A very interestin doc is the Medgen 8k. I believe it was in 2008. It stated that they made almost 100% of their revenue consulting for other companies. Think of that when you see posters askin about NIR forcing companies to hire consultants. Medgen was outta Boca Raton. So was envision Capital. Dworkin testified about the brokers. Envision was also outta the Boca area. I'd advise anyone that is investigatin NIR to look at that group real close. Those guys are key players. What I was sayin is that Humphries has decided he needed to talk to authorities as was made available to him im his plea agreement. It's called a Co-operation clause and means that if you decide to cooperate with us and answer questions we have we'll likely recommed a lighter sentence than if you don't cooperate. They have reported that Humphries has agreed to cooperate, so they asked for a delay in sentencing to meet with him. They'll act positvely or not dependin on what he provides. If he's on the run as some have suggested he'll get locked away for a long long time. Save if he lies or plays games. This is the ultimate "come to Jesus" meeting for Humphries.

They put out bait in the form of a cooperation clause in his plea agreement. He pled guilty and was to be sentenced. Last week he asked decided to act on the cooperation offer. He doesn't have long. He's on their schedule now. I'm sure they told him to make himself scares and not to talk to any of the others of interest. NIR, HLNT etc. Now if he plays games with the Feds or talks to others he'll get the book thrown at him. There's a lotta posters blowin smoke right now while they worry about Humphries. They can post or think whatever they want. We could care less.

opinions are what Ihub is made of. Yours, mine and a million others. My opinion on Humphries has a lot ta do with his long association with Mel Robinson. As Systems Evolution board members, sub company relationships and the turning over of thr company to Robinson alone by Humphries in his last resolution after the FBI sting. as far as NIR and Humphries workin together I say go get em. I expect Humphries to be talkin non stop to the Feds about NIR and Robinson and his Arkansas group.

It's also important to note that Systems Evolution changed it's name to Highline Technical Innovations Inc. last Spring. After Humphries got caught caught in the FBI sting the company name was changed to Highline. Highline is the name of a sub company brought in under Systems Evolution in 2009 by Mel Robinson, Humphries partner, fellow board member and finally the sole director (Robinson)of Systems Evolution now HLNT appointed by Humphries upon his resignation.

All of the HLNT/systems Evolution info is NIR related. They are in a major lawsuit with one another and the past CEO is about to be interviewed by the FBI about NIR per a Cooperation Clause in his plea of guilty. All of this stuff revolves around those associated with HLNT/Systems Evolution and NIR.

Masny posters seem to be very upset that this info and case is gettin a lot of attention. SO WHAT? That's what this board is for. The ECMH talk is totally off topic here and only has come up because of my interest in that technology. I've gotten many messages along the "you lay off us, we'll lay off you" lines. The request for time in the NIR v Systems Evolution HLNT case is predictable and expected. David Walters' company STI Group owned Systems Evolution. Do some DD a on Walters and you'll see him as CEO/Board Member of numerous public companies. He was also a broker. Humphries became the CEO of Systems Evolution per David Walters. Mel Robinson was humphries partner but needed to be a background string puller because of his past convictions. Much is coming out about this group on this board because of the NIR connection and lawsuit in NY. NIR could not be NIR without guys like Walters. This whole group lives for creatin and issuin shares.

Systems Evolution which is now HLNT needs time because of the info that has come to light as of late. Who better to ask to help out then Humphries and Walters? HLNT needs to talk with Humphries before the feds do and that will be very soon. I doubt the feds will work with Walters but Humphries is key. Everyone is worried about Humphries. Humphries is worried about his length of sentence. What humphries has to say will have a huge impact on the NIR v Systems Evolution case. They need to find out what he does spill before they can think through that mess of a case. Very bad decision makin at HLNT with that Counterclaim. He's now gonna be spillin all to the FBI to save his ass. So is the other partner Buckeye Epstein. Several stings have been set up around Robinson deals. Ever since robinson went to prison he sets up others who's signature ends up on interestin docs. Humphries and Epstein are learnin that right now. I suspect the present HLNT CEO Charlton Coats who Robinson put in place is not sleeping too well these days thinkin about the docs his name appears on. Got a feelin he's gonna get a visit soon.

Make sense of this info please.

HLNT who's in a legal dispute with NIR claims to own companies named Hoss Motor Sport Inc (HMSI)and Highline Hydrogen Hybrid Inc (HHHI) and now a lotta money seems to be owed to or claimed to be owed to Ex HLNT director Charles Foster per the purchase of HMSI And HHHI. Just lookin at public docs and HLNT past PR's I found this rabbit hole.

1. May 2009 In a company PR CEO Steven Humphries reported that he had assigned his interest in HMSI and HHHI to HLNT.

2. May 20, 2009 In a company filing with the Arkansas Sec of State it was reported that HMSI had one officer Charles Foster who was also the Reg Agent for the company. That claim is the last filed but now shows HMSI as inactive as of about two weeks ago.

3.. May 29, 2009 In court documents filed in Arkansas per a dispute concerning the sale of HSMI to another company (China something?) a document was filed showing a Brad Foster had transfered/assigned ownership of all HMSI assets and equity ownership to Mark Silva who is a present director of HLNT

4. Dec 31, 2009 In company filings for HHHI with the Arkansas Sec of State filed on 7-28-08 it lists officers Mel Robinson, Charles Foster and Brad Foster and shows the company as being revoked as of Dec 31, 2009.

Who is the real owners of these companies if they actually do still exist, which available docs show they don't. How could Steven Humphries transfer ownership of his equity in these companies if Mark Silva is the owner of record of HMSI. If Humphries actually did have an equity position in HHHI as far back as May, 2009 and installed Robinson and the Fosters as directors why was the corporate status revoked several months later and Systems Evolutions now HLNT name never appeared in any required corp. filing? Better yet why is HLNT now claiming in the recent NIR Counterclaim that Charles Foster is due some 2.8 million dollars as part of the purchse of these companies by HLNT? It appears Foster had no equity position to sell and it's questionable if these companies even exist. Was there any 3rd party evaluations or audit of these transaction and the asset ownership transferred? Can or will HLNT show proof of ownership and existence of these sub companies? HLNT does not file 8k information statements. Recent posts by defenders of HLNT say they are not interested in opinion but only facts. I'd think they'd stop posting their opinion on these companies until the facts above are shown to be incorrect. My opinion is that this whole company situation fits a pattern. A pattern of past transactions like these involving HLNT CFO Mel Robinson. A convicted fraud felon who is the HLNT CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER and appointed all present company directors.
