So todays news is good but bad as well.

GOOD:

They will not be diluting on the open market

BAD:
They need money soon and it appears the selling of Novel isn't soon enough.

This is heavy dilution

This is how I see it. Hard to determine if the good outweighs the bad enough to increase pps.
