C'mon doctor... c'mon
I will keep on following the news to see if I can join some kind of class action (although I am in Europe).
as I wrote on this board the day before AdComm, even for me that I am surely not used to read clinical trial analysis or other drug related stuff, it was clear that IPCI was far away from getting an approval.
Now I wonder: can we consider Odidiot just an idiot ?
surely not; he is a con man, who likely understood some years ago which was the way to raise money and "survive" (with very good salaries for himself and family & friends) without having a remote possibility of getting a revenue generating product on the market.
Look at the shelved ANDAs, at the Regabatin stall, at the several CRLs he has been receiving during all these years (= incompetence).
He knew he was going to fail (otherwise you don't file incomplete studies and get multiple CRLs on almost all your applications).
He is a f...g liar, sleeping with the devil
It's over folks.
Wish the worst to mr Odidi and his family group which have been living the last 8 years over our fooled_investors.
wish all the best to all still invested, I jumped out Yesterday with a 98% Loss...and I will pray for the rest of my life not to find mr Odidi on my route...f...ing piece of s..t
Wim, difficult to imagine any other outcome than a NO. Studies were incomplete (again) and the product is not addressing the main route of abuse, which is oral.
Pure nonsense by the Odidiots...but it is now clear they are either stupid at the highest level OR clever enough the exploit the system and living on others money
O-did-it again !
Fantastic demonstration of how a group of incompetents, arrogants and thiefs (Odidis family, directors, HF managers and brokers) can make money out of a fake just playing wiht investors money and the big wall street show.
nothing new, sadly.
Just dream of some kind of karma for these persons will some day show up
I'm no an expert but reading the materials going into the AdComm it looks unlikely an approval.
IPCI studies looks uncomplete (only intravenous route was deeply tested) and their drug doesn't offer any superior element to Others already approved.
Odidi ,,,seems he did it again !
I repeat I am not a technician, but from what I understood the application is lacking those characteristics that would make it a win.
Also I am very disappointed they didn't address properly the oral an intranasal way of abuse.
Back to 0.10 ??
Wim, I bet he filed for being accepted.
Anyway some other paid partecipant will be attending.
As you pointed out we can only hope ipci will be able to make a decent presentation and a good defense from the attacks they will receive.
Honestly I pray for Odidi not being the one presenting and asking to the committee questions.
I am holding as well. Down 90% on my shares.
About sure the AdComn will have non-independent members, likely recieving some kind of rewards by competitors.
Anyway Odidi has been proving to be so good in screwing everything up that will likely fuck all the possibilities by himself
It looks like some of the ipci board members were able to trace his name down.
He also mentioned before the committee to have some interests in competing biotechs.
Yes Wim, agreed on all your points.
That is why I was talking about a wild dream.
The only point which supported my dream is that - be the Oxy approved (which is per se a dream inside the dream - our big boys can short and short...BUT...the squeeze comes into place when you start to get margin calls. IFFFFF you get an approval and the pps opens with a 5x gap...then they can use the new shares to cover but they need some days before they will have the new shares converted from warrants…
...in the meantime they can get so burned to drive the price at 10x just as a technical fact…
that is the dream
Yes Wim, we know one of them for sure.
I believe your scenarios about warrants are very plausible. My dream (really no more than a dream) is that we get the approval and a bigger shark squeezes them out 4 ever.
Just a very big dream
Still very passionate Vs ipcif.
Odidi doesn't need anyone to show his company's and personal weaknesses...he very well already proved it to the world
Blue,
for what I can see, as of 31st of October, not a single dollar of revenue coming from the 3 agreements with TRIS.
Maybe it takes a quarter for the sales under a new Agreement to kick in;
...and we know that if avg is a quarter, for IPCI it will at least 2.
Happy to be surprised
Wim, we can only hope, since we have no clue on the FDA willingness to have a new oxy related product on the market; anyway they have schosen a short term date for the AdComm and I would take it as a positive, not for the approval but as an indication on a general principle.
Worth to say we know very little on this new version….it also changed named...Aximiris XR.
A possible approval would cause a dramatic re-pricing...but I dont even want to think about it.
Odidi and its Amazing Co. have to pay 1.6Mln to settle one of the investors lawsuit.
Odidiot reigns
odidi is shame personification.
He has no clue how to run a company
Poor idiot
Unbelievable how a company like Purdue, causing thousands of Death, has been able to LEGALLY stall a possible less dangerous product.
Then IPCI made a lot by itself to make every possible mistake in the management of their oxy product…
but I will never forget the presence of a doctor during the AdComm of Rexista, speaking against IPCI because he was invested into another competitor, influencing other doctors on the Blue Dye, considered de facto more dangerous than the Purdue oxycontin.
Maybe that man changed the story, likely he believes with merit...but we will never know what could have happened with the Rexista in the market.
