China is hot surely and China will be the new world super power too in time- watch it happen.
Also remember outside the USA, Asia and Mexico and India, etc DO NOT have any labor protections for workers as we have had in USA nor is there any standards of safety as we have in USA; so sure, GM and others who go overseas will make even greater bottom line profits because of that alone (they can operate much less expensively there), while their executives gain even more wealth in the process.
It's the old unions stupid....
GM and possibly Ford are all walking a thin line today IMO, and regardless what has been pumped in media the last year about both having best earnings for many years, etc; they have costly union stuctures and the foreign auto makers entrenched in USA today do not and operate more streamlined and profitable with little debt. ALL of these foreign companies now have new state-of-art plants built in Alabama too.
News this morning on cnbc even about AMTEX corp (subs. of Japan auto supplier mfger)is finishing building a new plant in Alabama to serve Toyota plant mainly there and also will be within 80 miles of providing its products to Honda and Mercedes plants there too, just shows how foreign companies are doing well here in USA and the old US auto mfgr standards will be their own demise simply because of the hierarchy union structure and massive required debtload they must carry to survive.
Wash rules are the period 30 days prior the loss sale and 31 days after, meaning 61 days total have to transpire.
This stock cannot stay above 5.00 and is shorted everytime.
There is no more global investor trust in the CEO or stock from so much manipulation and ATM's.
There still exists what, about 500 million shares Economou can still dillute to the market which seems to be his scheme everytime this reaches a new resistance level and lures in new retail buyers.
Just look at PR and analysts from Nov 2009 to Spring 2010 last year and see what was going on then and promises their COO made and where the stock was. It took many investors by surprise and the stock today is not even near that price then.
It better beat or be as optimistic as they stated it would be last Q....
They have implemented many positives and the private placement deal was very good as well to raise additional cash and those new shares locked by collateral holder until PPS reaches $13.00+ on the market...
Well Tracey, I suspected you are playing two sides all along then. Today, only 5000 share volume and it drops 1/2 cent from .015 where it moved up to again after many, many days of hundreds of thousands of shares volume from the last .0101 mark??
As far as your comment on available stock, YOU better check how much stock they have available too as it is a large amount, not a small amount as you state, for such a company to want to gain notice. There is more than enough outstanding shares for any investor to purchase, however, outside of a few penny flippers it seems to atrtact, there needs to be more attention to its organization and products and serious media, or else it will never go anywhere.
Come on! There has not even been any sensible movement on this for anyone to sell. It makes no sense and there is no way your brokerage commission would be less than any possible gains.
YOU are what we call a penny flipper then if you sold recently, because this stock has hardly moved one cent total and if you think that is investing into a corporation and you have to sell on a 1/2cent to 1 cent total move, you need to move on in my opinion. Your caring talk about RBRM proves you are another penny flipper trying to bait emotion on those invested shareholders to move a stock some so you can trade in and out to make quick money- however on this stock, there is no way you are doing anything worth your time or energy if you are doing so on 1/2 cent moves driving it back to a penny everytime it moves up 1/2 cent; instead of supporting and buying the stock long term like serious investors do.
YOU talk of the best things about this company yet state you sold the stock on a move of less than 1 cent total??? That is desperate and you are not an investor in my book to do such a thing.
All I know is there are so many days of a few hundred thousand shares and the price sits put- then like today, only 5000 shares and it falls .05?? I have contacted SEC and PinkSheets about this as it is going on for nearly 3 years now regardless how wonderful their products are, who in their right mind would sell everytime a stock hardly moves 1 penny! Hundreds of thousands of shares for many, many days and weeks and it moves up 1/2 cent total or so.... But on a day with 5,000 shares it falls 1/2 cent?
bid .0101 / ask .015
This is the same thing for 2 years now and does it not seem weird to anyone why it never goes higher? I'd have to look way back to see it this even touched 2 cents in recent history as everytime it hits .015 and sits a couple days it goes back below 1 cent.
Dr. Phillips naked shortselling comments:
As I posted to his letter last week, we need to see real audited financial statements for once and some real significant media behind them to get investor interest back. But with 196.7M shares outstanding of stock, they really need to do a buyback like UPS announced today, and that alone will bolster shareprice intially and exponentially.
