Absolutely agree with one caveat, 'but'... But with so many shares outstanding at the moment it does limit the company issuing new shares unless they raise the limit to how many shares they can issue now.
Most r/s in these 'no nothing' publicly traded companies usually only benefit those day traders who love volume and have lots of time to push buttons. However, some companies get great news. Such news that shows a great increase in revenue and potential for the company. Many of those companies want the stock price higher so they can get on listing such as the AMEX or other 'real' boards. This means financial institutions could invest and other investors who abhor stinky pinkies might be enticed if uplisted.
I now currently own over 12million shares after picking up another million the other day. If the stock price managed to reach .05 on some great revenue generating news and the company did a 1 for 100 r/s, then I would have over 120,000 shares@$5.00/share.
Seen too many small companies flounder and fluctuate when billions of shares are outstanding and issued with few restricted shares. Even with the occasional good news. Again, only the pro's who push buttons, bash/pump those stocks on public forums, etc. Rarely does the average investor do really well in such companies, especially in the long haul. DNRG is the perfect example of such a company.
Ha! Not only do I not trust anyone... I don't even trust myself...especially at an all-you-can eat buffet featuring Alaskan King crab.
Much thanks for sharing your corrispondence with Michael Watkins. It follows what I've been thinking. I mean if I were in management and saw what all the previous announcements lead too...Yikes. I'd change stratedgy too.
I was thinking after reading the CEO letter from June that three PPA"s before years end might be asking for a bit much but ONE would make me happy, and it 'appears' Angola could be the one, though by years end, it might be a stretch, but we'll see.
Just some dreaming, BUT I-Fsome good news like an SEC filed, real, actual, PPA regarding Angola or something actually came to fruition, I wonder what the share price would do. It's .0003 now. Maybe go to .01-.05? Pure speculation as some dreams often turn in nightmares and so far DNRG has not been sweet dreams.
Further speculation on my part is IF DNRG got a real PPA and the price did manage to hit .05, I believe they would execute a r/s somewhere in the 1 share for 100 shares leading the price to go to $5.00 and from there, an uplisting to a real exchange, gettin out of the 'stinkin pinkies'...sigh, at least it is nice to dream.
Good luck on your investing .
Some facts.
1. The company has not delivered on any of its past 'events'. Lots of promise leading to nothing...or, did it?
2. A company restructured and entering the fuel cell industry with all the hoopla of the African 'gold rush' (gold rush a metaphor pertaining to foreign companies trying to cash in on the needs of Africa)
3. The stock price soared from being thinly traded to a brief high and then settled after massive dilution and failure to deliver.
4. Lots of company hype posted on Twitter and Facebook.
5. Lots of pr's and other bits of writing
6. Stock price tanks.
7. Management obviously regrouped and decided on a more mature route after learning fluff pieces and poor execution of what was released, failed. This resulted in what we have now. No news of any sort. A stock price locked into a price next to nothing.
This is where the company is today. However, for me, I reread (for the umpteenth time) the literature the company put out up to and including the June CEO letter to shareholders.
Been mighty quiet and I'm thinking that if what I think is happening happens, I will be very happy for my investment. But, just my take, and that simply is: The company has definitely shifted gears going from 'rah rah rah' to 'we'll shut up and let any future actions (good or bad) speak for themselves.
And, we still have a month to go that will see if the 'anticipation' by the CEO in June to have three PPA's in agreement. My thinking, probably not BUT maybe??? One?
Must have been sleeping while writing the last post... Noticed the word 'additional' settlement issues with cleantech. To me this bodes very well as that means the pending settlement between Cantor Colburn and defendents ALSO applies to SOME of the settlement issues with GERS.
Now, nappy time. Yawn...
Words are tricky indeed. Somnolent: a fun word indeed. Thanks for adding that one to my vocabulary.
