http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/endexxs-subsidiary-cbd-health-solutions-enters-canna-flakes-into-2015-high-times-norcal-otc-pink-edxc-2029453.htm
CBD Health Solutions to Exhibit at 2015 HIGH TIMES NorCal Medical Cannabis Cup in San Francisco June 20-21, 2015
CAVE CREEK, AZ--(Marketwired - Jun 15, 2015) - Endexx Corporation's (OTC PINK: EDXC) subsidiary, CBD Health Solutions LLC., will be attending and selling products at the NorCal HIGH TIMES Cannabis Cup in San Francisco, CA, the weekend of June 20-21st. Canna Flakes© are a dry, crystal-like CBD concentrate that can be either ingested or vaporized. Canna Flakes© are derived from non-GMO, imported organic European hemp. Upon completion of the Cannabis Cup, marketing for CBDHS' unique products will begin to expand aggressively with the completion of its initial product line. To complete the line, CBDHS will be launching highly sought after CBD-infused Keurig Cups (K-Cups) as it continues to build out its premium hemp oil product line. The K-Cups will be sold in coffee, apple cider, and hot chocolate flavors. All of our premium hemp-based products can be purchased from our website: www.cbdhealthsolutions.com.

This news is massive. It will take some time to disperse to and among the unaware public but they will be coming soon.
Best news from EDXC so far with solid development toward future success.
EDXC
This is awesome. Hemp-infused water has been a major exposure-generator for any POS ticker that announces (even fluff PRs) about it, but EDXC is far from a fluffy company.
On top of that, the introduction of K-cups is fantastic. I've never seen this before and I am sure this will be a big deal for consumers -- which translates to a big deal for Endexx.
This week may be the last time to get cheaies before the masses roll in, IMO.
EDXC
Well anything is welcome at this point, although I have been enjoying loading the 2s.
Gotta run soon, you guys have a great weekend. We'll see what's in store here next week.
EDXC
Hopefully the company will drop a bombshell early next week!
EDXC
Wow what a close.. hopefully now we have some news coming.
The company has been surprisingly quiet given the recent developments (new products offered by CBDhealthsolutions.com) -- there must be more that we don't even know about with the other subsidiaries given the way Endexx operates... zero fluff.
EDXC
Nice buys in past 10 minutes!
EDXC
I noticed how the chart looked awesome at close yesterday as well. A little exposure will go a long way here - with Le so thin - especially since hemp/cannabis infused drinks often being massive exposure to any company lately. Many of them were even illegitimate, diluting, garbage companies with no products. Endexx is the exact opposite.
For now AquaBlitzed is a well - kept secret. Can't wait to see what happens when we let the cat out of the bag here.
Edxc
Good timing. Looks about ready to boil over.
BAA
I'd love to know what is taking this down below 52-week lows..
Those lows were put in before the price of silver dropped over $1.. now we have $16 silver and are even lower.
What is going on with this one? I imagine the cash position makes the stock worth nearly the current share price alone.
BCEKF
Well said, brother. Forward revenues are screaming for higher prices and that's solely based on only the cbd subsidiaries.
Uplist is another serious event which can come anytime. 2/3s will be gold when that Form 10 drops
The recent 10-Q did not reflect so much of what is currently going on with the company.
Explosive growth in revenues with some very unique and clearly superior products for this niche but explosive market.
Total MC is 0.03 * ~222M OS = $6.66M
If only the cannsumable subsidiaries are expecting forward revenues of $1M (likely with high margin) within 10 months, today's price is quite cheap. Especially after you factor in continued forward revenue growth and then the other subsidiaries (e.g. m3Hub, Autospense, Global Solaris, etc.)
Things will come together nicely in due time here. Next 10-Q (or if a Form 10 is dropped to uplist) will start to illustrate this sentiment.
EDXC
Last time I saw you posting like this was FNMA which went .20 to $6+ rather quickly.
Surely something at least a good will happen here, wouldn't you say? Which is better in your eyes?
BAA
Indeed.. I am in stealth bull mode right now... just in case there are still suckers out there who haven't noticed the reversal. I will be tapping 4s though, probably sooner than later.
XCLK
I called the top on the last run.. today I am calling bottom and a new leg to extend beyond the previous highs.
