I was giving the data from beginning of decision of privatization until completion. Not until today.
In the first year investors made about 4.5 times their money from the announcement of becoming private.
I like to think we are the year before investors... :)

FNMA is trying to shrink to not ensure 90 percent of mortgage risk, but they will be part of the private firms backing mortgages soon.
Yes they will be smaller. But profitable and private. Possibly paying back tax payers by end of year plus dividends.
Political decisions are necessary for change.

Looking at the chart, It looks like $250,000 was thrown into FNMA within the last minute of day.
Big buyers make it go boom. Gap up tomorrow. Looking forward.

That was the original plan when FNMA like the other bailouts, looked as if it was never going to make much of any profits.
Everything has changed now.
housing market is growing quicker than the rest of the economy. Stocks are down down down today. Democratic president will cause FNMA to continue to soar, keeping interest rates low.
Do all the chartists or technical traders believe that a bullish reversal has started.?

I believe that was an expected date given previously on yahoofinance.com which doesn't appear to be there anymore, but I believe the due date is MAY 10, so it could come out anytime before then.
Also, FNMA is making billions in profits. Kind of hard to get rid of a company doing that.
CEO... profitable for the foreseeable future.
This may slowly rise for the next few weeks or months until we see a gov't decision. IMO this could be the stock of the year, if not decade.
I got in with an average of 74.9 cents. My investment is based on the idea of winding down the government involvement in housing and FNMA.
I believe we will see congress to alter the terms of the FNMA agreement.
Here is why:
Government doesn't want to back as much housing as they do through FNMA.
If FNMA is given the opportunity to pay off there debt with interest(dividends) then they can become privatized and gov't is out of the picture. Win, Win, Win.

I hope you are right, last time it bottomed out, it jumped up 50%. I would very much like to see that next week
