1. Jake is sincere and upfront , honest in his statements. I also
believe that they / he were not either experienced in some movements
and similar to the statement of getting back, is realizing that some
items need to be done before others . Such is the world of SEC and
filings, transition , primarily going from Canada to US Based.

2. Next the item that Doug MacDonald brought up , is that Canadian
issue which he went into depth on , and did say worse case scenario
was going to take a year from when Jake took over.

3. Greenlink is following a political motive and format also which
Jake brought up in the email, is consistent to the Twitter Post and
will give Jake the respect here since he was a front runner getting
regulations approved over a decade ago. His wife is a paralegal or
was in the past and I am sure they have proper representation and
advice .
The other side is one would have to take the KNOWLEDGE of the Business that Jake has , and put some real thought to the statements of the "Competitors" and what they are doing . I have read supporting
statements that there will be an oversupply , quality issues and would not be surprised if there was a fall out with a portion of the "CBD Stars" or other wanna be's on the many "SHELLS" that have come out saying they are getting into the or some format of the CBD Market.

4. We have gone through the DD over and over, all solid there , including
the Tax Credit benefit that is quite substantial and beneficial.

5. Next it is a PLAN .. as Jake said some may get lost on the way there , but there is a "THERE-THERE" .

6. Readjust my projection then to latest Third Quarter with updates
on the way . I am in for the long haul , have seen it this far and
each day passing is closer to the goal that I surmised some time ago .

I hear you loud and clear! It drives me crazy to put information out and have the results delayed. All I can say is I’ve put my brands, assets and 10 years of hard work on the line here. I know being on the OTC Pinks comes with a stigma and we are fighting to get past that, I am the first to agree that a lack of follow through will only feed that stigma. In this particular situation our group has been working INCREDIBLY hard to knock out the administrative needs and close open transactions. We may have some folks we lose along the way due to impatience, but the folks like you and most of our shareholder base are in this for the long haul and I’m confident there will come a day when we are all sharing stories over a cocktail about how frustrating the first year transition was, but rest assured we’ll all be arguing over who gets to pay the tab!
You (and the rest of the folks on the boards) have proven to be very market savvy and I think it would be offensive for me to explain the value of doing this right and setting the stage for massive growth. I take 10-20 meetings per week and everyone has an opinion on what we should be doing in the market, but what I’m most concerned about currently is finalizing the foundation in Washington as a proof of concept. We are focused on maximizing our ability to build brand awareness across the U.S. and Canada while our competition is locked into a foolish competition to see who can build the largest (most expensive) indoor production facilities in the world to grow a product that is going to be a commodity in 2 years.
Michael, you’ve found the right company and team to invest in, we appreciate your feedback (sincerely, you are obviously committed to seeing GreenLink succeed) we just need strong supporters like you to keep supporting while we set the stage. Not a single day passes without us making huge strides, and I will get that next video out shortly (truth be told it’s done, but I discuss a couple of projects that are still in negotiations and until we execute and file an 8K I don’t feel comfortable releasing it… a video production mistake I won’t make again!)
