Doog, hope to see First Financial Advisors reaching 1 mln shares by the end of the week.
fmgrana, I agree, there seems to be some new (?) force trying to stop the usual game from happening.
one of my strongest desire (besides company's strategic reshape) is to have this gamers and their BS out of this stock, something which can happen only when we will have someone seriously accumulating.
hope we are in the "in progress" scenario
All I can say is that it seems quiet obvious that over the last 12 months the stock has been played by a Group of traders (2 or 3 persons ??) making whatever they want, whenever they want.
I consider the Odidi the only responsible for this yo-yo fake rumours stock behaviour, since he has been leading the company like if it wasn't listed (or just a pink sheet one).
we are in the hands of an algo-washing trading Group, acting like they are playing with their toy.
JMHO
Cysonic, are you still with us (suffering longs) ?
Long. Added a few below 1.
More likely a multiple phase partnership in the talks than a buyout.
Honestly at this share price level a good package for Odidi could make him wonder whether to proceed his success in the lab or risk his face in the business
How come it was not halted like in the past?
Doog,
I believe what Odidi HAS to do is secure a partnership/cash infusion (NO dilution, but with such a thing like selling the Seroquel future royalties back to Mall.) BEFORE any possible FDA pronunciation on Rexista.
If he doesn't secure a plan B, which could by the way turn into a plan A override in case of a Regabatin partnership (My Dream coming true) we are going to see the stock destroyed to astooonishing low levels.
If he will be so wise to announce a company strategic reshape+partner before mid september than we can even have a new price max for year.
Otherwise pessimis and frustration will be among us for quiet a long time.
Let's hope Odidi will have his changing-life-night-dream
Disgusting to say the least.
We have a free fall likely driven by one/two subjects...300k USD per day likely less thanks to wash trading.
Company silence looks neverending...lucky me I cannot visit their parking ...or a I should say...lucky them!
Impact, I just put the data into the PC and then he goes and finds similarities and overlapping.
By the way... how many times you wrote here about something to happen anytime, or over the weekend or....
Yesterday you wrote again about a buyout.
And based on what they should receive you in their offices? Interested in making an offer for a new shares issue?
Again..just put here what comes out from my quantum pc
ImpactTrader Vs Pharmerguy
Who knows, just using my quantum computer to solve so many implied variables at a time LoL
To english mother Language speakers: how common it is the expression "friggen" / "friggin" ?
how likely is that this word has been used in this board only by one person in over 4 years and only by one person writing on another board ?
how likely is that both persons/alias on the 2 board more than once referred to the cars in the parking lot, while none of the other members on the 2 board did in over 4 years ?
Maybe there was a birthday party, or parents open day or...maybe he was in the wrong parking ...
cars in the parking is the new ipci mystery
answer to what ???
do you understand how does it work ?
- you have to be a buyer whithin the indicated window
- you have to file your request, showing a list of movements (buy/sell) whithin that period
- the legal entity asking you to partecipate has to reach an amount/quantity of partecipants capable to cover their costs
- IF you arrive in front of the court and IF proven right, then you can be entitled to receive the difference (if any) between the average price of window period less your weighted average price
do you see where the window ends ? 26th of july, meaning that all the prices after that cannot be considered to average down your weighted average price
...I know of some (very few) reimboursement are sometimes granted mainly in case of bankruptcy.
I am not a lawyer (so I maybe wrong in some aspects), but I know something about this process....do you ???
"Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC ("KSF") and KSF partner, former Attorney General of Louisiana, Charles C. Foti, Jr., remind investors that they have until September 29, 2017 to file lead plaintiff applications in a securities class action lawsuit against IntelliPharmaCeutics International, Inc. (IPCI), if they purchased the Company's shares between January 14, 2016 and July 26, 2017, inclusive (the "Class Period"). This action is pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York."
Give Odidi a Twitter account, explaining how to write words ...
Today we tanked on less than 300k use of countervalue.
Yesterday was 900k usd
The day before like 300k.
Looks like a single small group work. A couple of small Shara is killing us.
Amazing how Odidi is doing nothing while we go to illogical prices.
