I hope they soon announce that financing is a go. They've got some awesome products. Anybody heard anything from Mr. Ohlin?
If anyone else is unfamiliar with a well logging truck and what it does specifically, here is a good link for more info:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Well_logging
The logging procedure consists of lowering a 'logging tool' on the end of a wireline into an oil well (or hole) to measure the rock and fluid properties of the formation. An interpretation of these measurements is then made to locate and quantify potential depth zones containing oil and gas (hydrocarbons).
I hope I'm allowed to post fmi81's link for them.

Thanks for the great pictures and your due diligence.
Anybody talk to Sam (sgwesq@gmail) about the future?
There's got to be a good candidate out there for this shell.
Meanwhile we just chill..
I'm looking but haven't found the leader yet..

About All Energy Corp. / Princess Petroleum Belize Joint Venture
Hey guys. I just found this release from All Energy Corp. talking about the favorable geology for oil in and around Teco's concessions. It's good reading. go Teco!

Yes,we have heard that already central12. What in your mind is wrong with a legitimate company working within the law and upholding environmental concerns to produce a higher standard of living for Belizians?
I can email it to you but I don't have PM.
Thank you for your post and DD. I think it's perfectly reasonable to assume that someday, hopefully this year, Sam is going to merge another company into the BRZL shell.
Sam could always apply for a stock name change with FINRA for whatever company he decides to bring into the BRZL shell, right?
I wonder if Belize could nationalize the oil industry once BNE and Treaty does the ground work and gets all the oil flowing?
It's election year there, eh? There must be many folks who don't want Belize to improve.
Awesome news. Thank you.
Here's an update on activity nearby with Solimar.
http://www.ogj.com/articles/2012/01/san-joaquin-paloma-deep-test-flows-gas-condensate.html
Commenting on the testing of the Paloma Deep ST/2 well, Solimar CEO John Begg said:
"The results at this stage, although preliminary, are very promising and we are hopeful of achieving stabilised flows at commercial rates once the mechanical issues can be overcome. It is particularly pleasing that hydrocarbons have flowed to surface without stimulation of the test zones. Given also the number of additional zones yet to be tested in the well and the Company's expanded land position in the play (details of which will be published in due course) the Paloma project could rapidly evolve as a significant field development and production and cash generating asset for the Company."
yea, I'm getting more excited too. I know we have a long term play here, but this news from Solimar is close to home. I want to add to my position too while it's down .

Here's a good post I found on another board that's applicable to SIOR.

Good post, thanks. Grid will have it's day in the sun soon.
I'm sitting on mine this weekend. I have a feeling we'll gain some ground next week.
thank you for the post Admiral. I appreciate your following up on our behalf too.
Hey guys, I was looking for more info on the Kreyenhagen trend last night, and found a couple of interactive videos that explain how they horizontally drill for oil. I thought I'd share them cause they're applicable to our play here. I'm long here too and looking forward to any news.

Here is some more information I've found that reinforces the value of this play.
Zodiac & Bayswater Seek Partner for Light Oil Resource Plays in California
By Sanjay on September 20, 2011 in Deals in Play
Zodiac Exploration Inc. (“Zodiac”) and Bayswater Exploration & Production, LLC (“Bayswater”) seek a JV partner to accelerate development of their light oil resource plays in the San Joaquin basin of California. Scotia Waterous Inc. have been retained as exclusive financial advisor in this regard.
Zodiac and Bayswater possess sizeable land positions in the Kings and Kern counties, California, with immense resource potential across multiple horizons including Whepley, Vaqueros, Kreyenhagen and Monterey.
These are early stage tight oil resource plays analogous to the Alberta Bakken in 2010 and the Eagle Ford Shale in 2008. There are conventional drilling locations to complement and de-risk the development of new plays.
Zodiac and Bayswater have concentrated acreage positions at ~86,000 and ~17,000 acres respectively.
An initial 2-well test program was drilled to depths of ~15,000 feet and these results are available.
Sproule U.S. Limited estimates OOIP, targeting only a portion of plays over a portion of acreage, at over 4 billion gross barrels.
The pay thickness of reservoirs is sandwiched between source rocks.
Infrastructure is in place.
Derrick Valuation
Derrick values the package at $52 million based on the value of the acreage and assuming a 50-50 JV. The acreage metrics used are from a recent similar deal involving San Joaquin basin acreage recorded and analysed in Derrick’s E&P Transactions Database (see table below). I've emailed him but get no response. I hope Sam is giving some serious thought into finding a suitor for his shell.
I believe he meant the Middle East.
For those that haven't viewed this yet, this presentation from the company provides us with a great amount of DD.

Here are some thoughts to consider. I found this on BGR.com
Berg Insight says 98 billion mobile applications will be downloaded in 2015
Gothenburg, Sweden – October 7, 2011: According to a new research report from the analyst firm Berg Insight, the number of mobile application downloads worldwide will grow at a compound annual growth rate of 56.6 percent between 2010 and 2015 to reach 98 billion at the end of the period. Berg Insight estimates that revenues from paid applications, in-app purchases and subscription services – so called direct revenues – reached € 1.6 billion in 2010. Berg Insight forecasts direct app store revenues to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 40.7 percent to reach € 8.8 billion in 2015. Apple’s iOS is the current leader in direct monetisation of mobile applications and will keep the number one position during the forecast period. The Android and Windows Phone operating systems are anticipated to be number two and three respectively in 2015.
“Even though the download numbers will increase during the forecast period, most apps are free to download and app monetisation will be a challenge for developers”, said Johan Svanberg, Senior Analyst, Berg Insight. “Free to download monetisation strategies such as in-app advertising and in-app purchasing will be increasingly important. This is especially true in the APAC region, which will account for over 40 percent of all mobile app downloads in 2015.” He adds that for the next coming years, the native mobile app is here to stay. New web technologies such as HTML5 are promising and will eventually be relevant alternatives to native apps. It is also important to remember that web apps and native apps are not mutual exclusives and publishers looking for maximizing reach should develop for the web as well as for the major mobile platforms.
Thanks for passing this along.
I appreciate your post wildcatter. On the site you referred to, and the 14 wells Solimar presently has, do you think one of the 3 new wells they're drilling belong to Grid? Will it tell you here when they reach oil? Thanks in advance.
Nice day ANDI!!
Way to go GRPR!!
Here is a list of the Penson non-elgible pennystocks. I called Penson directly last week to verify that GRPS wasn't on the list, and the agent told me that it was not. I've been buying in my zecco account since then.

Great due diligence DM. I learned something from your post.
I think you're right. They've got so many potentially profitable product lines, not only one like so many pennies. I had a SIP house designed several years ago by a company in PA. and I am well aware of the benefits and energy savings of that construction.
I called the company and talked with the CEO late this afternoon. Very nice guy and seems personable. I told him some people on the boards expressed concern over not being able to talk with him lately. He told me that he gets over 50 phone calls a day from investors, and at 20 mins. a call, it takes a valuable chunk of his time away from the business at hand. I talked with him about the SIP's and the commercial roof products. Of course he didn't give me any insider information, but did say the JV and financing talks continue.
Great post Robert. Thanks for sharing this article, it's very informative. It's enough convincing for me. Think what modern mining technology may be able to find now.
Hey guys. I'm new here thanks to the Pennystock rumble notice. What do you think it'll open at in the A.M.?
Very cool. It would good to have it stickyd .