It will come and likely faster than the last run as the float has been churned into stronger hands and the ask is thin.
Already kicking myself for not buying more 3s.. soon it will be the same of the 4s
XCLK
Daily chart bounced off RSI of 30. Stochastics are coming off bottom along with MACD. http://schrts.co/1I0VpI
Weekly chart has a nice bounce off the 20MA.
Soon "5 will be the new 3" then "7 will be the new 5" and just like last run we will see people kicking themselves for not buying more at these prices.
XCLK -- she is ready
Nice reversal happening today. 40M ask at 4 is now 32M.
There is well over 5x the $ volume bidding 2 than there is asking 4.
Looks terribly thin after this as much of the float has churned and is on lock-down. Can't wait for the updates... perhaps coming next week.
XCLK
Great news, agreed. 3/4 is great entry. I am expecting a double from there by next Friday.
Would much appreciate a PM-update as well if you're willing.
XCLK
L2 and trades look exactly like they did when it ran from no bid to 0.0012 before. The big difference is that the float is thinner now.
Huge bid will move up and absorb the last of the sellers. Many of the seller will pull their asks as it becomes more and more obvious where this is going: up.
XCLK
Amazing opportunity to buy here.. it's so thin back up especially on any type of news.
Dividend, buyback, major revenues. Seems people have forgotten what is coming here. Monthly updates will be coming after the 10-K drops.
XCLK
I'm sensing a reversal here. Double bottom @ 2 and very thin to move back up.
XCLK
BAA is a friggin' gold mine, Blue.
I like it.
This is precisely what I learned, the hard way.
Not too worried though. Just glad to be in below .50
BAA
Not bad. I'm glad to see EDXC is still issuing restricted shares only.. and really not that many have been added to the OS.
4M restricted were issued for CBD Health Solutions acquisition and another 3M to pay for the related costs of the acquisition.
Overall, once you take into account that the Autospense machine wasn't placed til more recently and cbdhealthsolutions.com + cbdunlimited.com have really only begun to operate in Q2, we should see some nice growth from here.
EDXC
I imagine that if they want to include a "Subsequent Events" section they will have to disclose everything instead of selectively updating us.
Perhaps that is the cause for such a delay.
XCLK
I have been patiently waiting to reload.
The troll stroll is still in effect.
BAA
A little exposure will go a long way. The fundamentals are screaming for higher prices.
EDXC
The catalyst is the quarterly report which is coming on May 30th. It will show revenue and hopefully contain a nice summary of subsequent events.
Additionally, the Form 10 (to uplist, increase transparency, and obtain financing) will be a major event.
Price is not so impact right now as it is only being determined by whether or not single investors either want in our get bored (lose the vision they had when they bought) and want out. Again, the quarterly and Form 10 should help us out in this department.
Any other news, like m3hub adaption or autospense approvals and placements will be icing on the cake. IMO, the company will do well enough with the CBD retailing websites.

Thanks, I have market buys ready and waiting until I see trading mechanics change.
BAA
Oh I am super bullish on this, don't get me wrong.
There are just short term forces which I am going to at least try to take advantage of.
I am entirely out at the moment as I have identified what I call a "troll stroll" -- a slow walk down (stroll) executed primarily by non-retail MMs (trolls) with intermittent runs (bouncing supports) to get MOMO and make dumb retail buy the new lower highs -- which began at .3283 when buy-side volume started to subside.
If everything was instantly priced at fair market value this would be in dollar land but it's not so don't hate me for taking advantage of the swings.
The CC may bring major downside or upside moves. I am cautious of a downside move as shorts will take advantage of the opportunity to trick longs (who arent listening in and only base buy/sell on immediate price action) to load.
BAA
If you know what you own, there is no need to watch unless you plan to flip.
I dunno about that but this clearly has a top on it at .3283 and has been walked down by smart money ever since it touched that price.
Gotta bring her down to load and shake the weak hands who don't know what they're doing.
CC may change the trajectory.
Gaps have to fill, I'm with ya
Sold most .32 will buy back mid-high .20s

CBDHealthSolutions.com "Canna Joos" review; CBD-oil research
I tried the Canna Joos yesterday. Here is my review for the board as promised:
First a little background: I was so excited to get my order (placed Friday afternoon), which was split (for my convenience since Flakes aren't out til tomorrow) into separate shipments of Joos and Flakes. Excellent customer service, expedient, and it included a tracking number from USPS.