The doubt of that doctor receiving something from Purdue to partecipate at the AdComm is just the same doubt that Always arise when there is and AdComm which has to decide about a competitor drug potentially stealing market share to a big pharma.
everybody knows… (Lehonard Cohen)
Wim, I've been told that Odidi has all his house and company's premises mirrors removed…
...even his car's mirrors
in this way he can live without having theat kind of a problem
"How can the Odidi's look themselves in the mirror and tell themselves they are doing a good job? Or even an OK job…"
Bye Bye PURDUE
The Sackler family and their embattled drugmaker, Purdue Pharma LP, are backing a proposal to resolve all opioid lawsuits against themselves and the drugmaker for more than $11 billion in what would be the largest settlement to date in the sprawling litigation over the addictive painkillers, according to people familiar with the proposal.
Under the proposal, Purdue will file for bankruptcy, hand itself over to a trust controlled by the states, cities and counties that have sued, and sell its overseas drugmaker Mundipharma, according to the people. In addition, the Sacklers will dig into their own pockets for at least $3 billion in cash. Funds from those sources would generate $11.5 billion to cover the fallout from the opioid epidemic, said the people, who asked not to be identified because the talks are private.
Poor Odidi, now not even a new partnership is moving the stock up.
No surprise though, he completed screwed everything up.
Whatever....f..k Odidi
...and fu.k me for being such an idiot to put money and faith into this clown
Whatever happens Mr Odidi is always "pleased".
Can't he just say...we are disappointed once in a while.
That man has been proving to the world to be consistently late to the game ...
Wtf
Wim,
1- no way, he has to feed the Whole family & friends
2- unlikely, he should have some business acumen to do it
3- impossible, he has been collecting approvals
I believe the idiot will once again go for a new shares offering, to net something around 2mln $, buy another quarter of life and sell 40% of the company.
The man won't change even with a gun in front of him
Sad
Wim,
he surely belongs to the idiots kingdome.
The only way he can get something positive for us shareholders is by pure luck...he has no clue about running a business.
He is just full of himself.
Very likely he decided to enter the cannabinoid to sell some stuff in nigeria.
Unbelievable how ignorant the man is
another approval and another zero effect on company's revenue; pristiq market size is small and ipci revenue will be negligible, if any (Odidi will likely shelf it like the last 3 generic approvals).
intersting though the price reaction. Could imagine the effect a real good news ?
Let's see what happens next
Odidiot should really find someone on its way home...just to make him pass the rest of his nights with the nightmare someone is waiting for him outside the door.
wim, it is beyonf my wildest imagination what has been happening since the AdComm failure.
I hope some judge finally finds him guilty and force him to pay via his personal assets
Odidi fucking basta..rd idiot
Wim,
Armistice back as shareholder, as you correctly thought they surely exercised the warrants they had. Now @ 2.6% of IPCI (575K shares).
Odidi looks more and more like Freddie Krueger.
F...ing thief
And the shorts keep on going...
Down from 0.4 to 0.23....
C'mon Odidiot...release the new offering
We are going into Nasdaq hearing lose to all time lows.
Guess they have to come up with something bigger than just RS.
But maybe Odidis wants the worst CEO ever with margin on all other contenders.
Truly an idiot
The only reason why Odidi decided to follow this path is because he knows his pipeline is almost worthless.
Hence the design to finance via the short/RS/Cover with new offerings...
Difficult to explain why he has approved drugs collecting dust and ready to be partnered drugs not partnered.
what is very hard for me to accept is that hw will be rnning free with a very fat salary collected for years, plus bonuses and benefits ...and for his wife as well.
Agreed Wim,
it will be soon clear if Odidi sleeps with Sabby, Anson and co. or finally find a way to get rid of them.
To those who don't undertand or believe the logic behind this game, recently a number of biotech company have been included in a list labelled zombies:
more than 20yrs of life - more than 500mln cash bured (via multiple offerings and RS) - products with almost no revnue if any
CTIC
NVAX
XOMA
AGEN
GERN
...
thsese companies grow their mkt cap via offerings while destroying shareholder value...consistently...over many years.
Likely ODIDI will join the club. idiot
well well...it looks like the 3 amigos (Odidi, Sabby, Pharmer)are back with their game:
pump short dump,
short again wait for the next offering,
cover with the shares from the offering,
use warrant to short and hedge
pump, short, dump
and you have NASDAQ panel which is recurrently extending the listing...
this is a well known and used schema over the financial markets, and it is just an aberration, through which someone which has nothing to make a business viable keep on asking money issuing shares which are just used to cover shorts and repeat the process.
It is wall Street...and it is disgusting
Just promises and illusions.
Hal studies results still pending? And they have untile 28th to refile Oxy?
F...ing liar
Yes but the 7th March NASDAQ hearing will be well before any possible RS vote (if any).
They need to go above 1$ at the soonest and stay there at least until march 7th if they want to convince the panel they can stay on the Nasdaq
thanks wz, it is a real possibility.
what I hope now is just the mother of all speculations to happen (LoL):
a finally really positive announcement which triggers 2 days of unbelievably irrational share action...and I will be out 4 ever (likely still taking a loss)
what's your take about the de-delisting ?
It looks like mr Boyd abondoned ship.
As per today Bloomberg's IPCI ownership page there is no sign of Boyd and its fund anymore.
But we do have Sabby, Empery, Geode....
I read it as a good indicator of the very low probability of remaining listed on Nasdaq
I remember I asked Patient if the special approval path was 12 months and he confirmed. Hence they got at least 1 CRL. Or who knows why they are always late