"Cantor Colburn and Defendants had executed a confidential settlement agreement
that is subject to certain conditions, and that closing of the settlement was expected within the next thirty days. CleanTech maintained that additional settlement issues remain that it will address after settlement between Cantor Colburn and Defendants
is closed.
Yes, I can see that reading the above it does indeed show Cantor Colburn HAS executed a confidential agreement with Defendants. Leading to some speculation...Who does Cantor Colburn represent? Itself? GERS? Both?
Any news regarding GERS is good news at this point and for me, the court filings have painted a good picture for me.
Interesting that a 'confidential' agreement was reached 20 days ago with only ten more remaining (if expectations hold true)
All very interesting and even more interesting will be how any potential investors and present investors deed the filing. Hopefully the stock price will not become 'somnolent'.
Thanks for presenting the filing for public consumption. Dare I say I might regain some of the many dollars lost investing in GERS the past many years? The answer may actually be positive this time...or, not.
I'd settle for some real news that showed something concrete, such as an SEC filing showing a real contract.
The CEO said earlier this year that he anticipated 3 PPA's before years end...
Then again, you're right. That would be right up there with a miracle.
It would be nice if that huge list of companies attending used the GERS technology... oh, wait a minute, a lot of them do. So, I guess it would be nice if they finally realize the patents are indeed belonging to GERS and thus subject to royalties. Oh, wait a minute, that's what the mediation is doing. Which leads to, it would be nice if common shareholders in GERS get a price bump once any kind of positive news comes out regarding the appeal process.
Six more days and probably just a filing stating another continuance but one day out of the 365 days of the year(s)something should change. That is going to be an interesting day if there finally is closure to this many-years-long ordeal of owning shares in GERS.
That's what I first thought and then did a quick bit of research.
Allen was previously when DNRG was an LLC. It now lists him as CEO of Dominovas Energy Corp.
There are different forms of corporations. A C corp, a LLC, and some others some companies use for business.
Allen still is the CEO of DNRG
LGE Chief Executive Officer, Edward Manukian was quoted as saying, “LGE’s charter is to expand its role in the world of renewable energy. We have closely followed Dominovas Energy and believe their ability to market SOFC systems is ground-breaking. We are thrilled to partner with them and look forward to a great business relationship in collaboration for the advancement of the technology”.
It is unusual for a publicly traded company to be so quiet for so many months. No new pr's. No news. Nothing.
Went back and looked at the late March 2017 release concerning LGE.
The quiet could mean bad news... or, maybe some good news.
Not quit 11,000,000 shares but close (10,967,847 shares) with close to $19k invested. Maybe a fool and his money soon parted... or, a fool getting lucky with DNRG.
Feeling something regarding DNRG will come out soon to either make me smile, or laugh.
Thanks for the link. Noticed they used the word 'formally' regarding Dominovas.
No, not wrong unless a new SEC filing comes out showing what has happened since many many months ago. Now, if they own 80% who really owns those preferred shares? BTZO common stock shareholders holding what, billions of common shares at what, less than a penny?
And who really owns GERS? The common shareholder with what, 14-20 million shares? Does KK own a controlling interest in GERS? In BTZO?
So, who really stands to benefit if GERS gets good news? Sure, I'll admit some people (common shareholders in all companies associated with GERS) will get a bounce in price but it is KK and the legal system that will truly reap any monetary reward, common shareholders are really no more than a cash cow KK milks/milked to keep his dream alive.
KK is in the drivers seat. Not you. Not me. No one but KK and his legal team along with whomever else he has struck deals with since he stopped filing SEC filings.
If good news comes out publicly regarding GERS and the legal battle, I'm going to sell at least half and maybe all shares in GERS. If I was invested in BTZO I'd sell every share once the news comes out, because once news comes out, (if good) then I'm 100% sure some other news will come out and in my speculative world, BTZO will crash and burn and GERS will be sold/transformed and KK will reign in some newly formed company.
