Now that is a FACT!
LOL
One of the key things to remember about this play in WMI is that JPM exercises lots of influence, legal or not, on this share price. Knight/ NITE, the MMs, and the tenacles or connections with owners of JPM point to manipulation. And there is complicity among other regulators due to old habits and general pecking order among business entities.
There is large institutional investment here and many signs are pointing to good things to come.
But, yeah, it's a pain to watch these prices languish here.
Whooooot Whoooot This is the best ride I've been on EVER!
Thanks Jackson and Contractor !!!
The BZCN 52 week high shows true potential here, imho.
No doubt BZCN is where the action is today. I'm going out in a little while. I think I'll let this position be for at least a couple days.
I see what you are saying. The LII info isn't enough data for me anymore. I want Level III now!
Now that I'm up 15% ! Thanks.
I got in at .0036 first thing today.
What he said! !
The sun is streaming into my window at 5 am here in Seattle. I'm already bored by the time the market opens at 6:30 am here!
This is a great training ground stock for my 16 yr old son. Thanks to Mr. Bigz's video chart. Very nice work there!
Are you serious?
It's all relative!
Where have I been? lol
I got a notice for di4 ihub username by email and then I saw jackson here. We chatted and I'm lined up to get on board first thing in the morning.
Loooooking good here.
Someone at JPM is most likely monitoring all emails to that email domain name; wamu.net.
I say this because I have read attorney bills covering domain name transfer of ownership issues. JPM seems to have gotten access.
Wha's upppp !!! lol
Volume isn't that much better today so yep.
I have to go out. Later.
The ihub site is acting up. I'm using Firefox.
Grey's Anatomy of a Banking Seizure
This board has the community wisdom to create a great book on WAMU gate or whatever we call it.
I agree, for what it's worth.
The sheer volume of his opinions eventually conflicts!
And, yeah, he is heavily invested in JPM.
The JPM PR machine could do him some damage if he did them some damage.
This is clearly the opportunity that Cramer was talking about tonight on his show.
http://www.investmentweek.co.uk/public/showPage.html?page=854104 Thanks MrPenny for finding that.
And, Cramer didn't have to mention WAMU when talking about this BUT he did.
Go figure. I already drew my conclusion that he intends to say that "I told you so." when WAMU breaks out.
But that's just me.
Bottom line on that is his viewers, probably in the 10s of thousands if not 100s of thousands, heard him say WAMU at least 3 times in relationship to an opportunity. That's what I heard.
He was pointing at JPM but anyone and everyone is going to see that WAMUQ, K and P are now intricately linked with JPM, at least for the next month or so.
That's what I'm thinking on this topic.
See, that's some good sh&8t by the team here!
Look it that ! Look at that!
Cultural degradation in the NW = that does not bode well for humanity.
I'm down with that!
Cool. Let's get 'er done!
Wrong question! May you write a chapter? That's the question I'm looking for. There is no book.
Let's look at this again in July. It wouldn't be too hard for me to set this up and manage while people compile their part of the "folk history" of the largest BK in U.S. banking history, or whatever we decide to call it.
We'd probably open it up for volunteers, require some written submittal for review and then decide who is in as a co-author and then assign sections based on some collaboration and consensus on an outline or table of contents.
Nothing too complex to get started, really.
Yep. Yep and yep. and thanks.
lmao on the floor.
really.
It pays to have made some mistakes in the past. Doesn't it?
I think some "insiders" think that JPM is not settling and that the only way WMI is going to get anything is by suing FDIC successfully. In the meantime, a few rulings by Judge Walrath is all we can expect.
But there are holes in that theory, serious holes.
Let's discuss.
They are not talking about that!
It doesn't help. LOL
But it's there.

Like guaranteed returns.
Give us money now! And will definitely give you more than that later.
One of the chapters could cover the stock holders solidarity and publicity efforts through Youtube and the like.
Guerilla "stock marketing"; coined by me for the book!
LOL
I fully agree. I can set it up so that all contibutors contribute at their leisure or convenience and I can even assign chapters or sections for co authors.
We'll see. Let's touch on this again in July.
Yeah, Cramer likes and owns JPM. Fact is JPM is the most favored bank and therefore most financially reliable.
The flip side is that they are reek with greed and obtuse arrogance. What are you going to do?
Ans: bank somewhere else if you want.
Cramer didn't have to mention WAMU tonight. He chose to.
Take it from there.
It's all in the way I heard him.
Look, he knows he could get in big trouble if he said the wrong thing and he is, among other things, a word smith.
What he did was mention WAMU about 3 or 4 times while talking about JPM and Lehman.
He outlined the past and current problems in his colorful way and then concluded with, "it's an opportuntiy". Now, it's easy to see that he is saying it's an opportunity with JPM, but he was also saying it's an opportunity with WAMU too.
Why? Because he thinks, as do I, that WMI stocks are going to see better days as the clean up continues.
I have a plan to leverage the money I will have into much more but alas, one needs big to make big in stocks, even with this one.
It was the way he mentioned JPM and WAMU in the same sentences about 3 times. He clearly tied them together and then ended the rant with "it's an opportunity".
I can write a book, but frankly, I don't have enough shares to retire on and start writing.
I have helped with 2 books and am in the credits.
I can set up a outline and a collaborative file sharing environment for contributors. We might be able to get enough together to hire an editor with an inside track at some publishing company. I wouldn't doubt there is a market for at least 3 books on this "seizure and sale".
The black hole was the bad loans and derivatives being created with those loans. The closing of those outfits ended the big sucking sound. The collapse of the black holes has stablized the local universe!
Now it's time to do some "clean up" as Bair said the other day.
JPM can't have 300 B worth of assets, cherry picked on top of it, for only 2 B.
The cleaning up is to settle the law suits and end the BK of WMI.
That's where the price of these shares goes up. For the newbies here!
I agree with your assessment. That idea has been floated here several times. We may never have proof that WAMU was sacrificed for JPM but when the settlement comes through that will be "proof" enough that the powers that be saw a just and reasonable outcome in the long run.
This news about JPM, may be connected with the settlement coming up:

Jim Cramer definitely made a correlation with it on his show today without specifying exactly why.
They really are. If anyone reading this post is wondering if it is time to get into WAMUQ, WAMPQ, WAMKQ... I would say... do your DD quickly and then decide if you have the money to risk.
This risk is particularly good in the K and P issues and reasonably good, definitely above the average risk, in the Us.
Yep, I recommend now is the time.
I can't quote him and he talks fast and he thinks big so he paints things with broad strokes.
What I heard him say is that JPM just raised a bunch of money and that JPM, the most accountable bank bought the most unaccountable bank and they raised raised a bunch of money. He was talking about some "black holes", he called them, which needed to be filled so that the economy would get better.
He summed up that rant with, "now it's an opportunity" and moved one.
Watch the rerun later. They run his show three times every night.
