I'm betting that Sharp gets this done in grand fashion with no holes in it what so ever.
Calasse Nevada supreme court case referred to the settlement program as of the 31st of May (links below). This is a through the court arbitration of sorts... and attempt at working things out before walking the miles/hearing the case.
Does George settle?....or does he let it play out (Mind you, I do NOT think the court would find in Calasse's favor if it took the longer route). George can still make announcements in the meantime (name directors...etc...etc) and move forward with FINRA but the Calasse matter will have to be resolved before the actual merger can and/or will take place in my opinion (Said opinion derived from speaking with attorneys that I am antiquated with).
This is double edged in my opinion (where time is concerned).... If Mr Sharp decides to swallow a little pride and settle, this will go away much faster than if he sticks to his "previous guns". Regardless of the perceived erroneous nature of the case, it was explained to me that it is still Calasse's legal right to appeal and certain protocols must be followed. I'm betting/hoping that George tosses Calasse a little something to put this to sleep for good.
.....It was also explained to me that unlike the United states supreme court (where in most cases, the court has discretion in choosing what cases it wants to hear from the get go), Nevada SC has a certain protocol that will have to be followed -ie- entertain the appeal process.

Im am betting that if George though that Tyrus's theologies were not sound, he would not give him the time of day... The fact that George IS retweeting one of Tyrus's posts speaks volumes in my opinion.
Sharp retweets our buddy Tyrus... nice work homie Tyrus.

I'm betting its just the overall picture/potential here. We have 3 new tickers, one that is all but "Race-Ready". I believe that FORW will have a piece of each to some degree.
Ive never been one to think that FORW's successes is solely reliant on HMBL....
...But
I believe looking back folks will say "Wow - HMBL was a forerunner in blockchain/web3/NFT/crypto development and implementation.
The writing is on the wall in my opinion, there are just to many major municipalities taking notice of them (not to mention piloting them in their start up programs).
The value of FORW's stake in HMBL will increase dramatically in my opinion.
...and when I see this below, it speaks volumes...Some big players in that room.
I might be wrong but I'm betting that I am not....I own a bunch of FORW and I want the price to go up. That being said, I own a "bunch" because I believe it will... a LOT.
Great blockchain technology roundtable today w/ #HUMBL, Coinbase, Square, OpenSea.

Dismissal granted
GOFF dismissal granted.... Lets see just how much FORW will play a part in this moving forward.
When destiny tried to leave gifts at my feet, they stunk so bad that she dropped all of them and ran off... That was a great day.

Much of the time, the original client ie "lead plaintiff" will try to get as many people on board as they can through various social media platforms/electronic communications (kind of like gathering signatures) before presenting their grievance to a law firm. This "lead plaintiff" may be institutional or a private party. If the law firm feels there is value in pursuing the case they will being to reach out to the list of potential plaintiffs. ...And when I say "value in pursuing the case" usually that value comes in the form of publicity (in ones like this/HMBL anyway). Most of the time, the financial expenditure by the firm is minimal.
So when i said "Actually, No they don't" (in reply to the statement "The law firm has to spend money on obtaining clients")
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=168947871
... what i should have said was.. "In cases like these against HUMBL, it is not a significant amount.
...Certainly not enough money to sustain the argument of:
If the case wasn't valid, why did the law firm spend tons of money procuring it.
In cases where a multi billion dollar entities are involved with a potential responsibility for causing major health issues, commercial announcements and press release announcements (through larger more expensive media outlets) are common in seeking out those that may have been damaged.
Roundup weed spray is a good example of this. These types of announcements are picked up by the law firms. Class Action Lawsuits are almost always contingency fee cases, so in legitimate cases where severe health issues are concerned, the more people that jump on the better (as the settlements can be huge). ...Even at that, the cost of fishing for clients through these above mentioned methods is not that costly.
https://www.myroundupcase.com/roundup-lawsuit-long/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=Roundup+Lawsuit+Related&utm_term=round%20up%20class%20action%20suit_e_kwd-366957942183&utm_content=588804809510&geo=9060556&network=g&placement=&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIp4as2cH29wIVwh6tBh0zWwanEAAYAiAAEgIj4PD_BwE
In my many years as a trader, I have seen hundreds of these suits filled (like this one against HMBL) .... and as I stated in an earlier post, they are most always filed by ambulance chaser law firms looking to stir up sh*it, drive price action, and/or get a little cheap publicity. Most (like 99.9 Percent) are absolutely meaningless and go nowhere.... Again, the cost to promote and/or procure clients for these types of suits is minimal.
At the end of the day, I have a substantial position in FORW and want the price to continue northbound... However, I'm not going to lie in an attempt to make that happen.
...So as I've said many timed before, I could be wrong about everything.... But I really don't think so.
"Imminent".... I meant to say Imminent... (lol, I always get that one wrong)
..."Their success (HMBL's, which i think is immanent)"
$FORW$
Oh I understand Class Action...trust me. My wife works for a large firm.... That being said:
Your statement:
"The law firm has to spend money on obtaining clients".
Answer: Actually, No they don't. A potential client/plaintiff contacts a lawyer/firm to review his or her grievance... Then, If the firm decides that the individual has has a valid case they will pursue it by preparing and filing a complaint on their behalf....Then, at the request of the law firm the court will certify the potential claimants. ... If and when that happens, others are free to join the "Class action suit". ...Usually with the original client as the "lead plaintiff"
...And by the way, Class Action Lawsuits are Typically Contingency Fee Cases.
Your statement:
"So there really isn't anything frivolous about the lawsuit".
Answer: Every aspect of the suit is erroneous.... Those unfortunate enough to buy at the top were simply caught up in the FOMO aspect of they play- via a MULTITUDE of online players promoters while losing sight of the realistic time frames necessary to procure the potential and very real developments that will unfold over time. When anticipated developments don't happen in 10 minutes, folks (especially OTC folks) share a likeness to that of rats fleeing a sinking ship. This is extremely unfortunate as I HATE seeing others lose money.
Here is a thought, maybe i can sue George because he didn't tout HUMBL enough.
..you see, I bought in at .0008 and sold out slightly under a penny. A HUGE profit yes, but look at how much I would have made if George would have convinced me to hold until a dollar.
...Therefore, I'm suing George because of his narrative (or lack there of.)...
At the end of the day, I dont believe that my investment FORW is contingent on HMBL's actions anyway. Their success (HMBL's, which i think is immanent) will certainly pad FORW's coffers but it certainly inst a prerequisite. FORW has plenty going besides HMBL.... We shall see that shortly Im betting.
FORW will have a significant position within all thre of the custodianship plays - GOFF - SRNW - GVSI.
As Ive stated before.... I could be wrong, but i really don't think so
Comes natural to him.... just Homie TYRUS "Walkin The Dog" (you like that 70s Band out of Boston vibe Tyrus?)
Considering that the first release of the article was last Friday morning I think we are safe. Either direction, savvy traders will do just fine here (spoken in my most self satisfied tone as I look at myself in the mirror...lol) .. If it rewinds a bit, I will buy more.
Regardless (and in spite of my swing trader/dice roller tendencies), I will hold a substantial core position here long term.
When the dust settles, I believe Sharp gets the last laugh.
Regarding the The frivolous "HUMBL class action lawsuit Lawsuit".
...Most already know this.... but for those that don't, here you go.
These frivolous class action lawsuits are filed by the hundreds annually, usually against Big-Board muti-billion dollar companies. They are most always filed by ambulance chaser law firms looking to stir up sh*it, drive price action, get their name in print and/or get a little fee advertising. Most (like 99.9 Percent) are absolutely meaningless and go nowhere.
Typically being a NASDAQ phenomenon, the fact that a firm actually bothered to toss one of these junker law-suits Humbl's way is a testament to the validity of the company in my opinion (HUMBL that is).
Ha! Of course!

