On the lack of studies issues - I consider what fred proposed as an explanation very plausible.

Based on that, my questions is: are FDA and company intercations on this kind of issues (protocols and directions to be followed during the trials) made in writing form ?

If the answer is YES, than I believe IPCI should have negotiating power with FDA, showing thye followed the path as AGREED (!!??).

Anyway considering the IFs, I still am very cautios about the company's ability to prevail in any kind of debate (AdComm still a shock in my mind).


On the lack of updates for the shareholders - If Odidi doesn't understand that right now he has to move rapidly on the partnership side we are very likely going below 1 in days.
Partner or sell pieces (Angelo put down a number of interesting options) ...just do something. the waiting game will be Killing us.