Common shareholders in penny stock usually get the short end of the stick. The shaft. The 'whatever', and that is obvious to anyone who has ever made a business of investing in garbage stocks. And yes, GERS is a garbage stock as is BTZO and thousands of others.
Good luck though on your investment. I hope BTZO sells a bazillion whatever-it-is they sell. And if GERS gets good news on the legal stuff I hope your stock price goes to the moon. And, I hope you sell and make millions of dollars.
t-o-t-a-l-y agree.
This talk of other companies raking in the money regarding the potential GERS success of patent ownership and case against infringing companies is somewhat...interesting, but for me, an emphasis on the 'somewhat'.
The way I see it is it is the company GERS, whose name is on the legal documents pertaining to the lawsuit, mediation, court filings, etc...NOT FCC or BTZO.
IF they still own a percentage of GERS (no SEC filings in so long anything could have happened) And IF GERS succeeds with whatever legal route winds to completion, it is then that any monies, future business, royalties, etc... it is THEN that companies name will be on the checks, not some clothing company, ice cream company or whatever.
Sure, from my perspective, the other companies can own whatever shares they want BUT it is GERS who will be dispursing the money or whatever . ICM is not going to be paying BTZO
So, really a no brainer as which company to invest on pertaining to the battle between GERS and the infringing companies. It could all go down in flames anyway but unless FCC or BTZO starts showing up in the filings against the infringing companies I hope they sell a lot of whatever it is they sell. AND, how about this speculative situation? What IF GERS does well and gets a whole lot of coin. Based on the performance of the BTZO business model, maybe GERS will purchase 80% of THAT company,,,to 'bail' them out and give hope to THEIR investors.
(too many things cluttering up what really is simple: GERS vs infringing ethanol companies)
A good theory. It will be nice if it becomes fact.
Interesting. Much appreciate the speculation you put forth. Never considered that before and maybe it is nearer to being correct than incorrect.
Thanks for the links.
It will be nice to see GERS do an SEC filing... on anything.
Questions:
If BTZO still owns preferred shares of GERS, how will that impact the billions of shares of BTZO if GERS gets good news?
How does a company that sells clothing reap benefits from an ethanol technology company?
Will GERS pay BTZO royalties?
Will GERS with 20 million shares get a better stock price bump than BTZO with billions of shares?
Will KK just laugh as he is in both companies and in the drivers seat?
Will GERS get good news this month?
When will hell freeze over...
In short, a lot of questions and speculation. Hopefully BTZO investors have their dreams come true and their stock is worth so much that billions time billions equal trillions. Reality is though, this is the penny arena, the trash of the investment world. GERS has proven to be mighty dismal for the investor of the past many years and from I've researched of BTZO,the same horrors.
If I make any money off this GERS investment, I'll be like KK and laugh my ass off too. Maybe start a public company and sell online lederhosen with plastic flower accessories.
More speculation after some thinking today.
Since the deceased judge DID rule in favor of the infringers, it gave them the right to continue doing what they do.
Then, the patent office upheld the patents, thus restarting everything and making it look good for an appeal by GERS.
So, since I have no legal experience it is totally speculation but thinking the companies will not be forced to pay all the back royalties and this enforces my speculation from this morning.
Bottom line: I think GERS is going to get the court to agree that they own the patents and are entitled to royalties. I also think the infringing companies will have to pay something such as some token amounts all parties agree on, but probably not much.
So, for me it looks like income coming to the company now and into the future from royalties. In fact, the question as to how the company is paying bills COULD be from the speculated reason they are already receiving income from some of the infringing companies, if not, most/all.
But, just pure opinion and worth nothing.
I await 'news' from GERS regarding the patent infringement (like all investors in GERS) and if mediation is successful, one thing that could happen is no large payment due to the company other than enough funds to appease the legal teams. A token amount really.
But. In a agreed mediation it could be agreed that the infringing companies pay an increased percentage of royalty to cover the previous years of use. Both sides would lose as GERS would not get the full amount and the infringing companies would have to start spending coin.