He is an idiot. Period.
Angelo,
I would vote for that right now !
it makes so much sense, that's exactly why mr stubborn would never make something like that.
they can just put out a PR saying we are currently evaluating all the possible options to protect our shareholders...
but they have to act quickly; likely they didn't have a plan B (if AdComm rejects, then...) which once again stresses the incompetence of Odidi running a business.
Ranexa and Seroquel4Canada
There was someone who posted about Ranexa and the possibility it was a kind of drug falling under the new procedure to be approved within 10 months.
Then there si the pending approval for Seroquel in Canada.
How can be possible that we cannot know anything about this kind things because the company doesn't bother to inform his shaholders?
I strongly believe it dosn't require a business MBA to inform about pipeline, milestones and deadlines...likely for someone not even an MBA is enough !
We have to make emails, phones and company's mails explode.
Stop the silence, id1ots !!
If I didn't already have too many eggs in this basket this would be a wonderful entry point.
I really want Odidi to be punished badly; he can only learn it the hard way. Unfortunately many other shareholders (I would call them IH friends) are suffering and feeling badly and will pay much more than Odidi himself.
Likely we are in a wash trading game pushing the stock as low as possible...until something happen on the other side.
So far nothing except a freefall esaly coordinated.
wmike,
I strongly believe lawsuits are a non-issue. If you look for the companies which are asking for a lawsuits you will see that they are trying their road each time there is a company setback.
it's a scheme. and they have to receive interest (by the shareholders) before intenting the (unlikely) lawsuit.
Doog, we cannot just try to ride out the storm...
we have to scream at that id1ot, no way on earth he doesn't spell a word about what's going on...
If it wasn't for our money put in this company I would love to see him delisted.
Respect for shaholders is one of the rules to make you survive on wall Street...and he has been breaking this rule in all the possible ways over the last 12 months.
disgusting and painful
thanks mopar,
but I want Odidi to put out a serious PR, possibly with some kind of new development.
But hey, he could barely talk at the AdComm
I would have never thought to be in a situation like this...we look like a single product biotech who just failed its primary endpoint in phase 1 studies.
wmike,
I'm suffering with you here. Odidi is just incompetent and inadequate for a listed company.
He cannot stay muted while the company is valued 1/3 of what it was 20 days ago. he is making the most damage possible, because then we have to recover form pennies.
Wouldn't bother about lawsuits...same companies which are trying each time there is a share price frefall in the market...it's the new business on wall street
28mln mkt cap.
hello, mr Odidi ? Silence and inaction is no more an option ?
Where does he live ?
I was preparing an email to be sent to Odidi...just to be sure he is informed about recent price action. He is likely too busy to follow the stock . Sad.
Looks like we are not rebounding from here at the moment; likely a new deep will be tried. Looks like there is a someone which is playing it on his advantage.
For sure there is no sign of buying interest. Sad again
Odidi is inadequate, he doesn't get what it means being a listed company...likely doesn't care either.
Looks like we are going to have a market cap equal to what we get from Seroquel alone.
That's the reputational damage Odidi has created.
Price action looks as if theyDid signed for a dilution at 1.00?
The other option is someone wanting the share price to crash
We are @ 30mln mkt cap.
62% loss since the AdComm.
I hope Odidi now understands the difference between being a family co and a listed one.
Thanks Mr stubborn
Bad bad news, Della Penna leaving. with a huge loss on his shares !! bad bad.
Clearly Odidi stupidity is becoming common sense; forget about a partner for rexista, or for anything else...this is how I read Della Penna resignation.
Odidi likely thinks to survive with ATM until FDA decision...which from a strategic point of view is the second worst after dilution at current prices.
He is running out of options.
Della Penna leaving means he doesn't believe anymore in the project; Odidi is crashing the reputation of this company besides crashing our savings.
It really was Beyond my reach that Rexista would have been soooo important for the company future; looks like we are a single product company.
I believe from now on Odidi equals stay away within the financial community following biotechs.
mopar,
would be very useful indeed to have an idea of our total weight,
my guess we are close to 10% of the company.