So, as I spammed the refresh button on the tracker site, it suddenly said "delivered in the mailbox". It was Monday at about 12:30pm when I went out to fetch my order. I had previously considered the possibility that inducing a state of relaxation may not be wise while trading but I thought the effect would be rather transient. I took half of a "Serving" which is defined on the bottle as a "Full dropper (approx. 1mL)" sublingually. I held it under my tongue for 90 seconds before swallowing it.
My experience: (hours:minutes)
Note: Supplements/drugs tend to have very strong effects on me. I also take some nootropics (piracetam + Alpha GPC) which will certainly exacerbate the effect of drugs.
T-0:00 It tasted pretty good, not awesome, but it was fine. "Citrus Blend" has a kind of orange and orange rind flavor.
T-0:01 My mouth started to feel a bit numb. I'm not sure if it was the oil saturating and desensitizing my nerves or an analgesic effect but I am leaning towards the latter.
T-0:05 I first notice a change in my vision. Over the next hour this transformed into an almost dream-like dissociation with my field of vision.
T-0:10 My arms and legs are starting to feel heavier. I feel very comfortable kind of slouching into my chair.
T-0:30 I am definitely feeling relaxed, with notably reduced heart rate and breathing rate, and the effect continues to grow stronger.
T-1:00 As I walk around, I feel as if I'm kind of just drifting along albeit a bit clumsy and less coordinated than usual.
T-1:10 I take a gander in the mirror and notice my pupils are tiny. I feel relaxed, almost withdrawn from my surroundings.
T-2:00 The plateau happens around this point give or take 15 minutes.
T-3:00 The effect slowly wore off leaving me quite calm and with some residual lethargy eventually subsiding.
Conclusion:
I am very surprised by the potency of the Canna Joos. I've had several tinctures which had far less-noticeable effects. Personally, the suggested serving size is rather large; I'm glad that I didn't take more on the first try. For new users: I would recommend a test-run with 1/3-1/2 of a dropper. While I enjoyed the strong, relaxing effect and expect to use Canna Joos regularly, I will be wiser and carefully select appropriate occasions before use. I can say with certainty that this is not conducive to day trading!

Some sources for CBD-related information that I found useful:
http://forums.phoenixrising.me/index.php?threads/cbd-oil-anyone-tried-it-its-legal-now.27487/page-2
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/5-HT1A_receptor
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prefrontal_cortex
It was interesting to read about SSRI drugs, how they affect the 5-HT(1A) & 5-HT(2A) autoreceptors and compare/contrast the effect of CBD (which is an agonist for them) but impacts serotonin expression differently. At first, I was slightly concerned - mostly curious - about how the brain adapts to consistent use of CBD oil (like THC) via down-regulation or up-regulation of certain neural pathways/processes including the receptor densities of CB1-CB4+ receptors and the aforementioned autoreceptors. After doing some preliminary research, I believe it is healthier for the normal person than it is bad. On the other hand, it obviously make sense for someone who uses it medicinally.
COPY PASTA: "POST #25" OF ABOVE phoenixrising.me LINK
Actually, thinking about it, since the half life of cannabidiol (CBD) is long (around 2 to 5 days, ref: here), once you start taking the CBD oil daily, CBD is going to be in your system at fairly constant levels, no matter what time you take your CBD oil.
Low dose naltrexone (LDN), by contrast, will have left your body within 2 or 3 of taking it. So only for a few hours after taking LDN will you have opioid receptor antagonism from naltrexone.
But of course after those 2 or 3 hours are over, although the opioid receptor antagonism will have ended as the naltrexone leaves your body, you will have higher levels of the opioid met-enkephalin in your body, because the effect of LDN is to create higher levels of met-enkephalin.
So this means you initially have opioid receptor antagonism with LDN, for 2 or 3 hours, then followed by increased opioid receptor agonism (activation) for the rest of the day, due to the higher levels of met-enkephalin in circulation in the body.