I say this due to the fact the GERS technology is/was no longer listed on some of the infringing companies websites. Maybe because they want to settle by just paying some $ and be done with GERS while others continue?
Pure speculation on my part of course. As I mentioned earlier, in mediation, all parties involved do not get what they want and while investors in GERS 'want' a huge $$$ settlement, I doubt it will be that.
Whatever happens it is possible GERS stock price will go up if it gets something positive from the legal struggle. A windfall would be nice but so too, paying customers for GERS technology.
Read the posts about BTZO and GERS. Reminded me of the old days where companies owned other 'shell' companies for many reasons both nefarious and beneficial to shareholders. Mostly though, my recollection is that usually management of the companies with fingers in other companies... are the winners, not the shareholders.
Did some research on BTZO and from what I saw I wouldn't touch that company with two ten-foot poles duct taped together (as pertaining to relationship with GERS and it's ongoing mediation/appeal)
In my opinion, IF GERS gets good news if there WERE to be a price increase in the B stock, and IF I were a shareholder in BTZO... I'd sell so fast it would be like I never owned it.
Again, in my opinion, if GERS gets good news I'm fairly confident the shareholders in GERS will benefit immediately after the news comes out AND going onward into the future.
Of course, my opinion only matters to me, what others do regarding buying/selling is none of my business.
" Collectively, we are anticipating that we will have under Power Provider Agreements a minimum of 3 financed MWs of power before year’s end."
The above is a quote from the CEO, Allen Neal.
Full speculation and dreaming on my part but since I just a few shares short of 11million shares of DNRG it is only logical I allow myself to speculate and dream about the POTENTIAL of DNRG finally coming through on something... Well, probably as much POTENTIAL as the sun stopping the sky for a few minutes.
Anyway, read the CEO's letter from June and thus the quote above. It's now Nov, with one more month to go so it will be interesting to see if all the quiet by the company the past few months turns into something noisy and profitable. Something like, "We got financing, we got contracts, we got SEC filings, we got a stock no longer trading at .0002-4 we gonna do a r/s of 1-100 (stock price at .05 before r/s $5.00 after)
Now, after dreaming about what is probably never going to happen I'll wait and see if the sun stops in the sky for a few minutes in the coming days.
CEO takes company stock instead of money for salary owed... That seems like he has faith in VYST,
For all the contacts they have made regarding their product you'd think revenue would increase. Guess we'll see on the next quarterly or SEC filing.
Agreed, though... it is true that the company has not come through on any event it has talked about. The university. The Rubicon. Hydro. Not one thing other than some news releases.
I too, 'hope' something good happens for the company/investors but reality sure has a way of showing it has a greater sway than hope.
Suppose it's good the company has been quiet. Maybe there will some good news like you and I hope? OR more likely, just much more of the same
It IS hard for a company to do anything if they have no money, no markatable products, nothing but smiling faces.
technical problems for the conference call on the 24th lead judge Miller to postpone the call until Nov 7.
Adkins case Nov 16
Nov 28th for all to submit Joint Status Report as to status of the pending motions and how they wish to proceed with the appeals.
*
speculating that there will be/is a fracture among the infringing companies. It is hard to get two people to agree on anything and with all the people/companies involved, it's probably like trying to herd housecat's to Texas.
It would be nice to see on the 28th that some companies want to settle while others try to prolong the agony.
As long as GERS holds itself together, that's all this investor cares for... well, that and a stock price increase. That would definitely be nice.
It would be nice if the company actually followed up with real news. Angola is one for sure but not really sure much will occur. Kinda lost my faith in the company after the much anticipated demo model of the fuel cell in Africa was forgotten.
I don't think the company is a scam, I think the company is trying to do something and not having much skill/luck in doing so.
I'm definitely invested well over $10k worth and yes, it would be nice to see it move anywhere above where it is now.
