Granted patents essentially hand the creators and manufacturers of a protected work a monopoly over that work for a set period of time. Published patent applications for inventions do not give these rights to the creators of works, but simply say that the works might be protected in the future.

To Whom It May Concern,
The Company I run, Therapeutic Solutions International, Inc. (TSOI) has relied upon the availability of convertible debentures with the utilization of rule 144 as a means of financing the operations of TSOI. Had this not been available I would not have been able to advance the Company otherwise and most likely would not have been able to stay fully reporting. The loss of such instruments would be devastating to smaller companies like TSOI who cannot attract the big investment bankers the big boards keep in their pockets like loose change. Please consider carefully the impact this will have upon innovation and new technologies coming to market to benefit all of humanity.
Sincerely yours,
Timothy G Dixon, President & CEO

All shareholders have to do is call their brokerage themselves & simply ask how are dividends handled/issued…to show continued dispersing of lies & or Dixon’s continued incompetence.
The below is just mo’ BS as each brokerage house gives out your IRS/Tax papers to all persons & ALL related federal agencies. Fact
Because SEC wants to see identities of shareholders who have opted for dividends in CNSI as part of the govt corporate compliance and should be reported to IRS as we got the shares in CNSI (tax free) as dividend

SEC verifiable information...regarding Dividends, Spinoffs & Subs
Publicly traded companies listed on a stock exchange need transfer agents to maintain records of shareholder accounts, calculate and distribute dividends, and keep investors up to date with what's going on.
A subsidiary (sub) is a business entity or corporation that is fully owned or partially controlled by another company, termed as the parent, or holding, company. Ownership is determined by the percentage of shares held by the parent company, and that ownership stake must be at least 51%.
A spinoff is an independent company created when a parent company issues shares in an existing business or division to parent company shareholders. A parent company may form a spinoff when it projects that a new, independent entity will be worth more than it was as part of the company.
When you hold securities in street name through a broker-dealer, your broker-dealer will send you, at least quarterly, an account statement that lists all your securities held by the broker-dealer. Your broker-dealer will also credit your account with any associated dividend and interest payments and will provide you with consolidated tax information. Your broker-dealer will also ensure you are sent issuer communications, such as annual reports (except in certain circumstances where the issuer might send the annual report directly to you) and proxy materials related to stockholder meetings.
What are the duties of a transfer agent?
Transfer agents record changes of ownership, maintain the issuer's security holder records, cancel and issue certificates, and distribute dividends.
In a pure spin-off, a company distributes 100% of its ownership interest in a unit as a stock dividend to existing shareholders. It's a tax-free method of divestiture that usually helps both the parent and unit achieve better results as separate and more highly-valued entities
How does a spinoff dividend work?
In a spin-off, the parent company (ParentCo) distributes to its existing shareholders new shares in a subsidiary, thereby creating a separate legal entity with its own management team and board of directors. Aug 9, 2023
Dividends typically are credited to a brokerage account or paid in the form of a dividend check. The dividend check is mailed to stockholders but can be direct-deposited to a shareholder's account of choice, if preferred. The alternative to cash dividends is additional shares of stock.

$TSOI update: I had a chance look at Tim’s earlier filing and it does indeed have that library style stamp. I haven’t seen that used in 20 years? Maybe they use it when an unrepresented person files a document because they might not have a Pacer account(?)?
What is interesting is the header on the earlier filing. That is the electronically affixed header. The Court e-file system affixes that…not the filer. It shows the case #, the document ID #, the page # and the date filed. Remember: every doc filed on a case gets a document ID whether public or not. The ID#’s are sequential. All numbers are visible.
Below is Tim’s original brief. Note that the date stamp at the bottom matches the electronically affixed header. The document was filed, the document id was assigned, and it appears on the docket report. All the same date. Compare that with this purported supplemental brief. No header with filing date. No ID #. Not on docket report.

$TSOI to clarify:
1. Every document filed on a case shows up on the Pacer account. While some documents are marked suppressed or sealed- that only means thhat the general public can’t open them…but they would still show up on the list.
2. There is no button or checkbox. If it is filed, it is on the Pacer docket. Pacer is the federal courts docket system.
3. Filed documents show up instantaneously.
4. I haven’t seen a federal court use a library-style date stamp in over 20 years.
5. Whether it is a new brief, a supplemental brief, an amended brief, a reply brief…each new filing gets a new docket number.
If the filing doesn’t appear on this screen, simply put, it isn’t filed. The supposed Dixon brief stamped 11/30/23…there is no chance at all that it would still not appear on the docket two weeks later.

$TS I did you know that Federal Dockets are electronic. The number every officially filed and accepted document. Even if a document is rejected or submitted by mistake, it goes to the electronic file and shows up as a number entry in the docket.
So weird that this 11/30 supplemental brief Tim filed isn’t there. Isn’t that weird?
The most common way to find information about a case is to review the case’s docket -- a list of all of the filings and rulings in that case, arranged in chronological order. The docket also includes links to electronic images of most filings submitted to the court after November 13, 2017.
The short interest data is just a snapshot that reflects short positions held by brokerage firms at a specific moment in time on two discrete days each month.
