Well I guess we don't need Homeland Security or why even bother declaring anything above $10,000. Why even have clearances in the first place, oh I see, "if it's an American company you don't need to worry, is that your DD on this?

Has anybody asked the management about this particular issue of having a foreigner own and control 80+% of the shares?
