I got in with an average of 74.9 cents. My investment is based on the idea of winding down the government involvement in housing and FNMA.

I believe we will see congress to alter the terms of the FNMA agreement.

Here is why:

Government doesn't want to back as much housing as they do through FNMA.

If FNMA is given the opportunity to pay off there debt with interest(dividends) then they can become privatized and gov't is out of the picture. Win, Win, Win.

This is subject to political decisions but from my standpoint, something of this nature will happen.
