Calasse Nevada supreme court case referred to the settlement program as of the 31st of May (links below). This is a through the court arbitration of sorts... and attempt at working things out before walking the miles/hearing the case.

Does George settle?....or does he let it play out (Mind you, I do NOT think the court would find in Calasse's favor if it took the longer route). George can still make announcements in the meantime (name directors...etc...etc) and move forward with FINRA but the Calasse matter will have to be resolved before the actual merger can and/or will take place in my opinion (Said opinion derived from speaking with attorneys that I am antiquated with).

This is double edged in my opinion (where time is concerned).... If Mr Sharp decides to swallow a little pride and settle, this will go away much faster than if he sticks to his "previous guns". Regardless of the perceived erroneous nature of the case, it was explained to me that it is still Calasse's legal right to appeal and certain protocols must be followed. I'm betting/hoping that George tosses Calasse a little something to put this to sleep for good.

.....It was also explained to me that unlike the United states supreme court (where in most cases, the court has discretion in choosing what cases it wants to hear from the get go), Nevada SC has a certain protocol that will have to be followed -ie- entertain the appeal process.

If the above link does not bring up the case directly, go here...

....and type in "CALASSE"

This guy walks up to me at the horse track... As I placed my bet he scoffed at my pick. ....Then offered to by my ticket for half price..
