NPWZ Acquisition News
NPWZ moving on News!
IMHO, Carmil's product sort of does both, use existing power to add to and amplify current said power to have an output to be 10x what was input.
Computer simulations of a product working and physically seeing product work are both two very different. Even the UN didn't get to actually see the PSGS work in real life.
Matty~I'm not doubting the product works. Hell, I've spent a lot of time on here defending Carmil and providing viable DD of the contracts that they currently have. I'm just saying, that IMHO, some of the personnel on this board and following this board may in fact need to hear of the product actually being seen working...from a respectable "known" source. Again, I'm NOT doubting the integrity of Carmil's product. I personally believe the product works.
The only thing I can think of when you say "Zero-point energy" is a Zero Point Module (ZPM) off of the show Andromeda (Sci-Fi show)...so No, I have no idea what you are referring to. I'm not sure how (no one is yet) this PSGS works...other than what is stated on the Carmil Energy home page.
I honestly believe that the product is real...or else they wouldn't have 1 contract signed with PREPA for $20M/yr for 20 yrs and working on another JV Contract with eFuels.
I like this statement on the Carmil Energy homepage:
Carmil Energy has designed a revolutionary power production technology which maximizes the available output of wind and solar power production.
Lion ~ JMHO, but I disagree with some of your post. I've been buying in bulk to continue to accumulate at prices I deem to buy. But when I buy, I buy in blocks of 250k shares or more (most of the time).
The way I see it, hypothetically speaking, if the float is 220m...if more of the shares being bought are by the hands of 'Longs', then there won't be "Much" of a sell off (granted there will be some, but not much comparatively speaking). The price will go up as it does, fast or slow...depending on the day and depending on if people get in a rush and dump on the bid instead of selling on ask. (as with any stock).
As for putting another 10k into this one, I've contemplated that same thing myself (not knowing when the R/M PR will be released). There again, my hypothesis still kicks in on that thought, the more shares in Longs hands, the more and more the float gets closer to being locked.
JMHO,
Tank
Probably a little of both.
have any of the longs been buying the last 10 days, or are we getting accumalation from new investors.
Info on reverse merger ("cookie cutter" example of exactly what is going on presently with IHSN & Carmil Energy)
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=62723992
As we all have come to the various conclusions...there are many ingredients in this mix that smell like a Reverse Merger between (IHSN) Innovative Health Sciences and Carmil Energy.
http://www.gopublic.com/requirements-to-close-public-shell-reverse-merger.html
Quote:Business plan of merger partner. Sufficient information to complete and file the required 8-K with the SEC.
Management information, including completion of the "Officer and Director Questionnaire," for all Officers and Directors designated by the private company merger partner.
Agreement on structure and terms of merger.
Letter of intent with escrow payment made to public company or its principal shareholders. (This must happen for the public company to cease negotiations with other merger prospects.) <= This decision was to be made IRT HM3 on or before 30Apr11
Audited Financial Statement, conformed to US, GAAP for the private merger partner. The audit statements of the private company have to be consolidated with the public company's financial statements.
Agreed merger fee in escrow with the securities attorney representing the merger partner.
Consent from the majority, preferably 100%, of existing shareholders of the private company to merge or exchange their shares for shares of the public company.
Agreement for the Officers and Directors of the public shell to be replaced with the Officers and directors designated by the private company merger partner. <= This has already been done and proof is listed on the leadership tab on the IHSN website. http://www.ihs-development.com/?page_id=42
List of all shareholders in the private company that will make the share exchange.
Number of shares to be outstanding “post merger”, and a complete breakdown of share ownership post merger. Note: It is often necessary for the public shell to do a reverse split and/or cancel shares owned by the affiliates of the public share prior to completing the merger. <= This has already begun.
Agreement on state the company will be domiciled in post merger. <= I'm figuring this is a no brainer...Florida.
Satisfaction of warranties and representations between public shell and merger partner.