Maybe it will, most likely it won't. But, we'll all get to see someday.
This penny stock is definitely one of those high risk ones and any future investor should take note of that and invest as if it was a lottery ticket.
It has been interesting reading the past few days of posts about GERS. Some really good DD and info.
After reading and thinking about what was presented, my opinion would be that any settlement reached that was positive to the company; it would be good.
If a settlement/terms were made public, this of course is easy to see as great news. If a settlement/terms were NOT made public, this too, would be good. As pointed out, the numbers would have to show up in SEC documents later down the road.
MY opinion( Ha, I'm definitely a 'non' player in the world) is that IF a settlement is reached that is positive for GERS, and IF it is confidential, then I SUSPECT KK would put a happy face on everything 'publicly' WITHOUT divulging particulars. Something to the effect of, "The US Patent office upheld the companies patents back (whatever date that was). Because the validity of the patents is still in effect we (the company) have expanded the licensing of said patents to any and all companies wishing to use our proven technology. We are in talks with (whatever companies want to use GERS technology. We are hopeful for the future of the company and it's investors. Together, (blah, blah, and blah)"
Basically a 'smiley' face release of 'positivity' for the company and anyone investing or using the company's technology. He could do this without saying a word about the deal unless all those companies agree on what can be released news wise.
Whatever, it only matters what the stock price does. For me and my greed, I hope it goes to much greater prices than the company has ever seen before. But, we'll see...someday.
I agree that DNRG is not a 'scam' as that word permeates the feeling of illegality. However, 'scammy' is a better choice as many of the actions the company has conducted can definitely fit the 'feeling' of illegality.
The word I would use pertaining to the past actions of DNRG would be: Bad decisions to follow ill-thought plans. An example: Firmly touting and stating the University showpiece only to completely change course.
I guess, the word or sentence I would use to describe the company would be, 'delusional' or maybe, 'out of it's league'. I say delusional as all the management has done is over promise on what they could not deliver. Out of it's league is obvious as other companies such as GE or Doosan have blown this 'hope and a prayer' company, out of the water.
I own/invested a lot of money into this company and would like (or, better word, liked) to have seen this company deliver on at least ONE of it's news releases.
Guess the best word for an investor like me in the company is, 'future'. Will it be a total loss on investment? Will it be a break even investment on investment? Will money be made on investment?
I like the last choice best, but really, at this point the word, 'reality' is fitting and thus, (unless management can truly deliver on ANYTHING) it looks like it is heading towards mainly a loss of what's already invested.
Maybe some new investors can wring out a few .0001-.0002 profit, for me it will have to move a lot more .00's. Good luck but be careful putting money into this reality.
Lawyers. Some famous guy said something to the effect, "Kill all the lawyers," or "Get rid of all the lawyers." Funny though, how people need lawyers when they spend their life not liking them. Also, funny how no matter what, lawyers get paid.
Is GERS gonna get paid? Are the investors? KK must be getting paid by someone. For sure, investors in GERS have not made anything other than reverse splits and loss.
A few more weeks and at least we'll get some kind of legal document stating something. Legal documents. Lawyers. Money. Greed. A vicious circle.
Light at the end of the tunnel? Maybe. Maybe nothing but a burnt out lightbulb. Keeps us all on our toes though.
Hello T. I don't know if GERS or any of the infringing companies were willing to mediate. Maybe the judge ordered or highly suggested mediation?
My take on mediation is that it sometimes is a sound and logical way to avoid excess costs and reach finality quicker than appeal after appeal after (making lawyers rich and job secure)
When this all settles, it will be interesting to see either the results of the mediation (if it is successful) and then, for sure, the results if this all goes to trial.
There is always more. Nothing is static. Not technology. Not human nature. There is always something simmering which leads to spontantious combustion or some other action.
I read the recent posts about ICM and the advanced oil system and also the opinion that it might be related to mediation. That appears interesting.
