That is true...but if you are buying though an online broker and don't hold certifiates...they may not have your direct information only the associated broker whome then disiminates the intel to the shareholders.. I am not sure but that might be their response..

2) there has not been a ex-date announced.
3) until those two issues have been settled, any and all shares are in play.

It will be OK, We have two year old twins with Austisum. Depending on the age lots of programs and support out there. We have them in theropy once a week... Patience and prayers....It can be tought sometimes when you can't figure out what they want or need but they will be fine.
