Buy 144 stock at a discount they need the cash!
From the 10-Q June 30, 2017 note#2
The Company’s consolidated financial statements have been prepared assuming that it will continue as a going concern. The Company has suffered recurring losses from operations since inception which raises substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern. The accompanying consolidated financial statements do not include any adjustments to reflect the possible future effects on the recoverability and classification of assets or the amounts and classification of liabilities that may result from the outcome of this uncertainty .
The Company’s ability to continue as a going concern is dependent on its ability to generate profitable operations in the future and/or obtain the necessary financing to meets its obligations and repay its liabilities arising from the normal business operations when they come due. The Company continues to explore possibilities for raising both working capital and longer-term capital from outside sources in various possible transactions. These plans, if successful, will mitigate the factors which raise substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern. Nevertheless, whether, and when, the Company can attain positive operating cash flows for operations is highly dependent on the commencement of new contracts and the timing of their commencement. There can be no assurance that the Company’s cash flows or costs of operations will develop as currently expected.

What does going concern mean? Here ya go...
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/g/goingconcern.asp
Ps. The company needs cash according to the 10-Q (going concern). So for all of you who want stock under bid, 144 paper is available in the company. You just have to hold it for 6 months or wait for a registration statement how good is that!
So pass the Hat....
When I used exercise Big Blocks of cheap paper. I'd use market-makers they would use their own capital and I just give them a little bit better of a deal in commissions. So more than likely it's cheap paper blowing out.
Very good article, very informative, the only thing I would suggest is to add:
"Basic shares and fully diluted shares are different types of methods to measure the amount of shares investors hold in a company. Basic outstanding shares include the stock held by all company shareholders. Fully diluted shares are the total number of shares if all convertible securities of a company were exercised."
Then do basic and fully diluted market capitalization. This is been my argument with 90% of the people on this board they all want to talk about the basic shares structure and the fully diluted cap table paints a picture that is 3 times different.
That would be common sense because of military secret air refueling missions when they need to help assist destroying bad guys.
Ps. Mike you're the one who wrote the article in onethefloat that should have been covered in your update.
Well I guess we don't need Homeland Security or why even bother declaring anything above $10,000. Why even have clearances in the first place, oh I see, "if it's an American company you don't need to worry, is that your DD on this?
Has anybody asked the management about this particular issue of having a foreigner own and control 80+% of the shares?
Plus I quoted the government's website
Can a foreigner get a top secret clearance? No!
Being that the company is now owned and controlled by someone who is not a US citizen this should be a question....
Can non-US citizens obtain securityclearances? No. You must be a US citizen in order to be granted a security clearance; however, foreign nationals may be granted a Limited Access Authorization (LAA).

Where is the agreement that tells you what's going on. Don't need someone saying "it's going to be far far above $0.52".
They should have made it a dollar instead of $0.52 this way they could have came off as geniuses........ let's just see the contract terms!
Well maybe they can ask you for the money they need to upgrade the planes
The modification work still takes money it's not free and it needs to be done.
Keep in mind the aircrafts still need cockpit updates which are going to run up to half a million each aircraft.
Ok if those words work better for you the Royal Air still wants out and they are down sizing that space and would rather hire private services when needed.
Look at the $6,200.000 convertable note in the 10K it converts at .08 cents.
That is 77,500,000 shares so go try in obfuscating the issue.
From what I read it was a rent vs own issue.
Tempus Applied Solutions To Acquire Ex-Royal Air Force Air-To-Air Refueling Aircraft.
The word (Ex-Royal) Air Force. Big difference than Royal Air Force Ex means use to!
I haven't seen the agreement but I can assume they're idiots. Why would anybody in their right mind would accept $0.52 when the stock is trading below that. And don't say because of the billionaire nobody cares about the billionaire in business they care about money in their pocket!
So that tells me you got to see the contract.
The company has issued so much stock at this point they have to increase the authorized shares so they can issue more. And nobody wants to discuss it on this board which really shocks me. It's almost like the people on this board are just trying to pump it.
And most likely a moderator will this message.
And, Investors waisted their time (HEAD NV)
Bingo!
I like the one that people use on their resume "I attended such and such university" which translates to, I never graduated!
When has TMPS ever bought anything for cash? As it stands now TMPS has to increase the authorised so they can issue more stock or warrants or options to purchase or inventive shares.
Do you get the drift?
If I'm an employee working at Omega which is a private company. I have no upside besides my 401K. Now TMPS comes along and offers me shares which trades publicly I might switch companies doesn't mean it's the right move only time will tell.
How journalists use news wires!
http://www.vitispr.com/blog/how-journalists-use-newswires-2/
Revenue and bottom line after taxes is where cash comes from NOT comtract size. A company could make a billion dollars but if they're not making any after tax profit that creates zero cash value.
Omega is private so how do you know they have lots of cash? Plus, Omega has pumped 180,000,000 Lbs. of feul in their total history according to their web site. Thats pretty good for a mom and pop operation to small for a public company. If you analyze TMPS to Omega, TMPS is at absolute max value!
A plane can only deliver a certain amount of revenue this isn't software or biotech where capacity is unlimited.
How to Calculate the Market Value of a Company....

Ridiculous
Add the 13d filings being that it was a legal requirement it should be added to the market capitalization otherwise the SEC would have never require a 13d filing correct!
Maket Cap is now over $30,000.000.
Guys if you wondering why I'm such nudge its because of people posting not correct information. The market capitalization is over 30 million you have to add 13D filings so investors know what to expect or calculate over time. And when you guys don't show this it looks deceitful to me.
Somebody selling with tears as they're exiting from buying when it was a dollar, lol...... seriously.
Well I guess if you got a web design company and a whole lot of time on your hands you can do a lot of things for free right!/?
My conscience and by the way the law is the law if you're paid by a company no matter what way shape or form it must be disclosed.
So did the company pay you in stock, cash or any other way of numeration for this article? If yes disclose it!
That's the only thing that's required....
Whatever you call it better be straight up for investors
https://investor.gov/additional-resources/news-alerts/alerts-bulletins/investor-alert-beware-stock-recommendations
PS if you delete this you know I'm going to notify the SEC
Payments for bullish articles on companies must to be disclosed to investors
https://www.sec.gov/news/press-release/2017-79
Do not delete this!
In a deceitful way they're trying to make this thing like it's an independent reporter talking about this when it's actually a paid advertisement talking about the company
So companies pay to advertise their stories on ownrhefloat.com. I Did not know that until now.
Thank for the insight
That shows there's some potential fuel that needs to be transported