We as investors really only know what the modern marvel of the world wide web can reveal pertaining to legal documents, company filings, and whatever info some of the people have posted here and at the other site. We don't really know what GERS is asking for only to speculate that it is recognition of their patent and the lost royalties and damage to the company (and its shareholders). As for ICM and others, it really matters not what they 'think' only what is ordered by the court after either mediation OR trial.
I watch people as it is a hobby of mine. The one thing standing out vividly is how much like children most people act. It boils down for me to something like this. Children bicker and have parents/care takers/ adults, to oversee and mediate the , "Tommy stole my cookie mommy." "No, she took mine!"
The legal system is much like the parents and such. GERS can scream all it wants, the infringing companies can scream all they want, the legal system will decide, of this I'm sure of. Just don't have enough info or knowledge to know on which side the legal system will come down on, but I SUSPECT both sides will gain something and both will lose. For me, this is expected. I DOUBT, anyone will be totally happy with the situation. But just look at children after a fight is settled...same thing.
Good trading T, maybe we'll all have some more money when this stuff is all over with, over maybe not.
thanks for the two good bits of info. nice to see.
I noticed the link did not work when posted on Ihub but when I copy and pasted, it worked on my 'whatever you call it bar' and push enter. Nothing much other than there was an EPA fine against ICM for $30k.
I am of the opinion that when a company does something illegal without legal counsel or advice, then it usually ends up getting them into trouble, BUT when lawyered up, THEN it get convulated and sometimes almost impossible to prosecute. All one has to do to see such activity is the mafia, mob, whatever. Those guys literally get away with murder, what with their lawyers.
Wondering what will happen when the new announced date for the upcoming court stuff. More talk or a new direction for the company to pursue.
Found this.
https://yosemite.epa.gov/OA/RHC/EPAAdmin.nsf/Filings/7E239320DC916E9A85257B7B001BCA91/$File/CAA-05-2013-0022%20PPL%205-29-2013.PDF
Some kind of EPA fine for $30k.
Don't know a lot about legalities but do know that courts usually deal with the case as it pertains to the nuts and bolts only. In this case, the patent/infringing. As for, "he said, she said, they did..." thinking the judge/judges will not allow any of it.
It was nice the patent office upheld GERS patents. That speaks volumes which is probably the main reason the infringing companies are even talking with GERS.
Didn't read about the $700mil but did read somewhere that the world was flat and if you sailed far enough out into the ocean you'd fall off.
agree. lumber liq, home depot, lowes, all the box stores in the industry might be a good play.
placed a 135 share limit order@ 37.00 for today in lumber liq. gonna try and play for a bit with ll.
nice to read your view and thought about the past 'recent' sec filings. in those filings it did show revenue with dealing with companies.
also, checking their website i noticed they still have a pretty good one. at least 'good' by the words used showing they are interested in developing any and all projects a potential ethanol company could want.
as for taking the money and running, IF a settlement of any size comes to fruition...hard to say. my guess is they keep going, only recharged and refunded. also, i suspect there would be ongoing royalities of some percentage.
but who knows. all speculation and opinion by such as the common investor.
saw there was massive volume today. wow.
Yes. You're correct. Life is definitely a new experience each and every day. Some days harder than others, others better than some...thank goodness for potato chips and fresh dip. Makes life tasty.
You raise a good point I had not really considered, that being, R&D. In the past it was easy to coast along with making wooden wagon wheels and horse buggies. Nowadays, technology changes faster than a politician can say, "Trust me!"
GERS has good technology but just looking at the last news release from ICM, the ethanol industry is no different than other technology; changing if not daily, at least yearly.
Just guessing but I suspect the company has some good ideas (based on the assumption that they've been in the business for many years with experienced folks/employee's) BUT with good idea's comes the need for capital to finance it.
