I have seen r/s from management on certain stocks, saying it's something else(dividend, etc) that doesn't need approval. AND, I have seen multiple splits in the sam year. There are many ways to split a stock without FINRA or SEC or anyone elses involved except management. AND, usually it's something they approved months ago, but you recieve the news a day befor the split.

All this speculation is rediculous at best
The only thing that matters is price increasing, and as painfully slow as it is in that department in actuality, the price is increasing slightly on a weekly basis. Thats about the only positive I have for now or I would have dumped this days ago. So i won' t bash for now, just wish it would increase in price much faster than it's been doing lately. I said yesterday that the chart is giving me mixed readings, so being positive is difficult, but the weekly chart is keeping me steady as well.......... GLTA

ok, ok, I got it.... let me clarify why I said what I said. I look at charts alot, and yet even though it was an UP day, it wasn't a strong up day. It went up, yes, but not a very strong convincing day for me. So my charting shows weakness to me, and not that I am hoping it does go down, I just wished it would just go up with the volume it had last week so I could sleep better.

You may have a long wait buckeye. There is no such fact if any merger at all, nothing more than hype and speculation. The price increasing proves whats going on, and thus far there hasbeen no real increase and or volume. Yet barz is doing real well, that one might be the winner here. If this thing wpuld go up another point or two,
I would drop this like a hot potato.

Please do not tell me we are headed to 1 x 2 in the next day or so....

that part I got, yet plenty of times I bought at 5 when it was 4 x 5, looked at trades later on in the day, and my buy at 5 was lsted as a sell, it's only accurate 50% of the time to me..

me thinks this hit 7 twice last week and this will be a wall this week, I expect it to come back down for those who want a good buying opp...................JMHO

newsflash,........do you know how many times I purchased a security and it showed up as a sell?? I never understand how my buy is a sell or my sell is a buy. This "trades" category doesn't mean diddly to me anymore.. FYI, I own few mill and believe in this stock, just not in trades information

thanks dude man, was working like a dog yesterday, from 7 am till midnight, I am beat........but on the good side, Hurricanes and Dolphins won, CYNX seems to be behaving, so all is good. Just wish we had a bit more volume today than $550.00 worth. BUT, it's a start, keeping my fingers crossed as usual. Thanks again for the b'day wishes though,.....ciao for now.......

I was hearing that when it was .007 x .0091, yet all it did was head down, down, down.........I am glad I got out with a small loss back when, not sure this has started heading up yet, so me thinks it's going to wipe out te friday gains on Monday. I will check back in a week or two and go from there..........