How to combine these shareholdings into one single voice it's Beyond my skills, but would be very interested in any such kind of initiative
Samsa, I am myself hoping to be wrong,
but I thought (as you) Rexista wasn't priced in before the AdCOmm, and we went from 2.80 to 1.15.
So I do agree a total failure is priced in at the moment, but let a negative outcome arrive and company hasn't already resolved the cash/partnership issue (or announced something new), then the market will discount a big dilution.
So I have my stomach upsidedown when I think Odidi could be so stubborn to go alone/naked in front of the FDA again.
Wimus,
I tend to agree that expectations about an approval (tentative) should be very low.
That's way I am screaming at the company to do something (strategic) BEFORE the PDUFA date. My biggest fear is that Odidi will be 100% on the Rexista required studies, instead of moving in parallel with other strategic options, come of which we know being MUCH bigger than Rexista.
if this happens, when FDA doesn't approve we are going to be crashed by another 50% free fall. it really seems to me Odidi took the wrong path when he decided to be a listed companies.
I sound pessimistic, but I am still holding long here, hoping for a new fresh change in the company strategic directions.
On the lack of studies issues - I consider what fred proposed as an explanation very plausible.
Based on that, my questions is: are FDA and company intercations on this kind of issues (protocols and directions to be followed during the trials) made in writing form ?
If the answer is YES, than I believe IPCI should have negotiating power with FDA, showing thye followed the path as AGREED (!!??).
Anyway considering the IFs, I still am very cautios about the company's ability to prevail in any kind of debate (AdComm still a shock in my mind).
On the lack of updates for the shareholders - If Odidi doesn't understand that right now he has to move rapidly on the partnership side we are very likely going below 1 in days.
Partner or sell pieces (Angelo put down a number of interesting options) ...just do something. the waiting game will be Killing us.
Hei Sprot, you were right in some aspects.
But if you sold ystd then you took the worst timing of the last 5 yrs.
So you traded long against your own beliefs and then you got out at lowest of last 5yrs?
Then you are no better than ANYONE else here.
And now you are presenting bankruptcy in 2-3 yrs. Hope you don't trade against your ideas again.
One thing is saying I was short, I told you they would have failed, but another story is saying I was long more than 60k shares, I told you...cmon... everybody was in someway wrong here, every single long, myself in first position.
Company's management sucks, it's proven now.
Peace
Angelo, give them a call to illustrate it...I believe they really need some help
Correct, it's been common practice over the recent years
Amigo, agreed, management not prepared, I would say lack of skills and governance of the whole process.
Odidi CEO was clearly inadequate.
AdCom was anyway badly conducted and some external speakers seemed to be on a mission among a group of scholars.
Honestly hearing some of the AdCom members quoting Wikipedia and citing Google search made me jump out of the seat.
So blame on Ipci, FDA as always opaque, AdCom biased and unprepared, allowed speakers close to football supporters instead of impartial contributors.
Now let me pray for my portfolio
Samsa, can this be linked to the AdCom outcome?
How was the timeline?
PR from IPCI sounds wrong; in someway they admitt it is acceptable what happened yesterday.
Once again Odidi as a CEO is harming its company and shareholders.
Even Purdue didn't see the AdCom crazy-mess coming...since the sent an offer the day before, whatever the that offer is.
We need a partner asap.
I am also surprised about the mission Dr Johnson had; he wrote for months here, he is one the ELTP board leaders and he went to the AdCom of IPCI. How deeply he is involved in financial speculation ? Is he running an hospital ? As a patient I would never trust a doctor deeply involved in financial markets. Talk about conflicts. I know it also works that way, but hey, this guy wanted everyone to know what he was about to do. Doctors choices on patients should not be strictly related to the money coming from stocks investing.
But that's today's world and someone is so arrogant to shout loud what he is doing.
Too bad he couldn't influence ELTP AdCom.
Unbelievably bad.
Why not going under the AdCom with a big partner and have some advise on how to handle the process...the big mistake
Disturbing to have people with money invested in competition to have voice during an IPCI AdCom.
How can they be admitted? I mean what kind of procedure is that? It's beyond my comprehension