NOBODY is naked shortselling this stock at a couple cents price as this stock cannot even get to 3 cents. Just way too many shares out there for one thing and not enough consistent heavy volume interest yet.
I am still amazed however, at the volumes noted for many, many weeks now and the PPS goes nowhere. Or some days the volume shows so small, nobody in their right mind could possibly be buying or even selling as the commissions would cost more than any possible gains. So is it a Market maker out there trying to stimuate notice to this stock? 1.5 cents seems to be all it can do and back down to .0009 and back up to 1.5 cents time & again... Yet I see bid/ask of .0008/.03 many times. One evening the ask showed .25 !
With all due respect Dr. Phillips, the proof is in the pudding....
I do not believe anyone who is part of any shortsell group would waste their time and energy shorting a stock such as this moving up only to around .016 then sold down to .01 as comparing volumes noted for many months, those commissions would cost them more than any possible gains. There are thousands of other companies they are already busy doing so with and nobody has been more avaid against naked shorting than msyelf filing un-named amounts of complaints to SEC for some years and nothing happens.
I never shorted a stock nor intend to as it goes against the very premiss of inevesting into a corp for long term growth & gains...
if this stock were above 1.00 to say 5.00 area I could perhaps share your feelings because of your huge amount of common outstanding shares you have available on the market, but at the current price of 1 cent, nobody is, nor would, care to do any shorting as the word ridiculous does not even begin to explain that statement when the PPS is basically worthless on this stock today.
Would you care to elaborate on this? When I hear words "split" it copnjures up many worrisome emotions.
wabadon, gain it seemed to get volume for weeks and then is sold off right back to 1 stinking penny- same pattern for what, 3 years now??
Look at all the daily charts for last couple months and there is volumes showing as if this is being traded (by whom or what?), but when you look at amounts they make no sense and many times the commissions would be greater than any possible gains for the fraction of penny moevements we are seeing.
For a company supposedly doing all the right things and in today's world and our economic climate, this one defies anything I ever seen in over 25 years of investing. Gives a whole enw meaning to buy & hold for sure.
My feelings with DRYS after 3 years. Regards OTC's in general, but today none of that matters any longer as major exchange stocks have acted the same way::
Pump and Dump Schemes
"Pump and dump" schemes, also known as "hype and dump manipulation," involve the touting of a company's stock (typically microcap companies) through false and misleading statements to the marketplace. After pumping the stock, fraudsters make huge profits by selling their cheap stock into the market.
Pump and dump schemes often occur on the Internet where it is common to see messages posted that urge readers to buy a stock quickly or to sell before the price goes down, or a telemarketer will call using the same sort of pitch. Often the promoters will claim to have "inside" information about an impending development or to use an "infallible" combination of economic and stock market data to pick stocks. In reality, they may be company insiders or paid promoters who stand to gain by selling their shares after the stock price is "pumped" up by the buying frenzy they create. Once these fraudsters "dump" their shares and stop hyping the stock, the price typically falls, and investors lose their money.
For more information about microcap fraud, please read our publication, Microcap Stock: A Guide for Investors.

Looks good, but too good to be true with not a damn word or news anywhere?
Same thing happened to select Chinese steel stocks over a week ago, massive buy volume one day out of blue, no news, and then a slow bleed all the way back down.... Kinda like a pump & dump scheme.
I hope not here, but this stock and all the developments surrounding it does not make sense moving like this unless there was serious reason supporting it... Earnings are still 3 weeks away.

Excerpts from Nov. 2009 Interview w/Chiropractic surgeon:
>>>>>
CEOCFO: How did you come to know about ReBuilder?
