Don't know a lot about legalities but do know that courts usually deal with the case as it pertains to the nuts and bolts only. In this case, the patent/infringing. As for, "he said, she said, they did..." thinking the judge/judges will not allow any of it.

It was nice the patent office upheld GERS patents. That speaks volumes which is probably the main reason the infringing companies are even talking with GERS.

Didn't read about the $700mil but did read somewhere that the world was flat and if you sailed far enough out into the ocean you'd fall off.