The Gangs all here... always a good sign.

...Mind you, there are processes that need to take place to get the appeal to my stated point that "Nevada Supreme court has to agree to hear the appeal".
Unlike the United states supreme court (where in most cases, the court has discretion in choosing what cases it wants to hear from the get go) Nevada will have to entertain the appeal process by determining if they do in fact have jurisdiction...from there they could/might enter in to a settlement phase...If that doesn't work then it moves forward to be heard/decided upon.
To the best of my understanding, the NSC cant just say "screw this" upon the appeals initial presentation to them.
I feel that I previously misspoke somewhat -ie- did not fully comprehend what my "Paralegal Wife" was telling me.
I'm not saying that other things cant take place in the meantime (custodianship dismissal...FINRA...etc...etc) so for those thinking that I'm attempting to backtrack or be a "doom preacher"...well, please don't.

Nice ... I haven't jumped yet but im thinking about it. ... Fantastic SS on that one for sure..
One thing for sure is that all of the action here has afforded a LOT of opportunity for the purist. Initial entry in June 21, Ive always kept a sizable core (Because I trust Sharp and know what he is capable of) but the pure trader in me has me at batting practice often.
My wife is a NALA Paralegal at a large firm and per her words, the Nevada Supreme court has to agree to hear the appeal in the first place (which is doubtful).
Exactly how long that takes for them to make that decision and/or what effect that has on immediate events that are/were in the works...Who knows (Im betting the issue get resolved sooner than later though).

....are you a good thing all the way down? (rumor on the street...ya know..)
Ha!...Just playing with you my ornery friend.
...and on a serious note, I'm betting this affords other necessary processes to get done quicker (always a plus in impatient OTC land)
From watching Mr Sharp operate over the years, It wouldn't surprise me at all to see an "Oh, by the way" custo-disgarge/FINRA/moving forward follow up shortly. Maybe not, but Ive certainly seen it before.
Ha! All this time, I've not been not what i thought I wasn't...
...Eliot's Rube Goldberg wisdom always setting me straight.
Exactly. Would been a nice bonus but with a 178,250,000 OS intact, I personally don't care too much... ie I agree, no biggie.
HMBL warrants are about to get a whole lot more valuable in my opinion... Again, I could be wrong, but I really don't think so.

One thing for sure is I expect GOFF to see much higher highs this month
..Looking good to me... I bought a couple hundred thousand more shares today. HMBL ticking up - FDA approval near I'm betting... AND, I'm also betting that FORW gets a substantial piece of the action on all three custos moving forward (Ha!... "Forward"... pun intended). Ive been parking sub-dimes for a while now... .03ish PPS is a no brainer. I could be wrong, but I don't think so.

Nice!...I figured as much my friend (you having a sizable postilion that is). I picked up more FORW today as well... George's "Read Headed Stepchild" according to some naysayers out here...