Dr. Hayes: It is an interesting story. Last fall in October 2008, I was hosting an event for my client in California and a doctor their from Texas had told me that he had seen so many patients who had neuropathy in his practice that if all he did was devote his entire practice to treating neuropathy he could close his doors and not do anything else. His frustration was that the methods that he was using were cumbersome. At that particular point in time, it really got my attention, so I returned to the office, and it was the first of November about a year ago and I started to do a lot of research, starting at the National Library of Medicine. I did some extensive research on the management of peripheral neuropathy; everything from drug therapy to nutrition therapy, to high frequency nerve stimulation. Then after Pubmed or the National Library of Medicine, I went to Google and low and behold, I found out about Dr. David B. Philips and his research. He is the inventor, founder, president and CEO of ReBuilder Medical Technologies. Therefore, I called David up and the very first phone call he was gracious enough. We spent about two hours together on the phone, although I did not know this man from a hole in the wall. I was literally blown away by his depth of knowledge in not only what he does, but also what I do as a chiropractic physician, and the research he had done just made so much more sense that anything else I ever studied on peripheral neuropathy.
CEOCFO: I bet they are very glad that you found it!
Dr. Hayes: Absolutely! Patients with neuropathy are in so much pain, and their lives are destroyed in many cases. They have been on medications that numb them; it creates depression, so these patients are miserable. Patients commit suicide over this, they spend thousands of dollars often times out of their own pockets on treatments that are marginally beneficial if at all.
CEOCFO: What is your association now with ReBuilder?
Dr. Hayes: My association with ReBuilder is that we are now the official educators and trainers for the ReBuilder Medical Corporation. I basically saw much of what David predicted that in combining the application of manual therapy with nutrition therapies plus the ReBuilder program, in my years of experience and some of the other things I had done in the office, I now have a very powerful tool that needs two things. Number-one it needs more research, as we would like to be able to be identify the most powerful components of what we are doing. The most important thing is to not withhold a very powerful treatment from the 20 million-plus patients that have peripheral neuropathy.
CEOCFO: What are you doing in your role as educator?
Dr. Hayes: What is going to happen is we are about to publish a book called Beating Neuropathy, and the book will be published initially by Outskirts Press. That book is going to tell my story, and it is going to tell the story of how the ReBuilder fits into the protocols that I have developed and used. Alongside of that we have posted a website for patients; the website is called neuropathydr.com. On that website we disseminate information for patients. We give patients the opportunity to request initial information from us, plus we now have a full-time office staff that is working at pairing patients with appropriately trained doctors. We are working around the clock to get many more doctors not only introduced to our system, but trained in the usage of our system.
CEOCFO: From your experience with ReBuilder and with David Philips, are they ready to get to the next level?
Dr. Hayes: They absolutely are. We together see eye-to-eye on the usage of the machine as part of our protocol. We see a huge potential for the expansion of the product line. I think there are some additional products that we more than likely will jointly develop over the next few years that will further enhance the ease of deliverability of the product. I see some potential modification to the system as we learn more exactly, what the most powerful component is, but they are absolutely ready. We have doctors across the seas that buy from ReBuilder and we have patients that buy from Rebuilder around the world. There are no customs issues or shipping issues; they are right on top of it. We place an order for a patient, the order goes out the door from ReBuilder, and in one year, we have had not one complaint or one issue about any unit being held up or not being delivered.
CEOCFO: Final thoughts, what should people remember most about ReBuilder and their device?
Dr. Hayes: I have no problems whatsoever in anybody putting their full efforts behind the reliability of the product and the ability of the product to do what it is marketed as doing. It is a very powerful tool and it does what it says it can do. The other thing and perhaps the most exciting thing is I have also used the device for other neurological conditions including lumbar plexopathy with incontinence that is a completely different field. I have also used it in failed back surgery patients. I have used it in patients that have multiple level inoperable disk herniation, so the list seems to be expanding all the time. The number of applications or the number of usages for applications is being developed and expanded and I see it as an incredible opportunity. Medical issues aside, it is an incredible opportunity for any investor.
Reviewing March 5, 2008 posting from RBRM corp:
>>>>
This is a real company with great products and MORE on the way.
Now is the time to accumulate shares at these very low levels.
As sales & profits keep growing and more people are jumping in, the pps will increase steadily to reach last year's levels and MORE. Management is fine, but I think we could navigate faster
with the help of a top notch marketing/distribution consultant.
ALSO, carefully controlled overseas production of some of our
products, could substantially reduce our overall costs and boost
sales & profits, BOTH here and abroad. -- Patience, while accu-
mulating ,will pay off. This company is moving ahead, is very
transparent, reports and is in good financial standing.