Designation of securities attorneys and SEC qualified auditors that will represent the private merger partner.
Preparation of the share exchange agreement, stock purchase agreement, definitive merger agreement, and all other documents necessary to complete the merger.
Final preparation of the 8K that is required to be filed with the SEC within 4 days of closing the merger. The 8-K must disclose the same type of information that it would be required to provide in registering a class of securities under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
(See Sec Final Rule 33-8587, pdf file)
This entire process could take as little as 2wks or up to 90 days. So I must influence everyone here on our board to stay vigilant and maintain patience.
GLTA!!!
NNAN thin and moving
I sort of fell off my rocker yesterday and was tired and lashed out a bit.
Lionpride49, I would like to start off by Welcoming you to our board and agreeing with a good bit of what you posted.
As far as the direction goes for the CrossToner, at this point in time...I could honestly care less. Granted, that product could be a huge seller...if it ever makes it into the hands of the purchasers. With that being said, it's a question of how much Chris Winter gains from the participation rights of the 3 said products and if/when the product will ever be released to the market. I doubt we will ever find out what the participation rights entail. I also doubt that these IHSN-HM3 products are on any front burners in Mr. Winter's mind right at the moment (or anytime in the near future for that matter). At one time, I used to believe the CrossToner was the direction CW wanted to go, but now that I have read up on Carmil...I have changed my train of thought.
After review of the possibilities of Carmil Energy, I'm inclined to think that Carmil Energy just wants IHSN for the shell to allow Michael Mills the ability to take his company public so he can begin profiting from his product (PSGS). Depending on how lucrative this "Agreement" was between IHSN & Carmil Energy...Chris Winter may be able to right off his losses on all the dealings with HM3 completely. That way...if those said 3 products do ever start producing revenues, then great, if not...then oh well, lessons learned (always go with the big dog, not the lil dog).
I'm also inclined to agree with your thoughts of larger companies eye balling this PSGS (provided it rings true to production claims) in hopes to acquire Carmil to they can take it said product to much higher levels. But I'm also inclined to think that bigger companies like GE, PG&E, ect., would be more thoughtful to buy out Carmil so they can tuck it away in the basement somewhere. In doing this, they could continue to quantify charging higher prices for electricity so they could continue to claim "They just can't keep up with the electricity requirements". It could go either way in that aspect.
Provided that Carmil Energy's unpublished patent technology can do what it claims to do, it could revolutionize the worlds power production as we know it. I believe you could be close with your estimates of the pps IF all the stars align and the product kicks off with a huge bang. For the 20MW Power Purchase agreement with PREPA, that is a $20M a yr contract for 20 yrs. Not to mention the Joint Venture agreement being negotiated with eFuels (of which the $ amount has not been published just yet). These two contracts alone wouldn't be done up and agreed to (or in the process of agreement), if these companies (PREPA & eFuels) didn't believe that the said unpublished patented PSGS system worked.
I am, however, very curious to see the new SS in the financial report that should be released once the R/M is announced. The current SS shows a 220m float. With the accumulation of the shares from this board and many other like minded investors...IMHO, the float should be locked or pretty close to it. If with the new SS, the float is even less...I would be inclined to think that at that point, the float would definitely be locked. A locked float and a hugely publicized R/M...the SP could very easily soar upwards (like GWAY did in February)...IMHO.
The CrossToner and such will NOT drive the stock, this new device will, but more information is needed to find the potential
Its a sitting time bomb, it has to be.
........
so in ur honest opinion u think that ihsn and carmil are going to merge?
I remember kicking my self in the 4th point of contact for not buying that one (GWAY) ...but once it went from $0.02 past $0.50c...I never thought it would continue to move upwards.... Then it went past $1...then $2...then went to $2.50, fell back to $1.25, bounced back to $2.50 and kept going on upwards to top out at $5.35. I was so damn mad at myself for not getting into that one.
