information into one post

The addresses are there, you can Google maps the locations and get satellite views
United Recycling Morrow...Morrow, GA...URM. Yeah, demo debris, roll off service, salvage yard, auto part sales at one facility...seems to match very well.
Has anyone pinpointed the recycling company acquisition target? It looks most like United Recycling - Morrow, GA, which is on the outskirts of Atlanta. They have another division in Cummins, GA. http://www.unitedrecyclinginc.com/contact-us/

If that figure is correct, GNPT is valued at $481,728.60 @ a pps of .001
Seems cheap to me.
Whoever owns that block has the potential to control price action to a degree. Buying it up is the way to limit that power IMO.
They're gonna push sellers right into their bids most likely. Seems like it's working too.