From April 5, 2008 posting from RBRM insider:
>>>
As stated in yesterday's April 4 PR re: 1st quarter 2008 report,
"Sales have increased by 88% compared with the first quarter of 2007". "We have projects in our R & D pipeline that will continue to change the world, improving people's lives and health".
The clear interpretation of the above is that RBRM operations and sales are strongly moving ahead, both in the U.S. and overseas, resulting in substantial increases in sales / profits. -- Back in June 2007 RBRM traded at $1.50/share. Yesterday on April 4 , the stock closed at $0.03 . That is 98%down ... for an analysis , read the co. PR dated Nov. 23, 07. Fact is , that the company is now in better shape than it was in June 2007 : Revenues ,product offerings, new markets penetration, ongoing growth ,are UP. - With the current market outlook , lots of investors, both individuals and institutions are looking for undervalued smallcaps with strong operations and increasing revenues and profits to invest in.
RBRM is definitely an interesting catch. As word is spreading in the investing world, more and more investors will discover RBRM and jump onboard and the pps will start reflecting the true value of our company. I think we are entering a new phase in the growth of RBRM and its pps.
IMHO. GLTA .
And from March 27, 2008 here is a response from RBRM corp from a party named Marcelino on hotstocked.com to the share price dropping in that time:
>>>
Your question is a good one and I am going to answer, using a couple of examples regarding erratic behaviour of stock prices on Wall Street and our own RBRM. - I'll use a major stock and a very small one, to be fair.- The basis of my discourse is that investors (both individuals and institutions) at times do not react in a logical manner with regard to any particular stock, especially penny stocks. Traditionally, the market has been ruled
by greed, emotions and perceptions which have nothing to do with LOGIC.
Example#1
JP Morgan recently offered to buy Bear Stearns (BSC) the fifth largest investment bank for $2 a share and the offer was accepted by managment.- the next week the stock reached $5 on Wall Street and JPM on 3/24 offered to pay $10 . That is 5 times more. Does this mean that BSC became 5 times more valuable in 9 days? No. Nothing special happened during that time. No logic here.
Example#2
U.S.Sustainable Energy (USSE.PK) traded at $0.0004 on Sept.26,2006 .One month later on Oct.27, USSE closed at $0.72 , an increase of 180,000% (one hundred eighty thousand percent !!!) - one thousand dollars invested would jump (30 days later) to $1.8 million dollars. There were no changes in the company during these 30 days that warranted this HUGE increase in the stock value. No Logic... just perception of the shareholders, period.
RBRM in June of last year went to $1.50 -- 4 months later, it went down to $0.025 a drop of more than 98%. Did the company's business go down 98%? No. As a matter of fact, sales were going up,new products were being developed, overseas business was growing. - For an analysis of the stock drop in price, read the company's PR dated Nov. 23, 2007. Again: PERCEPTION.
So, my point is: a stock price does not always reflect the true value of a company, which is the case currently for RBRM. It is the reflection of the majority of investors' emotions and perceptions about the stock. -In our case, it will take some time to regain investors favorable perception of the company. - Give it 3 to 4 quarters. With sales and profits going up, new products coming out, our R & D dept. busy with innovative products, our international sales growing in more and more countries. People will see the trend of progress on all fronts ... and percep-
tion, emotion and yes ... greed will bring in lots of individual and institutional investors as we go along and ... guess what? the pps will start climbing steadily. Patience is key here. Now is the time to accumulate at these garage sale prices. IMHO . GLTA .
No idea but this is what I have been saying for over 2 years now. Some days 100, 200, 300, 400,000 or more shares show in volume and the stock sits or barely moves; then on other days there will be maybe 500 or 1000 share volume days and the stock falls 1/2 cent? Beyond strange.
Look, researching back, here is a response from Dr. Phillips I believe it was back in March 2008 after the stock fell from 1.50 to .016 (today's price) and people who were invested then were calling his office and e-mailing him including myself. This was on "hotstocked.com" message board::
>>>
My answer is to Ken and all others who are RBRM investors or contem-plating investing in the company. - Understand that this is a UNIQUE pink sheet company.-- We have NEW products coming out in each of the quarters of 2008. - New strategic positions/affiliations are being developed.