If a settlement with GERS and the infringing companies garners coin for the companies treasury, I suspect some of the idea's get financed and finally put into production (Pure speculation by me. Who knows, maybe they'll switch from ethanol and go into production of smart phone covers)
Bottom line though, any good financial news for GERS will result in a good financial experience for GERS investors and thus a great day. Not too long now until we all learn more from the legal powers.
Thanks for some different perspectives T
Agree. They do have something going for them which surprises me that the previous judge ruled against them. Of course, many examples of the previous judges rulings being overturned have been presented here and maybe this will be another.
I hate to say, 'sure thing' as so many times it seems so sure and then 'bam' it goes bad. OR, so sure nothing goodcould ever happen and then 'bam' it goes good.
I find that when investing in penny stocks the bad news far outweighs the good. Don't know the percentage but I bet for every success story in penny land there are 100 failures. (I've probably owned 99 of them but it is that 'one' that makes it special)'
It would be great if all shareholders in GERS currently could see some daylight/profit. Many who have posted here in the past have sold and moved on and yet a few have kept at it. If GERS gets good news it will make us look smart.."If not," is not in my vocabulary as it is better to be optimistic than pessimistic.
And the way my life has been going lately, I 'deserve' a good A-- kicking.
A good opinion.
In my three cents of whatever, I bought 10,000 shares today with money I really should not have used but I'm a very stubborn lady. Probably not as stubborn as those infringing ethanol companies, but stubborn enough.
In fact, i am so stubborn I think GERS is also stubborn, as well it should be after being forced to do like what, twenty reverse splits in the past few years?
Mediation... Where parties involved work through stuff where the end result is... settlement.
Since I'm stubborn I'm thinking the settlement will be beneficial to both the company and most importantly, us. The shareholders.
As for giving up too much already, I think they gave up a lot to lawyers and the previous shareholders lost it all. But that's in the past, the future bodes well, at least, in my opinion.
Also, while much has probably been discussed between the lawyers/companies and such, is it possible that in a court trial that information bantered about by the infringing companies be used against them?
I think GERS has a big steelie boulder and it's GERS's thumb holding it and it is it's turn to whack those little glass marbles in the circle going by names as ICM and others.
Okay, that was funny.
Excellent presentation of thought. Yes, there is definitely a reason on the lack of SEC filings. The mental picture painted of KK duct taped to his chair came to mind after reading your post. Unable to even move a hand to pick up a pencil to jot down new idea's for future companies.
Part of me doubts there is something fishy though, regarding the mediation/appeal/GERS lawyers. More likely it is all being orchestrated by the legal team and I'm sure the SEC filings will start to roll once something tangible comes out regarding the attempt at mediation (failure/success) Though, after reading yesterday those words of fleshing out the details, I'm definitely in the camp of a successful mediation.
And, money speaks volumes. If I had spare cash I'd buy some more. And judging by the trading activity of GERS yesterday and today, the money is not speaking at all.
Don't have enough money to even attempt anything funny, though, two ducks walked into a bar...
I wonder how many investors there is currently in GERS. Most past investors have been burnt and will not return and potential new investors only need to look at GERS past chart filled with r/s to quickly click on another stock.
Speaking of funny. 'Stroock & Stroock' Reading those two words together a couple of times and must admit, it made me smile. Never heard of such a name. Maybe they are a good outfit and a settlement will result?
Thought there would be some kind of activity with the stock today but guess everybody that wants to own, owns and since no real news update or release via the normal stuff, nobody knows. But, if a settlement is announced, a whole of people will get to know.
Read the filing. Thanks to those posting such. Looks like a settlement is within reach "work out remaining details of a settlement between them..." (quote from the filing)
If I had more money I'd buy more stock but happy I have the few shares I do have.
Now I think it will test a new 52 week high, that is, if any other investors out there think the filing was as positive as I took it to be.
Reminds me of flipping a coin...double or nothing? Ha. Guess I'll see what happens along with the rest of the investing world.
