I agree, but..
Delfin LNG differs from Delfin Holdings/Delfin Midstream, imo.
Upon research it looks like there are two subsidiaries with the name Delfin in it. LNG and Midstream (formerly Holdings).
Copied below from Google after searching "fairwood peninula subsidiaries"
"Fairwood Peninsula Energy Corp.
Company
Founded: 2013
Subsidiaries: Delfin LNG LLC, Delfin Midstream LLC" (which is now incorporated)
Also, in some PR and News articles it mentions "Delfhin LNG", and yet in others it says "Delfin Midstream".
Perhaps, there even were some that mentioned both names in the same article as well.
It is of course, the same "company" and Fredrick Jones, but to me it seemed there were 2 subsidiaries maybe.
What is the meaning behind this?
Question about subsidiaries.
Fairwood previously held both Delfin LNG and Delfin Midstream.
Delfin Midstream changed from an LLC to an INC and now is the majority shareholder of TGLO.
But what about the Delfin LNG part (as opposed to Delphin Midstream)? Ins't that a related entity, and while Google correctly associates Delfin Midstream Inc. with TGLO, it still shows Delfhin LNG as controlled by Fairwood.
Is Delphin LNG eventually to become our subsidiary, or does does that still belong to Fairwood, ect.
How are the (2) companies related or different?
Anyone have any thoughts on this?
Perhaps we later receive Delphin LNG from Fairwood in exchange for the issuance or new common or preferred shares.
I'm long TGLO.
It 5%, and a BOD seat on Delfin Midstream.
Enbridge now holds 5% of the TGLO O/S. I saw the filing somewhere.
Yes, they have backlog work so it didn’t really matter.
I need to find them to discuss my lost capital.
Rofl, Gonzali was yelling dilution, but in reality the O/S has actually decreased! Cool.
This is a nice stock on the up and up. Revs improving.
Market Cap is only 600k.
Do you pay commissions on each 100k chunk?
I've got 2M.
Needs more awareness IMO
Still holding shares, very undervalued.
Company does seem transparent and CEO seems honest.
Where do you get your l2 data?
Just saw a bid higher than the ask on lvl1, how does that happen?
News on the wires.
I assume so, plays out well for us I think.
Still hasn't hit otcmarkets or fidelity yet.

Going to be great when it does hit elsewhere.
Me too, I just wisher I bought more.
Took a starter position just now @ .003, as many here have.
Vol Increasing.
With most the OTC getting crushed lately, I feel like this is the next runner $ABCE
Took an entry position here today.
Seems to be the most legit R/M on the OTC, too afraid to touch any others.
Wow, you saw the warning signs, props. Followed.
Palewater tickers halted today.
Too many of the same players involved, past or present.
All 4 stocks are RM shells.
(3) other Shell/Reverse Merger stocks linked to the same company insiders were halted by the SEC today, insiders are Joe Araco, Milost, Palewater, Mandala. Those stocks no longer trade as of this morning and are headed for Grey Sheets.
This is selling off again hard tomorrow or halted too, imho.
Look at the CYP3 ticker IHub board for more info.
If memory serves me correctly it was somewhere between 3-10 business days.
What didn’t make sense to me is why Ibeto would just give away their assets to a shell. Didn’t appear they needed financing, and it probably was all made up. Could be wrong, but my gut tells me to stay away from RM plays, got burned in the past on MT#X.
Do non-marginable equities (such as penny stocks) held within a margin account count towards maintaining 25k equity PDT rule? Thank you in advance.
Is this a good short?
There is real blame to go around to many of the parties mentioned at the end of your statement.
MMs - Their manipulation is blatant, sometimes more obvious than others.
If you don't think MMs rule the penny stock world, stick with the big boards.
They most definitely are colluding and manipulating on a near constant basis within the OTC. You just don't realize it because their actions are wayyyyy more subtle and less polarizing on the big boards.
Blame can also be issued to the SEC.
The entire sector has been on a major downturn ever since the suspension of PHOT, in particular.
Shorters - They exist. Were you not around when Sykes launched war on Wolf of Wall St and tanked all MMJ stocks in such a way that it was obviously being blasted across the board by a highly coordinated momentum attack.
The penny markets are truly and utterly manipulated. It does go both ways sometimes, but denying it is just being oblivious.
Even the big boards are propped up by the Fed and all the QE.
Markets are highly irrational, and can remain that way longer than you or I can remain solvent.
Somewhere between $300-500M, if I recall correctly.
Scam indeed, lost $15k on this pos
Does anyone know if I can sell my shares for less than .0001 because I only have until tomorrow or maybe Wednesday to work this out :(
What order has the best chance to fill considering im willing to undercut anyone else's price, sell for free, or even pay someone to take them lol
I changed the order to a market sell order and still nothing has filled.
I can't even give away this POS.
I seriously need to sell today or tomorrow to balance out a gain from earlier in the year.
Should I just change it to a limit order of 0.0000 if my market order doesn't fill.
If I do that, will I get anything at all for them? Or do I need to pay a trade commission to give them away, lol?
I've put nearly 2 million shares up for sale at .0001, down 99%.
Someone please buy them for $200 (original cost was nearly $15,000).
I need the tax loss writeoff please.
Doubt they are going bankrupt anytime soon, but I do agree with you that Covey needs to go.
Cerner has a timeline and a few million extra is literally a drop on the bucket for them.
I replied on twitter stating that I don't want to hear anything Zazz related unless the/a/new machine is fully completed, deployed into the field, working, and in use by consumers.
Anything short of all of the above, is doo doo, IMO.
I dont really want to hear about new orders for Zazz units either.
I still hold shares, and am hoping that ERBB can come through on its own merit, or at least ride the MJ wave up until they fail.
It amazes me how inept corporate leadership is on the OTC in general, all in all, and all things considered, this company's is actually halfway decent.
Yeah, they are fairly predictable at this point, no?
And by that I mean the pumps, if you can even call it that.
Management needs to go...
APT has some very nice products and could potentially have a bright future, but my little sister could easily manage this company far better than clowns like Troy and Wayne ever could.
I have zero faith in the current corporate leadership.
Everyone is trying to avg down to get out lol.
Maybe I should buy all available shares at .0001 and then gtfo at .0002.
If I buy enough, I could get out even?
IMO, one day Smartcarb will generate more sales than the MotoVox division.
All the company has to do is show a turnaround for the latest quarter or two in their extended audited financial released prior to EOY.
2014 is a transitional year as previously stated. Company has the potential to be huge globally, across the board production having issues keeping up with demand, one deal (when the time is right) with an entity like nasa, military, costco, honda, ect.. and see you at new highs and a pathway to uplist.
Not a sure thing by any stretch, but this company does have a lot of real potential if they can emerge.
That is just one of the existing product lines, as stated.
New additional lines are slated for Q4, as well.
Just trying to get a feel on both your estimate (as well as others too) on the following. See if the board can reach a consensus. Your expectation for the Cerner deal in terms of a total dollar amount to MTVX?
My guess is $10 million on the low side, and $30 million on the high side.
Those funds can seriously turn this co around in several major ways.
That deal will close around Sept IMHO. Whats extra millions when your project is billions and it is needed, along with much widespread popular and local political support.