International operations are on the move in various countries. In some larger overseas markets, plans are underway to introduce local assembly of products to qualify for /local origin status - and minimize costs. Besides, when these products are being sold in these countries in the local currency, this turns out to be a big PLUS, acting as a hedge against the fast declining U.S.Dollar. --- Some people complain about not getting responses
from their e-mails to the company. - Don't forget, we are not a Fortune 500 company with an army of administrative assistants/etc... Our modest staff is busy working at conducting and developing our business.- I, myself, have a couple of e-mails to them (one almost a month ago) with no reply yet. - I know they are busy ... and I understand that. (PRIORITY FIRST).
First quatertly report 2008 will be out in early May. - Between now and then, any positive news should bring up the pps. If financials are good, as expected, more investors will joins us and bring us up HIGHER. -All of you , current investors and soon to be investors, You have to have FAITH, based on what YOU KNOW about the company's on-going operations AND prospects. -- Accumulate ... at these ridiculous
pps prices AND ... THANK YOURSELF LATER.
. - GLTY. All IMHO.
WSOC TV Channel 9 news out of Charlotte, NC ran this story this morning regarding JBLU agent arrested there in undercover TSA sting operation at Charlotte-Douglass airport.
3.36 gap closed like I predicted at this thing is basing in 3.30-3.40 area for the third time now.....
Yeah nranger, DRYS sounds a lot like the US Govt making false promises and keeps on printing more & more paper to falsely prop markets up....
I sold what I had 2 days ago. This stock is going lower with another dillution PLUS too damn much abuse by its CEO to con & steal from investors.
Just go back to last November 2009 through March 2010 and see where the stock was, what the CC in Feb promised, and then 2 ATM's after that see where it is now even with news of some type of contracts.
JBLU under Federal investigation now.
Remember that kid who got onto airline at Charlotte-Douglas airport and fell out of wheelwell in December?
Well, today in Charlotte, NC, it was reported an undercover TSA sting operation arrested a Jet Blue employee who was willing to take a $100.00 bribe from undercover TSA agent to load a bag onto a JBLU plane under an anonymous name and this is raising MAJOR security concerns here at Charlotte-Douglass Airport today.
I feel an obligation to inform all you JBLU stockholders as this is yet to hit national news media but will. This is a VERY serious thing to happen since that kid died in December getting through airport security.
Well another way to look at it too, if there was going to be any type of mergers, reverse splits, buybacks, etc you could not ask for any lower priced stock to do so with now.... Heck, a banker type could take majority control of outstanding stock and finance against this and run this corp up hard and make a killiing in its stock PPS too.
Why no earnings?
Why no news?
All these news stories coming out lately with new medical finds for elderly & aging people and conditions from infomercials to the press, and you would think RBRM would be right in there with the Rebuuilder products for Neuropathy.
Already at a gun show last week, there was a booth set up from another company with products related to the growing neuropathy syndrome in America, and RBRM needs to get its ass in gear before someone else takes front spot in this field with such devices....
Nothing lasts forever, and you only get ONE chance ever at an opportunity- Dr. Phillips needs to address this.
Therein lies the 64 dollar question?? Same as SUTR, GSI, etc. Seems an insider or close party a few days prior some news event or PR runs this up, then bails after volume spikes from excited new retail buyers seeing this thinking it is time to take off to the moon- then a period of days & weeks pass where PPS slowl decays back to the previous lows....
Yes and yes on every account. Just strange.
There is over 190 million shares of stock outstanding, and if they would do a share buyback alone, that would not only bolster notice to the corp and its stock, but benefit invested shareholders, and ALSO raise much needed long term capital for which RBRM could utilize in future expansions they used to speak about.
Heck, an actual uplisting would benefit them so much. I can list so many Chinese corps that were OTC less than 2 years ago who uplited and now those stocks trade at higher PPS today..
This is a pure 100% American Made company!