If we are talking about the effects of marijuana and tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), then it seems that opioid receptor antagonism from LDN will enhance the effects of marijuana and THC:
• This study found that opioid antagonism from naltrexone enhances the effects of marijuana: naltrexone increases the subjective "high" that users feel from marijuana, and increases the cardiovascular effects of marijuana. Note that marijuana contains both THC and CBD.
• This study also found that ultra low dose naltrexone enhances the pain-relieving effects of THC-like cannabinoids; this study employed a synthetic cannabinoid called WIN 55,212-2, which like THC, agonizes the CB1 and CB2 cannabinoid receptors.
? However, CBD is not THC, so the above studies do not apply to CBD. When it comes to CBD, things seem more complicated:
Unlike THC, CBD has a very low affinity for the CB1 and CB2 cannabinoid receptors. Rather, CBD acts as an indirect antagonist of the agonist effects of THC-like cannabinoids. In other words, CBD can reduce THC's activation of the cannabinoid receptors. This is according to the Wikipedia article on CBD, which is worth looking at: Cannabidiol - Wikipedia.
Though Wikipedia also says: one would assume that CBD would reduce the effects of THC, but in fact CBD may potentiate THC's effects by increasing CB1 receptor density. So it seems that there is no clear indication on whether CBD blocks or potentiates the effects of cannabinoids like THC. It probably does a bit of both.
Likewise, I guess it therefore is not clear whether CBD may block or potentiate the effects of the body's own natural cannabinoids — the endocannabinoids — on the cannabinoid receptors. These endocannabinoids are involved in appetite, pain-sensation, mood and memory.
It is therefore not very clear how CBD works at the cannabinoid receptors: it seems to have both THC enhancing and THC reducing effects.
So as for any attempt at a theoretical understanding of the interaction between LDN and CBD, it is all about a clear as mud!
I would just stick with your own empirical observation that LDN reduces the effects of CBD, and go with that.
? Note that in addition to its effects at the cannabinoid receptors, CBD is also a 5-HT1A serotonin receptor agonist, which apparently relates to CBD's antidepressant, anxiolytic and neuroprotective effects. The Wikipedia article on the 5-HT1A receptor says that the effects of activating this receptor include:
Relieving anxiety and depression
Decreased aggression
Increased sociability
Decreased impulsivity
Facilitation of sex drive and arousal
Inhibition of penile erection
Diminished food intake
Prolongation of REM sleep latency
Improving cognitive functions associated with the prefrontal cortex
Improving symptoms of schizophrenia and Parkinson's
In ME/CFS, it has been found that there are 5-HT1A receptor abnormalities. Perhaps CBD oil might help rectify these abnormalities?
? CBD is in addition a partial agonist of the 5-HT2A serotonin receptor. Activation of this 5-HT2A receptor has potent anti-inflammatory effects: such activation reduces levels of the inflammatory cytokine TNF-alpha (ref: here).
Activation of the 5-HT2A receptor also causes a release of oxytocin (the love and human bonding hormone), which might explain why Cannabis tends to make people more friendly.
Both the 5-HT1A and 5-HT2A receptors are known to mediate spiritual effects — see this study:
Self-Transcendence as a Measurable Transpersonal Construct
Albert Garcia-Romeu, The Journal of Transpersonal Psychology, 2010, Vol. 42, No. 1
Interestingly, many psychedelic drugs such as LSD and psilocybin activate both 5-HT1A and 5-HT2A, though most of the effects of these psychedelics is mediated by the 5-HT2A receptor.
One important point that should be noted by those trying out CBD oil: CBD is observed to have a bell-shaped dose-response curve (ref: here). This means that up to a certain point, increasing your CBD dose will increase its effects; but then after you get to the optimum dosage, further increases in CBD dose will actually result in reduced effects.
Agreed, one of the mods should update the IBox. The FITX connection is history and is far from the reason anyone would choose to either invest here or move on. If it works out for FITX - which I personally doubt - then fine, but Endexx does not need that deal at all and seems to have cut ties now that Bill+FITX have proven that they do not meet the higher standards that Endexx clearly holds for itself as a company.
To be clear: that deal required both companies to deliver on their own promises. FITX missed their mark, Endexx did not. EDXC stands prepared to meet the obligation when applicable, no problem.
