Systems Evolution now HLNT are in a lawsuit with NIR. There are claims that NIR is a fraud company and the HLNT is the same. I just profiled the players from the HLNT side. Earlier I posted some past fraud new about HLNT's Mel Robinson.

If ECMH enters a suit with NIR I'll post here about them too. They haven't and none of their directors have been involved in any fraud, are felons or did prison time so they don't really belong here as a topic. Those filing Claims against NIR do. Like HLNT.