Pink Sheets .com site
This is the only thing on RBRM which when someone new reads it, really sounds impressive with the growing elderly population in the USA and world:
""Business Description
Company began in 2001 and growing in revenues each month. Company manufactures and distributes proprietary medical devices for diabetic peripheral neuropathy and Molluscum Contagiosum. Company has proprietary nano-silver technology that it licenses and maintains an R&D department that currently has several new devices under development. ""
What is the story why financials or earnings have not been scheduled for release is a mystery.
All these analyst firms are in cohoots with hedge funds and none of the upgrades/downgrades mean a damn thing when a few chosen powerful banks, etc can make a market at will via computer flash trading programmes and probing software to steal from any retail investors.
There is no "investing" left and unless the SEC does its job and accountability returns again and integrity restored, there will be fewer & fewer retail investors which is what cnbc goes ond daily about being needed back in markets- because the markets are broken and frought with fraud and corruption and everyone sees this... News means nothing nor do earnings any longer as sheer manipulation occurs and most of it always surrounded around analysts upgrades/downgrades for any given stock.
Well, maybe YRCW is also.... and a few others.
Dr. Phillips should contact SPNC.
Back in 90's when I lived in Colorado Springs, there was a small local medical device mfgr called Spectranetics (SPNC). They were OTC and wanted to do many things and hardly known outside local community, and created the excimer laser even. Despite ridicule, that little OTC corp did do well by its employees and shareholders, and uplisted to a bigger exchange, and those like myself who invested early when it was only pennies on OTC then saw that stock go to 16.00+ eventually.
RBRM can do the same thing and everyone wins, but yet they act like some garage band wanna-be recording group and are not acting professional nor serious to do as SPNC was able to do and others who all started OTC but had a great product/device.
RBRM needs to get real serious large scale attention as it only behooves Dr. Phillips' long range plans he used to talk about to do so. I think if even enough of us shareholders rally our shares we could obtain controlling interest in this corp's stock and make it into something ourselves and oust him and get people in there who really care about the product & humanity and getting it out to the world in the name of neuropathy.
Well, 10,000 share volume only today and price falls back to .009????
Go back last few weeks and look at how many days there were hundreds of thousands in volume showing, yet price never moved??
Doesn't anyone find this beyond strange?
LOL ... add a couple more zeros on your number and you can see how many shares I invested into this corp since inception. My reasons I explained in past couple years because my sister had extreme neuropathy and died because of that and the tons of meds many DR's gave her to combat the pain & agony (she was on like 27 medications at time of her death); and in researching the condition is how I came to find RBRM.
I may be the biggest fool alive today? Who knows? Everything that seems right is wrong, and that which normally would be wrong in the past is fashionable today.
May seem bizzarre, but I know of several shipping companies who do this right now and they have subsidiary companies majority owned by the CEO of the main company of which the public traded stock is issued under.
3.70-3.75 area seems a good place to purchase more shares. YRCW will do well in 2011 as they implemented many positive business changes for the long haul and this is something to invest in at these lows IMO and sit on it.
Careful folks. Earnings not until February time. Yesterday's huge volume spikes is a cat & mouse game we have seen before and now so many small spec buyers lured in are losing their $$$ today to some tricky manipulative hedge fund or such who baited them.
Don't get caught in another bait scam here.
Yesterday was not normal nor was there any reason for this or other china steels like sutr, gsi, etc to have seen such huge volume moves 10-20 times normal volumes. NOT normal nor right in any case.
Earnings are still over 1 month away, and now today there is heavy selloff after some large hand lured retail buyers yesterday thinking this was tkaing off...
LOOK at OCNF to see DRYS's future. This is how I now see it.
Economou screwed too many global investors including myself over a year ago and now nobody with any sense would trust investing one penny into his stock as he abuses all shareholders for his opersonal wealth creation.
July 1st you are correct. I posted low for the wrong stock but still, DRYS is all dried up especially after this recent announcement for Economu wanting 12 brand new vessels when rigs have not been paid off nor are there any long term contracts on what he has in place.
The short term contract PR's still do not clarify who or what will rent the rigs and too much is too sketchy with these folks.
More debt by dilluting existing stock with like 600million shares he still controls to my count is only way he can do it...