Now with Hind Sight being 20/20...seeing that anything is possible...I have pulled all my sell orders, until I can see for myself where this R/M will move to. Some R/M's move so fast, getting out short can allow for some head against the wall banging going on...especially since it could move up very nicely with some big money coming in. I plan to sell 1/2 of my position on the way up and hold the other 1/2 for a longer stent to allow me time to gauge where the pivot point should be.
As we all know...no 2 R/M's are the same. Each move in their own ways. But typically speaking...R/M's are very lucrative fast movers.
All of this is JMHO.
GLTA and Go Carmil!
'Rabbit', another one that happened last year (sept time frame) was MGQG. I don't know how it appears to be that complicated to find R/M's that moved very nicely. Google is my best friend...through that tool, I can find just about anything. Take some time, do the DD required to make sound decisions and you will feel MUCH better about your decisions. Like others have said on here previously today...choices made due to ones own DD are better than choices made due to someone else's opinion on a stock board.
GLTY
Fix, you are exactly right!
Here was one that went from $0.02c to $5.35 in like 2 days. I remember watching it keep going and going and going. And this one happened not too long ago. http://pennystockgurus.blogspot.com/2011/02/gway-soaring-23000-on-reverse-merger.html
IHSN R/M with Carmil Energy word getting out. Nice buys coming in, volume picking up and things shaping up nicely now!
IHSN R/M with Carmil Energy word getting out...volume picking up nicely!!!
IHSN ~ Carmil Energy R/M getting nice volume for no release of financials yet!!!
All is well and each to their own. The potential is much higher with Carmil Energy's product (provided it works as advertised) for the company to eventually uplist to the NASDAQ/NYSE level (once all criteria is met)
These companies didn't start off at less than a penny, but they did start off at less than .50c/sh...and now companies like Google are +$600/sh, MSFT has split so many times its crazy and it's like $24/sh and Dell is around $20/sh and Apple is +$200/sh. So tell me...a profitable company with good technology...what would their SP be? No one knows...it all depends on the market, company, ect.
Where did Google or MSFT or Dell or Apple or Amazon start off at?
Where did Google or MSFT or Dell or Apple or Amazon start off at?
Do you seriously believe that $1/sh is not feasible? R/M's can be (and have been know to be) VERY Lucrative...hence why some traders only search for R/M or divy plays...and that is all the trades they make. (I know a few that do only those types of plays).
Rich said it best...it could move to .05 or it could move +$1. And long term...as MTT put it, even $100/sh could be possible in due time....Anything is very possible.
GLTA
Alls I'm saying is do some DD and you will find it. IMHO, IHSN~Carmil R/M could potentially have similar outcome...only time will tell.
Rabbit, do your DD on all OTC reverse mergers and you will find it. During your research, look from Jan to Apr and you will see which one I'm referencing.
That's very possible. Anything is quite possible. I heard a R/M a few months back that ran from .02c to .83c in 7 business days. So like I said, anything is possible.
Chris Winter didn't "Let us in on the R/M"...it was all the DD done by this board, and IMHO, the one pr stating the "Agreement" with Carmil Energy ... started off the serious research into everything with the change of the IHSN webpage, ect.
Great Work RetireB455.
are ya bustin on me again? ;) I gave my word not to do that again.
Nah man, I got my fill so far.
How about all that buying? And all that bid support!!!
I would like to consider what the price range could be with this technology...but I've never been on the ground floor of something like this before it took off. I understand that the sky could be the limits...if it gets off the ground. It's all a matter of time and patience.
I respect opinions of the many board members here. I just hope that the writing on the wall is clear enough to be read by all! This IHSN~Carmil R/M will be huge and the pps will appreciate as this all occurs.
AIMHO GLTA
I'll not wager tomorrow, but I am willing to wager sometime in the next 2 wks we should get a very nice PR.
Don't know what your talking about ;)
IHSN~Carmil Energy R/M expected for sometime this week!!!
Nice catch, I didn't even see that.
